Never pay for a product you don't like. They have the best credit card multi-function tool and also provide you with the best customer service. You can give them information in time if you're not happy with the purchase. They offer a money-back guarantee. The DDITW Survival Tent is the toughest wilderness emergency tent on Earth, it is compact and light enough to fit two adults. Mylar is waterproof and reflects up to 90% of body heat for year-round protection against cold, wet, or hot weather. It's your words, not ours, that's what "ABSOLUTE" means. The extra-thick HeatFlex mylar is more flexible and tear resistant than the ordinary space blanket mylar. This tent is made of paracord and reinforced tape and can be used outdoors. The balance of weight and durability is only 8.5 ounces. Simply run the paracord through the tent and tie it up between the trees. Climb in using rocks or gear. If there is no trees around, the mylar tube tent can be used as an emergency sleeping bag. Emergency shelters are cheap and flimsy for one time use. They tested and designed every detail of the shelter to make sure it was reliable. In your car, survival kit, first aid kit, bug out bag, zombie survival kit, nuclear survival kit, earthquake kit, and backpacks, there are emergency tents. You won't find a better mylar tent anywhere. It is guaranteed. They donate a percentage of profits to help protect the wild places they love.
👤It started raining when I used this as a last resort. The tent is just an emergency blanket. Parachord became a reflective carpet after it was ripped out by the wind. I was bitter about it. This brand will never be used again. Sad. I was excited to have it on me. I need to look at better options.
👤The package is big and comes with Parachord. I don't think this tent is the toughest survival tent. The material is made from cheap plastic. It feels like wrapping paper in your hands. The tent is so thin that winds could blow it away from Kansas. The material is very thin. It is possible to keep water out or block the sun, but it is also possible to use it in a storm or a day with wind gusts. I bought it because it was on a lightening deal. I would use this as a last resort. Walmart has a small Coleman tent.
👤Initial thoughts are that the product is a one or two time use product. The Mylar space blanket is orange on one side. I am not sure if it would hold up in a storm or rough ground.
👤Imagine a very thin blanket. There is only a cheap camo print on one side. I don't think it would last the hike out in my pack if it was being used as a tarp.
👤I'm a little disappointed in this. The tent is just a mylar triangle. It's probably more durable than the average, but it's still rather flimsy for an emergency tent. There is no way to put it on the bottom. The photos are all photoshopped so they show it all nice and rigid with two happy faces smiling out of it. It sits on the ground. If you find two trees, you can stretch the single rope between, but if you have no wind, you'll be fine. Don't know. I was expecting more from it. If it saves your life in a pinch, it will do.
👤This was bought to keep gear dry. There was no way to stake corners down.
👤After a storm held us up while we were on the wrong side of a ridge walk, we needed this one night. We decided to sleep for a few hours after we descended. The head and foot section were taut with my trekking poles. The silver one on the right in my picture would have looked like that. It was wide enough for me and my dog. It would have been very tight if it had been 2 people. It is lightweight and durable. I folded it up and put it back in the pouch, but it probably only has one more use in it.
👤I bought one for my boyfriend and one for another couple who enjoy hiking. We take it with us on every hike to be safe. Yeah, ya know. We don't die in the woods. It's a great addition to a survival kit.
There are 6 x Wax Infused Natural Hemp Cords and 6 x aluminum bellows. The fire starters are not included. You can start a campfire, grill or camping with bayite ferro Rods kits. The firestarter rope is made from high quality, wax infused jute ropes. The sparks of ferro rods cause them to ignite. Remove the braided fire rope and make a small piece of it. If you strike the ferro rod, it will ignite. The roofer is a fire starter. You can start a fire whenever you need it with the proprietary wax- infused natural hemp cord. The fire starter sticks are easy to carry. You only need to use a little bit at a time, a single rope stick lasts a long time. A standard size tinder rope is 2X the size. The dimensions are 6.3 x 0.79 inches.
👤I have been using the Bush craft survival rope to start fires in the backyard for several weeks now. The rope was working well with the warm weather. It would start to burn quickly. I left the rope outside in a tin box and when I tried to start it it took more attempts than it used to. I would recommend it. To start the fire, loosen up the string and cut the ends. There is no need for a lighter. It starts right away.
👤Works well. You can use a small amount of Jute at a time and keep a few small pieces handy to use with your spark tool. If you make a small strand with a knife or stone, it will catch a spark and burn long enough for you to light your tinder bundle. This was an ok price for a material that might be cheaper elsewhere. I think the jute will last for a while. It's more convenient that it's not fragile and doesn't break.
👤This is the best. The rope is soaked in liquid parafin and is inexpensive. I removed a small ball from my knife. It erupted in flames after a few sparks. It burned for a short time, enough for small twigs to start building my fire. If it gets wet, shake it off and get rid of the hair ball. It catches fire quickly. I took electricians tape and wrapped my rope pieces to keep them from twisting. They are easy to pack next to your ferro rod. You are ready to leave.
👤I bought these at the end of September to give to my family. I went to open the box and get these ready, but I found 3 moldy ropes. It was gross. They have been in a semi finished basement with no issues with water or mold, and the box has no visible water marks or anything. I took pictures but didn't post because I know it will be at the top of the reviews and I'm sure this is a great product if you don't have this faulty batches. You should open the box upon receipt if you are planning on using these in the future. I will be throwing these out and ordering from somewhere else. It was pretty disappointing. What a waste.
👤The product works well with a magnesium fire starter. I was able to make a steady fire even in the wind. Backpackers who have a hard time kindling a fire because of the conditions would be highly recommended.
👤It is very easy to use. A small piece that has been damaged will light and burn long enough to light your ferro and strikers. You only need one of the three supplied to keep things light.
👤I like them a lot. I'm going to add to my kit. They will work well.
👤This will be a life saver for a long time. It is worth the small amount of money it costs. It's a must have in your survival arsenal.

The guide to develop your mindset, skills, and gear is a pro active learning tool. It makes a great gift. The Digital Details can be scanned with the QR code.
👤This is one page and it is folded up to be a pocket size. Many important things had to be so compressed that a person with no knowledge or even a little survival knowledge will not have enough basic information in several areas that are covered but not well enough to be useful. It is just one page folded up. The additional info that you can find is helpful, but sometimes in some of the apps the video or info is not as complete or as well produced as it could be, and it may not be available to look at when you need it. Being prepared for an emergency is serious. It is great that you are looking for information to be prepared. If you want to buy the necessary equipment for your home and car, you should buy a full and complete Survival book. Is this page better than nothing? .... Yes... If you buy this, you will think you are prepared, but you will not buy a full and well written survival book.
👤This is one of the dumbest things I have ever bought on Amazon. The idea of a pocket-sized survival book is a great one, but one of the first things it says is that you need to carry things with you and not depend on electronics, and the entire guide is full of QR Codes for you to use your phone. It's even more stupid that they lead you to the internet. The diagrams on how to set traps, gut a fish, and tell what different tracks are all useful to look at, but they could be better described in a book. The details are so small that you can't really understand what is happening, and everything is so simple that you can just remember the information. One thing I read that made me want to write this review was that at the end of the "Worst Case Scenario" section, it says that one of the essentials to check off, following a gas mask, is a Bible. I don't know if that is put in as a joke. I understand that people are religious, but the fact that you had to add this to a manual small enough to fit in your pocket is ridiculous. This was the dumbest thing I have ever read, and I have nothing against religion. Don't waste money. You can buy a survival guide. I only give it a star because it does some of what it tells you, but nothing else you wouldn't find in a basic survival guide.
👤The product is resistant to water and tear and has good information. It was possible to put a hole in it accidentally. The water resistance is pretty good. All this info can be found online for free. I don't think 10 bucks is worth it.
👤I like this guide. I can't believe the amount of information in this manual. It's better than most survival books that are full sized. I give away survival kits as gifts to my family members, and this guide is going into every one of them. I notice something new when I look at it. The authors teach the skills in more depth in the videos that you can find with the QR codes. The value is not ordinary. If I choose, I can use the magnifying lens to start a fire. The guide went into my wallet and replaced the $10 I spent for it.
We will give you a complete refund if you don't like the kit so much that you won't buy it again. Survive in style if you get yours now. The storage tin has a lid that is 3.125" x 1". The survival fishing kit has over 63 pieces of essential survival fishing supplies. The Survival Fishing Kit can fit in a coat, small pack, vest, etc. The kit has 50 feet of 40lb test and 20 feet of 20lb test. Their survival kits are of the highest quality, so do not confuse them with other products on the market.
👤If you're like me, you're looking at UncleFlint's fishing kit, price, shopping cart, wishlist, and price again. It's true. The fishing kit is expensive. They say on their seller page that they don't confuse this with lower quality products. You get a lot of bang for your buck, but this might cost you a few bucks more than you're comfortable with. You get everything you need in this kit. Maybe even a few more. The strength of the test line is something I like about this kit. You get 20 and 40 lbs of fishing line. The test line for most other kits is around 10ish lbs. There are a lot of hooks, with a variety of them. There are some hooks. You get some hooks. You get a variety of lures and artificial bait. This is more of a small tackle box than a bug out bag or survival fishing kit. Small enough to fit any survival role, but large enough to take on any kind of fishing you'd ever want to do. That is to say that you will never feel under-gunned or ill-equipped with this fishing kit. It's a complete package. It's more complete than any other survival fishing kit. You pay for it, but you definitely get what you pay for. Organizational is the only thing that I would change. There are a few hooks that don't have their own plastic bag, and a few pieces of gear that are free to float within the tin. Sometimes it makes things easy to misplace or spill, because it packs tight. I had a hook stuck in my foil. It's almost impossible to change since you have so much in a small compartment. I wish I knew what some of the gear was specifically for and how to use it. It's up to me and you to research your gear before you end up in a situation where it's too late. It's a testament to how much you get for your money. This isn't just a line and hooks. It's legit fishing gear. If you purchase it, you'll be as happy as I was. I received an extra gift with my purchase. It was small and most definitely did not affect my review, but I won't name it since it was a gesture of good will and might not be uniform between buyers. It has been on my to- buy list for a while. Thank you, Uncle Flint. I support a quality product and company.
👤Will put it in my bag and hope it never gets used. I don't understand why these survival fishing kits come with anything over 6lb test line. I think the idea is to use the line for other things. Hikers who get into survival situations are usually hiking in mountainous areas with clear streams with trout or smallmouth. Anyone who has fished for trout over 2lb can attest to how difficult it is to catch them.
👤I am quite satisfied with this kit. I was worried that it would be chintzy, just a bunch of odds and ends in a tin. It's well thought out. I can catch fish with this. Is it pro stuff? I won't be using this in a Bassmasters competition because it has essentials. You can catch fish with it. It's made well enough to work, more than one use. I expect to loose some of the extra hooks, poppers, swivils, and other items that it has. It's compact but has enough options to be useful. If I need fish to eat, I don't want 8 lbs test. It is worth the extra money.
The fishing kit can be used to find food when you need it. There is an outdoor fishing kit. The OGT Fishing & Hunting Mini Kit is a small kit that can be used in a pinch to satisfy your next meal. It is perfect for any hiker, hunter, or outdoor enthusiast. The tactical gear and accessories from this kit can be carried in a waterproof bag. The kit will be used for hiking or bug-out bags. There is a kit included. The kit comes with 100 yds. test line, 20' 50-lb test line, 1.5” foam float, 10 weights, 15 hooks, 2 jig heads, 5 swivels, 2 artificial lures, 2 salmon eggs, and 1 folding multi-tool. High quality products. Off Grid Tools has the latest and greatest outdoor tools that are functional, versatile, high quality, and innovative. 👤I bought this kit for my bag. Everything you need to catch fish is in this package. The items in this kit seem to be of good quality. This would make a great gift for a person who is a survivalist. A nice kid. Just to put your trunk in an emergency.
👤It's light, compact and has what you need to catch a fish while backpacking. There is a At a great price too. I'm very satisfied with it and just what I needed for backpacking. I don't usually go fishing while backpacking, but I am happy to know that I have that option with this kit.
👤Cute! Everything is needed. It's small enough to not take up too much space in the bag. The packaging is well made. It will last a while. I will be buying more of this.
👤It's perfect to put in your emergency car kit. It's a good idea to throw in a bag for the scouts. I like it.
👤There is a fishing kit.
👤The little kit was good with my fishing tool.
👤I bought this because it came with everything I needed to make a portable fishing kit. Looks decent.
Extra Paracord and Tin Box make it easy to carry all the pieces. True outdoorsmen know the importance of being prepared for anything. There is a huge selection of survival tools packed into one tiny 1.6oz wallet multitool. 👤The concept is good but not well thought out. The arrow heads are squared with no barb as compared to the card I purchased from RumbaDock. There are some pieces of triangles that are arrowheads, but with a hole in the tip, it becomes forked. The hooks are big compared to the small lures. A picture was included for comparison. The large and small hooks are from different companies. Buy the Grim cards and save some money. Better hooks and arrowheads. The knife is only ground on one side.
👤This is a small kit that you can put in your backpack or glove box. I like the illustrated identification card for the different pieces. The pieces are sharp and would be useful if needed. The only thing I didn't like was that it came in a cardboard gift box. It would be more convenient to have it in an envelope.
👤You will need a set of pliers to separate the items from the card, so it would be best to put them in your survival tin or kit before you buy. The knife portion was dull when received. There are some valuable items on here that you can get when you need them.
👤This is a large item and will not fit in a wallet or survival tin if you want it to. It is very useful for survival situations. If you protect against damage to the item or mode of carry, you can carry this in a backpack or purse.
👤The price is too high and I want it to test it out. I don't think it's a good idea to tear it apart and test it with another one, since it's too high a price, and you can get a pack of them for the same price.
👤A gift quality box contains this emergency fishing survival card. There are lots of different lures, a mini saw, and a mini blade. I think for the price it could include more multitool/survival items, but everything it does include looks good.
👤I'm sure there are dimensions in the description, so if you're expecting it to be credit card size or small enough to fit into a wallet, read those. It's ideal for a backpack or bug out bag, but to large for a wallet. There are a lot of useful items in a survival situation.
👤I wish I had one of these in my back pocket as a son of an Air Force instructor. It would have made the camping trips more enjoyable. During my father's "lessons" on survival in the woods, these quick and easy to use tools would have helped. Setting up shelter, snare traps, and fishing all in one convenient package is easy to use. I will be able to pass on the lessons from my pops to my kind. A little more modern tools.

👤The card was good but the shipping was very slow. Didn't know it came from China.
You can easily and quickly ensure the perfect fit with the padded shoulder and waist straps, created with all body types in mind. The Adventurer Survival Kit Box is part of the Best Glide Adventurer Series of Survival Equipment and is ideal for all of your outdoor needs. It is made of heavy duty aluminum with a leak resistant inside rubber seal and positive locking roller clasps, which will keep your items clean and dry even in extremely harsh conditions. This is a very popular item and is used in their survival kits.
👤This is larger than a pocket, being about 6 x 2 inches. It has the roller clasps and gasketed lid, which I would not count on for dry contents when kayaking, because they sell dry bags, pelican cases and gallon-size ziplocs. We all have gear that needs protection. The box probably won't hold off a rampaging grizzly, but it should keep your camping options in one place and be secure from getting trampled in your ruck. Wrap it in cling wrap and call it a day because it weighs in at 6 ounces and is empty. You can build a decent first aid kit, a fire-starting kit, a cooking kit, oatmeal packs, tea or coffee bags, etc., for the rest of us. Don't cook in it, the sides are likely to warp, you'll melt the rubber rollers on the clasps, and unless you have a really heavy-duty pot-lifter, you just may tip it and put out the fire. Is it worth anything? I know that I bought two, so it must be worth it to me.
👤I like them. They are the only ones I could find with a gasket on Amazon, so didn't have anything to compare to. They aren't heavy duty. The gauge of the aluminum is light. The clasp is a bit lightweight and I have an issue with it. I bent it in the first 5 minutes. It works, just bent it back. Light duty only. I don't mind the light gauge construction, but I wish the clasps were more heavy duty with a locking hinge. These work well for keeping stuff dry and safe. I have not tested the seal to make sure it holds against rain, splashes, etc. The clasp is weak and the gasket is light, so I wouldn't trust this tin to be submerged.
👤I would like these boxes to be a bit cheaper. I bought four of these aluminum boxes because I have four SAW gunner ammo pouches that fit perfectly into them, and Best Glide ASE seems to have the edge on this size box. I'm not spending another $60 on boxes because two of them fit nicely in the SAW gun pouch. The Buck/TOPS CSAR-T Liaison neck knife barely fits in the box, and it helps hold down a tin of fatwood tinder, a Mylar emergency blanket, waterproof matches, a mini Bic lighter, and a Silva compass. You could squeeze a few mini marshmallows in there, but that's not much.
👤The kit boxes are a good size and well made, perfect for keeping an emergency kit in the car or to keep all your fire starter stuff together for camping. Customer service is great at the company. They took care of my order after I had a problem with it.
👤I bought this tin to use while backpacking. I already use a shallow Rubbermaid bin that is a bit longer and wider for the same purpose, so I wanted to give the little tin a try. It was smaller than I thought, but it held all my coffee essentials and a few packets of oatmeal. I like the rolling clasps on the box, it's about twice as deep as the Rubbermaid one. They are easy to open and close. I'm not sure if it's water-proof, but there is a gasket in the lid to keep water out. If the lid were hinged, you could avoid setting it down and losing it. The tin is light and well built. I think it should be in the $10-15 range. I would recommend it, I'm sure you could find a hundred different uses for it.
If you don't like their fire steel rod, you can return it for a full refund. 30 days free replacement or return and 1 year service is what they offer. The material is severe. The materials are in the kit to start a fire. Two different ways to start a fire. This is a fun way to start a campfire. You can learn how to start a fire in an emergency. Great tools for camping, picnic, adventure and other outdoor activities. This kit is a great gift for friends or family members. You can apply for a return within 180 days if you don't like the product. You can send emails if you have a problem with this product.
👤It took a while to get the product.
Sweden is the country of origin. The package is 1 inches in height. The package is 1 inches in length. The package width is 1 Inches.
👤If you want the smaller of the two sizes, choose it. I have a Esbit Ultralight Folding Pocket Stove with Six 14g Solid Fuel Tablets, a lightweight Camp Stove Windscreen with a Evernew Titanium Alcohol Stove Cross Stand, a lighter, and a small whippity wipe, all in a pouch. This fits inside a condor bottle pouch that has room to spare for more food and the Trangia stove. There is a A small mess tin is a good place to keep small objects in your pack. This will fit in a molle canteen with room to spare.
👤I tried to cook with gas. It burned a hole after 15 minutes. I contacted Trangia for the issue. They help me replace a old one. They told me not to cook in high temp as the thin material.
👤It's a small food container and water boiler/rice cooker in one. I use carbon felt, it's lightweight and simple.
👤Terrible. The edges of the box and lid are very sharp. The garbage is complete. Don't buy.
👤The Mess tin is ideal for storing. It doesn't have the handle that the more expensive versions have, which makes it difficult to cook or eat out. The lack of a handle makes it an idea for storage in limited spaces. I used mine as the basis for 2 survival kits. They are light weight and a good size for a kit. The edge of the base and lid meet flush, which saves space and makes it possible to bind together with tape to make a water tight seal.
👤It was promised and delivered, I love it. I wish I had read the whole description to know it didn't have a handle. I can work around that.
👤There is a large mess tin. Good for cooking on fire. It's a bit bulky in the pack.
👤A lot of the reviews said the box did not have a handle. My handle is mine. The thing it mounts to is riveted to the box.
👤It took a good effort to get the tin apart from the hinge that was supposed to stop the lid jamming, but it was a good tin.
👤When it arrived, it was not possible to get the lid off. I had to pay the postage which was more than the cost to buy, so I didn't return.
👤difficile de bois en métal qui ne rouillent pas. J'aimerais pouvoir en acheter de plus grandes. Peut tre sur Amazon?
👤The Deckel lsst ist die gute Gre. Zu dem verfrbt. Ich beim nchsten.

The ultimate multi-usage survival gear is the men's outdoor camping and fishing kit. They have something in the kit that will make it possible for your boy to go camping, fishing, or hunting.
👤My nephew received this as a Christmas gift. He loved it. This is a really nice compass, he said. Can I light something on fire? He tested the starter and end. Both worked well. He was supervised and there was no fire. He and his dad hunt outdoors. He is excited to have this with his gear. This kit is very small, yet complete. Add a few bandaids and alcohol pads to the pouch and you're good to go. The flashlight should have a battery in it. The little sucker is bright. This should last him a long time. It's small enough to fit into a glove box and takes up very little space in a backpack or utility kit. He has no excuse but to survive in the woods or in an emergency situation. I would recommend this kit to anyone. The knife was designed for the smaller hands of a teen boy, but fit my husband's large hand just fine. It's great for personal use or as a gift. Perfect for Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, campers, hikers, hunters, tackle boxes, glove boxes, tool boxes, utility drawers, survival kits, storm preparedness kits, you get the picture. There is a handy tool to hang that picture.
👤I bought this for my husband and he loved it. Our little boys are always asking to see something from the kit and learn how it works. We only used the flashlight when we had a power cut. We were impressed.
👤Estoy una kit con tiles para emergencias. Rpida Entrega, ahora. No doy 5 estrellas es porque el compass. Amazon customer service, excelente, enviar de retorno el kit, no funcion, y el compass del la pulsera no funcion. Estoy una satisfecha con el kit.
👤I bought a Christmas gift for my husband and it was taken over by my sons. It has good quality gadgets. My husband and I like this.
👤Everything in there is useful. The compass and Firestarter seem to be decent. I think for 20 bucks is a good deal. It was a gift to my brother, but he wouldn't buy one for anyone again. Better to buy quality stuff and build your own survival kit.
👤It is a good price to carry in a pack. The knife looked cheap but it cut well. If you need an actual compass, it wouldn't be a good idea.
👤The kit is fun. We did a survival challenge with the kids in the woods and everything is very fun to use.
👤I am sure it is meant to be small and compact, but otherwise very neat.
