1. Columbia Watertight Jacket Graphite Large

Columbia Watertight Jacket Graphite Large

Their proprietary technology provides air-permeable protection that's waterproof and breathable, keeping mother nature's elements out, at the same time allowing the inside to breathe, keeping her dry and comfortable. It is a wet-weather jacket made with advanced technology that keeps you dry and comfortable when you need it most. It is light and packable. The rain shell is so small that it can be kept at the ready and stuffed in its own hand pocket. There areANDY features. The perfect outer layer, this coat has an elastic storm hood with an abrasion resistant chin guard, a drawcordadjustable hem, and a pocket for warmth in the rain and snow. Columbia's attention to detail is what sets their apparel apart. They use only the highest quality materials. These leggings are worry-free. The jacket may have the words "Columbia" embroidered on it. The product is authentic.

Brand: Columbia

👤The jacket I received is not real. To compare the lengths, I ordered a tall. Look at pictures. The tall jacket is on the left of the first three pictures. The fake jacket has a sticker on it that does not have Columbia embroidered. The tag on the inside is different from the one on the sleeve. The fake jacket has no "Packable" on the inside of the pocket. If I didn't have the tall jacket to compare, I wouldn't have questioned the authenticity of the jacket. I will return it.

👤I couldn't verify if the item I received was legit or fake based on the other reviews. I got a replacement and it had a non embroidered chest logo, a missing packable tag in the pocket, and a non diamond omnitech logo on the left sleeve. I called Columbia to make sure that the product number on the tag matched the number in their system, and they did a great job. They were unable to address the concerns. I contacted Amazon and they couldn't verify if the product was real or fake, so they will open an investigation.

👤I am on the border of large and x-large with most of my clothes. I read it's a little big, so I went for the large. It fits nicely with a t-shirt underneath, but not a lot of room for me. It's a bit snug with a fleece mid-layer. If you're on the L/XL line in most of your clothing, I'd go with the larger one. If you plan to use it as a summer raincoat over a tee for hiking, then I would go with the L. It's fine for me.

👤I am going to hike the inca trail in Peru. We had no rain, even though it was rainy. There is a I wore it during a rainstorm on the way to a house lunch in NYC. It was raining for the 15 minute walk. Put the jack up to dry. When I put the jacket back on, it was soaked all the way through. It's like putting on a wet cloth. Very disappointing. The jacket looks nice, but it's not waterproof. Never did anything with a jacket. There is a Please let me know if you think I have a bad jacket. Would try another to see if it works.

👤My husband likes this jacket. It is waterproof. My husband is a mountain bike enthusiast and he builds the trails. He said that the best days to build a trail are rainy days because they keep him dry. If you are barely a large size down to a medium, you should be measured. The large runs fast. Medium fits my husband perfectly. My brother inlaw is 6' 220 lbs. and the large fit him perfectly.

👤I had this jacket for about a month and I can say it's awesome. It's perfect for rain and a good windbreaker. It's not completely waterproof because I haven't been in a monsoon rainstorm, but it's kept me dry during other rain storms. If you don't need it right now you can pull it out and put it on, but if you need it later you can pack it up. The left pocket has a label that says "packable", so you can put the rest of the jacket in there. Depending on how well you put it in there, the size of a normal picture could be between 6x4 and 3-4" Hope this helps!

Brand: Toraso

👤I bought this to be used in case I got caught in a rain. These are a handy item to have around for bad weather. The price is right for a bag, glove box, etc.

👤These ponchos are small and fit into your purse, and you can tie them around your neck if you need to. It keeps you dry and protects you from getting wet. I'm very happy to have them in my car for emergencies. If you need one in a pinch, you can pull one out and put it on if you have one in the trunk or saddlebag. These were well packed and no damage was done.

👤Happy to use ponchos. The quality is excellent and not like cheap plastic bags. The rain ponchos did not have a bad smell when I received them. I am not sure. I'm pretty sure that they're durable enough for me to reuse them again and again. I don't like throwing rain ponchos after one use. The price is appealing to me and I decided to order it at once. There are no regrets. This is a great deal to have. It's a good idea to recommend it.

👤I ordered them to go to a festival. It's a great price. They were perfect for what we needed, they were good quality, good fit, and we used them one day.

👤I'm putting them in the cars because of the grandkids sporting events this summer.

👤The ponchos are great for travel. They can be thrown in a travel bag. During the afternoon rain storm, these came in handy as they saved a lot of money compared to the ones sold at the parks.

👤We were able to wear them multiple times. They did not cover our arms well. They were small on my husband.

👤I loved the ponchos. They could be carried in your purse or backpack. They are light and strong. I have used one of the ponchos several times and it has never torn, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

3. PREPARED4X Emergency Blanket Poncho Activity

PREPARED4X Emergency Blanket Poncho Activity

The machine is washable. It's easy to care for your new blanket. They get softer with each wash. You can scroll down for care instructions. PREPARED4X created its emergency poncho using tough mylar and NASA- engineered tear- resistant material, so you can keep warm. Their patent-pending PREPARED4X wind-resistant and waterproof blanket poncho hybrid is a great way to keep your hands out of harms way. The mylar blanket poncho is roomy and convenient, and you can fit your backpack underneath it to keep it safe and dry. It is ideal for your survival kit, hiking gear, earthquake kit, bug out bag, or car emergency kit because it has a poncho and thermal blanket in one. It's important to have an emergency survival poncho in your bag so you can protect yourself from critical heat loss in an emergency situation.

Brand: Prepared4x

👤I bought these out of all the others. I bought this for a homeless man. I understand that it isn't durable like a winter jacket, but it is 888-282-0465, 888-282-0465 He said that the wind went underneath and through the opening that it did not have arms, so he did not feel warm. I thought it was more durable than some of the others, but it wasn't. I wanted to help him. What if it was an emergency case? It didn't do what it said it would do.

👤They are rubbish bags that are silver in color and tear very easily. They cost me $30.96 because they are not mylar and are not warm. They are a scam.

👤Shipping was late. The poncho was light weight but had a hole in it when I opened it. See the photo. The box itself wasn't damaged, and two others didn't have any holes. I would not wear this on a backpacking trip. It is very thin, and with the tree branches it would tear. It wouldn't fit in a large backpack. I am not sure how many uses you would get, but luckily you get three in the package. It is a good value for the price, but I am not sure I would be willing to take it on a multiple day hike.

👤These emergency ponchos are great! I used to use thin mylar blankets, but they are not as thick as the one I tried, and they are not as good as the one I tried. My phone would recommend these over regular mylar emergency blankets because of the smaller bag size. I am ordering more for gifts and putting them in vehicles.

👤I gave away three of these to medical volunteers at the protest. They thanked me very much. I stayed outside in the rain for about six hours thanks to this thing. Don't think you can reuse them. The orange paint was sticking to itself the next day. It didn't seem like it was in good shape for another outing. Even though I had a backpack on over it, it was fine until I took it off. It was perfect.

👤The jacket is twice as thick as a typical Mylar blanket but will tear easily if caught on anything. The arm sleeves are short and come down to my knees. It is too big in the waist to allow heat to escape. I believe the price is too high for a 4 pack. I would pay fifteen dollars for them after touching the product. It will work under a poncho. The hood is a good feature and the seams are not torn. It was easier to repackage than a blanket. To make the arms and total length a foot longer, add a waist strap and double the thickness.

👤I took this on a camping trip and loved it. This blanket kept me warm when I was a small person. These blankets are very small. I keep 2 in my car and one in my camping gear. I would buy this product again.

Brand: Hagon Pro

👤In one trip, it was used in Disney many times. It was easy to carry.

👤I bought these to use at Disneyland. It's a large bag with a hood. They didn't make it until lunch. They were thinner than I thought. It was a pack of 5. We used all 5 of them.

👤The poncho is about 30 inches long and 36 inches wide. There are openings in the hood. It is light and portable. I bought these for my kids to wear over Halloween costumes. Would recommend...

👤Being used and abused at camp. It's easy for my kid to put on without taking up a lot of space. It's not long and doesn't drag on the ground. I would buy them again.

👤These are terrible. Trash bag material is more thin. It doesn't help with the rain. They had to buy different things at Disneyworld.

👤Purchase tickets for the theme parks. I didn't know the kids size was ordered. It worked out well in t-shirts. We didn't die from the heat, but our clothes were too wet to dry quickly.

👤Can't beat the price. I bought a cheaper brand. It was too big for my daughter. This one was perfect for her length. She will use this on her camping and hiking trips.

👤They have great rain cover. Can't ask for more.

Brand: Swogaa

👤A total of 10 pieces are individually packaged in the 4 package. The product heading states 10. There are only four. Each has its own wrapping. Select the page that displays 10 packages if you want 10. They don't change the product name to reflect the amount you are buying. The product is of good quality and should stand up well in the weather.

👤I used these as part of my hospital's airport team. This worked out. Well, very well. As a shield over the patient during the procedure. Very clear, good weight, student with wide arm pantyhose to work through. My first 4 pack cost around 10 dollars. They are 17 dollars now, just 3 weeks later.

👤I bought 30 of these because the forecast was not good for the Thanksgiving Parade. It was coming down in buckets, thank goodness we had them. I don't think they would hold up for a long time, but they did an excellent job of keeping our people dry for a few days.

👤It's easier and lighter to carry a backpack than it is to carry a heavy rain jacket. I ordered a second set and put it in the closet.

👤These are what they look like. A whole 10pack is the best part. They fit me and my boyfriend perfectly. My kids are able to wear them. No weird crackling sounds will keep you dry.

👤I had trouble with small umbrellas. It only covers your head and shoulder. LA was blessed with rain this spring. I decided to get a raincoat. It is light and protects. I give a few to my coworkers and they love it.

👤My kid has been going to summer camp with these. They come in handy, are small, and no one complains about using them on their own. Works for us!

👤It's a great product to take with you on vacation. You can get it out of the package quickly because it doesn't take up much space in your bag. Good quality that doesn't rip easily.

Their main goal is to satisfy customers with higher quality products, more thoughtful service and a 180-Day warranty. Any questions, contact them.

Brand: Hoomboom

👤They are strong. Professionally wrapped. I was saved from the last storm in Chicago. Good hood and string. The length is long. Many of you will like the issue I had. There are two buttons on the sides. I prefer on piece over snaps. It will be better in no wind. The two parts flew up and around my head when the wind straps came undone. I am not sad about the product, but if it is windy, it is like one full piece. Not cut for size or snaps.

👤I bought these to carry for my Costa Rica trip and they worked out great. We were able to keep enjoying the rain forest trip after we pulled them out of the storm. They are light and work well. It is hot there. I was able to wear it without getting overheated and it was easy to carry in my backpack and pull out whenever I needed it. The covers are for purses or bags. It's a good idea to cover the top of the legs. It is possible to fold up quickly and easily. Glad we bought them.

👤This is better than a raincoat. The cheap raincoat is what I will buy. It is too heavy to be carried around. I would put the cheap raincoat in the raincaot. You can either buy the cheap raincoat or spend a bit more and get the durable raincoat.

👤It does the job, but it won't last long. Maybe a few uses.

👤I haven't used it yet. I am sure it is fine. I got this for hiking because it folds up easily to fit in my backpack and is lightweight.

👤The ponchos were waterproof. A hood and side buttons are needed.

👤It is lightweight for the thickness. It was much better than disposable ponchos. Good size.

👤Light weight and great price. Haven't used yet. I think it will be a good poncho.

7. Frogg Toggs Ultra Lite2 Waterproof Breathable

Frogg Toggs Ultra Lite2 Waterproof Breathable

A packable poncho is included in the Ultra-Lite2 Rain Poncho. Frogg Toggs fabric is waterproof, wind-resistant, and lightweight. Poncho has side snaps for extra protection.

Brand: Frogg Toggs

👤There was a storm in Greece. Three of us had ponchos. It worked perfectly over backpacks. We were dry when others were wet.

👤There was a hole in the back of the item when we opened it. A hole occurred during production. I requested a refund from the seller as I like the item. I have not heard from the seller or been reimbursed for the poncho that had a hole in it.

👤I used this for my son's football practices and games in the rainy Pacific Northwest, after buying it in 2014. It has not leaked once. It has a small bag that it comes with. I look like a yeti with it over my winter clothes, but I am dry and warm. I wear a baseball cap under the hood because it tends to flop into my eyes. It will fit over a camp chair to keep it dry, and my backpack will stay dry beneath the chair. It has to create arm holes to keep it from flying around in the wind. I keep my hands in my jacket pockets with Hot Hand hand warmers, so I rarely use the armhole snap. Stop looking and buy this.

👤I like it. Frogg Toggs products have been in my possession in the past. I was thinner. I'm six feet tall and I push three and a quarter. I was concerned that this might be too small or too short. Not true. It's large enough. Light weight as well. The packs are quite small and have a bag with them. I am very pleased with the Frogg Toggs FTH101-05 Bucket Hat that I ordered. Both would be great for any activity that involves dogs.

👤This poncho met my expectations. I used these to carry in our packs at WDW in order to use in sudden downpours. They are light, quick to throw on, and cover the upper body as well as the packs we were wearing. The material doesn't make you feel like you're in a hot tub, as you would with a plastic poncho. It was suitable for the hot, humid and rainy weather in August. When a wind gust blew rain sideways, I got really wet. dumb luck is not the fault of the product. This product is perfect for quick deployment and usage, unless one plans on wearing full expensive gore-tex gear in 90 percent humidity to stay dry.

👤The poncho has great value. I used it on the Colorado Trail and it was better than the expensive jackets and ponchos of my hiking companions. I'm 5'2'' and this poncho covers me and my pack, and hits me in the knee. My fiancée is 6'0'' and he loves his shorter brother. The snaps down the size of the poncho makes it easy to adjust the airflow, which always seems to be a problem with ponchos. I didn't feel like wearing it. It's worth every penny.

👤I haven't hiked yet but I've used the product a few times. The ponchos whip around in the wind and blow up, like Marilyn Monroe's skirt. I can't imagine how this item wouldn't catch on in the Northeast, where we're constantly hiking through brush and tight trails. I will take it out in the next month and report back. The poncho is loose around your body and allows a lot of air to escape when it's raining and the heat and humidity are high, so it's not a bad poncho, but it's not a good one. I can put this into a ball and fit it into my back pocket or belt when the rain stops.

8. HELIKON TEX Swagman Poncho Coyote Bushcraft

HELIKON TEX Swagman Poncho Coyote Bushcraft

It can be used as an emergency jacket, sleeping bag liner, blanket, hammock liner, etc. It's lightweight, easy to transport and non soaking. It should fit the Helikon-Tex BOB backpack. The poncho is compatible with the USGI. The equipment shown in pictures is not included.

Brand: Helikon-tex

👤It started out with a woobie in my pack and then went on to other brands of poncho liners. Two years ago I tried to have my own design made with materials and labor that was 3 times more expensive than the Swagman Roll. On cool and even cold days when I am hunting, I carry a poncho liner because it keeps the air pocket around me warm. We waited all day for the elk to come back out. While 3 guys stood around the fire I lay down and took a nap. I was surprised that the Swagman Roll could be put into a bag, because it had a shield. I bought it. I tried and failed to design the Swagman. I bought them for my hunting buddies because of their low price. You should get one and keep it in your pack. It creates dead air around you while you are sitting or resting and will increase your comfort.

👤This thing is very warm and lightweight and it sheds water just fine, I'm glad I bought it. It doesn't fit in a USGI poncho, but it may fit in a poncho made by Helikon. It is 6 inches narrower than the woobie and has square ends, unlike the USGI poncho/poncho liner. The poncho will be all puffy and shrunk up, and there are no toggles in the middle of the sides or ends, so those won't be secured either. I would like the hood to be a three piece construction design and bigger. I will probably give it to my daughter. Just a few more steps would've crossed the finish line, beautiful concept, workmanship, and materials, but they didn't get the execution.

👤It would be easy to just call it a poncho liner. I don't think that would be a fair assessment. It's water resistant in its own right, so it can be used as an outer garment as well as a liner, and it's offered in a number of camo patterns. You're doubling up on the water protection when you use a poncho. It's light and provides good insulation. When it's converted to a sleeping bag, it doesn't work as well for me as it might for others. Being a little on the bigger side of the chest, it gets a little tight and I have to carry my shoulders inside the bag. I don't consider it to be a strike since it's designed to compliment a standard rain poncho, but there's a limit to the size, so I appreciate that. A standard rain poncho is a good compliment to this. HELIKON-TEX's statement is an accurate one. It's very comfortable when worn in the poncho form, and you can keep a lot of mobility. It's an excellent choice when you're in a hide and want to stay comfortable. I think this is a great piece of kit and should become a standard item for almost any out-of-door activity that is hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, go bag, get home bag, automobile, etc. It offers a level of add-on weather protection and insulation that's not the same from any other article of clothing that I have had experience with. I will definitely look to get another one in the future, so I would definitely do it again.

9. Arcturus Lightweight Weather Multi Purpose Ripstop

Arcturus Lightweight Weather Multi Purpose Ripstop

The rain poncho is light and portable, and it can be put into the included stuff sack. Extra long hood and large hood. The large hood allows you to comfortably wear a baseball cap or thick beanie. The poncho is 54" wide x 48" long and will cover the knees of a 6ft tall person. Heavy-DUTY and waterproof is made from Ripstop nylon and coated with 2 layers of waterproof polyurethane. There are steel grommets in each corner. Rain gear is great for hiking, backpacking, and camping. This poncho can be used as a shelter, tent, or ground cloth. Either tarp or shelter. This poncho has a large amount of coverage when used as a ground cloth or lean to emergency shelter.

Brand: Arcturus

👤I have used ponchos from a dollar cheapos to 15 dollar thick plastic ones that can still rip. This poncho is better than all of them. I was hesitant about paying 21 bucks for a poncho. I thought I'd give it a try when I saw they had a real tree for 27. I'm happy I did. This thing is not made of plastic or rubber. It's the same stuff that a tent is made out of. It is light and doesn't get hot. I tried to rip it in a place that was hidden. It's pretty much expected that a knife would rip it to shreds if I put in some hard-core effort. It takes up less space than rubber ponchos. I rolled it up differently than it originally was and reduced it's height in the bag by 25%. I ordered 3 more to keep in our cars because I like it so much. I will be taking this thing with me to all outdoor activities. I haven't used it in the rain yet. I'm pretty sure it will work just as well as the cheapo ones. It is the right size for me. I'm 195 and have a good build. I haven't tried it with a backpack, but it has enough room to hold a large pack. I highly recommend it. Pros: Rip stop material, light weight, not hot, Draw string on hood, multiple uses for survival, great color, not as expensive as others, Nice storage bag, Cons: A little bit more. I think it's because of the rights to the pattern. I received my ponchos in the mail. I bought 3 different colors. The camo is OD green, Gray and woodland. The colors are nice. The camo one is very nice. They haven't rained yet to try them out.

👤It appears to be a light weight poncho. It comes down to about 4 in the air on my shoes body. There is a The waterproof is hot. The thin plastic sheet is professionally applied but has a few circles where it is unbonded. The hood and neck is large enough to allow a head warmer, but there is no visor. This poncho is not a backpacker's poncho. The hood was not located equidistant to the front and back edges. The length would allow a generous extra lenght in the rear for a back pack, and when no back pack is worn, the extra length could be tied/snapped up to equal the front length. Maybe my sewing error is the reason these are quality rejects? It is hard to compare the quality of this product with similar products, but they are about half price, and you have to order a lot to get free shipping. There is a It comes tightly rolled in a cute little bag, but I don't think it will fit there again. I will be returning this item because I wear a back pack a lot. I don't think this is bad for a 6 foot person without a back pack.

10. Military Tactical P20000mm Waterproof Material

Military Tactical P20000mm Waterproof Material

High-GRADE WATERPROOF. Their raincoats are made of a military grade material. You don't have to worry about the quality because they offer a 5-year warranty. Theirs is a high-end one. The waterproof performance of raincoat is affected by the W/P 2000mm coating, which degrades after half a year. After about two years of use, raincoat waterproof performance will be greatly reduced, most of the big brands use W/P 3000mm coating. Only 14oz weight. The small bag is super lightweight and compact. It is easy to put it in your backpack. The ordinary raincoat is bulky and inconvenient to carry around. This poncho is larger than the normal poncho and will give you a super size. They investigated the size of most raincoats sold on the US market, and after many tests and measurements, they determined the size of this raincoat. Their raincoat is able to protect you from the rain. Functional: It has a lot of uses. You can use it as a poncho, a shelter tent, a tarp, a blanket sleeping bag, a raincoat, and a mat for hiking. A perfect experience for you is the goal of the company. They will reply to you within 24 hours if there is a broken poncho.

Brand: Act Fire

👤I did a 36 mile stretch of the Appalachian Trail in the rain. The poncho fit over me and the pack was very good. I only snapped the bottom snaps as I needed more air. At the end of the day, you are going to be wet from the rain or sweating your butt off in a fully snapped poncho. This is about keeping your pack dry and giving you a versatile piece of gear. The strings and straps that come with this should be taken off. They are mud magnets. They either got in the way or stretched out from the wet to the point where I stepped on them. Paracord would be a better bet. Like you, I rely on reviews. If you found it useful, please mark it helpful.

👤The HD OD poncho was issued to me in the Army. The poncho is still pretty darn durable. This poncho is even lighter than the M 81 and works well with a poncho liner as a bivvy, especially if you have something proving additional protection from the ground. This is a great solution for my in-truck "Get Home" pack as I am weight sensitive and don't plan on needing this past three hard-use days. I would suggest removing the cotton attached to the short tie-off lines and just use 550 if needed. Stay Prepared!

👤The poncho is good for emergency use. The poncho is not close to military grade. The seams are sealed with a thin plastic material that is starting to peel off, so I am not sure if it is waterproof. The cords are flimsy and the grommets are thin. The sales pitch on this product fooled me. Not worth anything. It is hard to get a military poncho. I know military ponchos and am a Veteran. The other brands are just as bad as the other brands.

👤The poncho is sturdy and light weight. I love being a hunter because I can cover my gun and pack in the rain. In Florida, where I hunt frequently, this poncho is what I need. This poncho is not a bulky one like the old green military poncho. Light weight for packing. I liked them so much I bought 2 more. It was raining on the first day of my hunt, but I had my Ameristep umbrella. It's a great combination for a long wet day.

👤This poncho arrived in time. My wife challenged me to put on a poncho and head outside when there was a serious downpour here in Louisiana. It worked well beyond expectations. I was bone dry during the rain. If I need an emergency tarp, lean-to, or tent, this poncho would work very well. I am an Eagle Scout, Cubmaster, and Assistant Scoutmaster. This poncho is a must have for my scouts and scouters.

👤I have purchased other ponchos in the past, but this one is longer and wider. The water proof poncho is heavier than the other ponchos, but it is lighter and less stiff than the military ponchos that I own, so it takes up less room than the military ponchos. If you have three ponchos, you can have a waterproof floor in the shelter because the snaps are perfectly aligned. If you find yourself walking along the side of the road in the pouring rain, the reverse side is a tan color that will reflect the headlights of cars better than the camo color will. This poncho is my favorite poncho.

👤It is very difficult to find disposable rain coats that are larger than the size we will use on the Alaska cruise. My friend and I are 3X with a light weight jacket.
