👤What the heck? Is Propper having real Q.C. problems? Propper sells a lot of good stuff, but occasionally they will give you a real turkey with their label on it. I had to double check to make sure I didn't order women's pants because the pocket on these trousers is much deeper than the other. I went up a size and they are still too tight. They fit weird, like hip huggers or something. It was a very strange cut. It was strange for tactical pants. They were washed and dried. The Propper lightweight pants are superior to the other ones. I've been wearing those for a long time. If the Q.C. hasn't gone up in smoke for those as well.
👤I am giving them a 3 star rating. The Propper lightweight tactical pants are better than the uniform tactical pants. I have worn the Propper tactical pants for many years and the quality has improved, but the stock ran out. I bought these pants. The cargo pockets don't work. It's a cargo pocket, it's stupid. I have to unbuckle my pants and then open the button to get the fly zip up. Again, stupid. The button is not a snap like their pants, and I don't like buttons. I liked the fact that there was no metal loop. One of the best features of their pants is the no inside coin pocket. There is no inside rear pocket. The belt loops are weak and thin. The fabric is lighter, that could be a plus or a minus. The color is a little richer and that could be a bonus. If you prefer BDU uniform pants, it's a good pant for the price. I am spoiled by their lightweight pants because they are so superior.
👤I fastened the button when I received the pants. I had to enlarge the button hole to try them on. Can't imagine how the buttons were fastened because the hole was smaller than the button. I decided to keep the two pairs I purchased, but I will not buy anything else from Propper. There is good stretchability in the waistband. Ripstop nylon should provide quick drying when I'm hiking in the rain.
👤These pants were purchased a few years back. They are used on camping trips and meetings with Scouts. They are still going strong despite being beat up and stained after many rough outings. They are not good for special ceremonies anymore. I checked to see if I could get a new pair of shoes for the Eagle Scout Court of Honor. I was happy to see that the same pants were on sale. It was disappointing to see the build quality of the new pair. The corners have been cut. The metal one has been replaced by a plastic one. The pants have a metal snap on the outside and a plastic button on the inside. A plastic button on the outside replaced the one on the inside. I didn't give these pants two stars because the material seems the same. They are ok for the price but not great.
You can easily wear leggings underneath the softshell pants for added warmth, and they are water-resistant, windproof and insulated, so they are not as bulky as ski pants. There are 2 side pockets and 1 leg pocket for mobile phones. It is possible to have a partialadjustable waistband that will fit your waist and keep you comfortable. Not included is the belt. The snow pants for women feature a wear-resistant design with upgraded technology in the knees. It's ideal for all spring sports like hiking, skiing, snowboarding, sliding, camping, hunting and travelling. If you plan on wearing thermals or leggings underneath, you should go a size up.
👤Excellent quality. There is a nice fleece inside. Went on a snowboard trip. The pants were perfect for the weather. Great wind proof. I fell a few times in the snow and sat down in the snow for a few minutes at a time and nothing happened. If you plan on wearing thermals or leggings underneath, I recommend going a size up. I had to return my first pair because I couldn't layer. Go a size up! My second pair fit perfectly with one pair of leggings. I had to buy a 10 to be able to layer. You can buy a pair 2 sizes up if you really want more. My pant has belt loops as well. They did touch the ground because I am short. This pant has a straight leg. The wine was red.
👤The water is not waterproof. Definitely waterproof. Occasionally, I have to work on a boat. Sometimes I get misted and sometimes I have to kneel on the deck. I was soaked all day. I ordered a size because I might have to put layers under it. The back of these pants felt very uncomfortable and looked stupid because of the amount of material in the front. They are lined with fleece. The waste was very high and the extra material in the front made it very uncomfortable. I almost didn't give it a star. They are still fleece lined. The diagonal zip in the thigh is not a pocket, but a zip for looks.
👤I bought 3 different pairs of pants. I started with a small. It fit me everywhere, but my waist. I read a few more reviews and decided to go with a large. These were huge, but not massive in my waist. Which it fit well. I thought a medium would fit me. Wrong! The medium seems larger than the small. They gave me a muffin top, but I was able to button them. I'm not sure if I'll return them or not, but I like how they fit. There is a little about my body type. I'm currently 160 lbs. I have a lot of muscle mass due to weight lifting, so I could definitely lose a few pounds. Not a complete ball. I wear a size 6 to 8 pant. Hope that helps! I've only tried these pants on, no snow or rain to test them in, but just trying them on, my legs got hot. That's a good sign. They seem well made. It was worth a shot.
👤The day before the historic Thanksgiving Snow Storm, I got these pants. Yesterday! The snow was deep and I was out in it. With only a thin pair of leggings added, I never got cold or wet. I sat in the snow with my family. I'm buying a second pair because they fit more like ski wear and less like active pants but are still attractive and technical. Highly recommended!
👤These 3 stars seem to be pretty good quality. I wear a 16 in pants. I bought a new car. These fit like a 12/14. The hips are going to be a bit snug if you have them. I couldn't tell from the picture that they are very low rise. I don't think low-rise pants are a good idea when you add in snow. They seem to be warm. It was well constructed. Even though they say I should be in these with a little bit of room, the size is off.
It is easy to care for, machine washable. The sleep pant has a single button and elastic waistband. There are two deep side-seam pockets. It's perfect for relaxing or sleeping.
👤Feb 2020 was purchased. I bought the Fruit of the Loom Medium, Hanes Medium and Amazon Basics Large to try them out. The Hanes and Fruit of the Loom are just a normal T-shirt material, while the Amazon Basics is more like sweat pants that are soft on the inside and stretchy on the outside. Fruit of the Loom and Hanes are tagless. There is a If you ride a motorcycle and it's cold, the thinner material for Hanes and Fruit of the Loom makes it easier to wear under other pants. I recommend the thinner Hanes or Fruit of the Loom if you need pajamas in a warmer house. The thicker Amazon basic is a lounge around the house. The Amazon Basics has a tag. Do you need thick or thin? My waist is 38" using a tape measure. The waist of Hanes is not stretched. 42" The inseem is 31.5" long. The medium waist of the fruit of the loom is not stretched. The inseem is 30.5" The large waist is not stretched. The inseem is 31 and they are 43" long. They need to get rid of the tag. The Hanes and Fruit of the Loom are not tags. I'll try to add pictures after the review. Let me know if this was helpful.
👤I'm cheap. Women's pajama bottoms always shrink and end up too short when I buy Walmart jammies. Men's pajamas are better than women's. These are comfortable. flannel pajama pants are very light. I live in them when I'm not at work. I bought a pair to try, but I think I need a second pair.
👤I tried a pair of Fruit of the Looms after buying two other brands of pajama pants. I have short legs and had to hem them. I have to say that they are the best pants I have ever owned. I ordered two more. When I am retired, I wear pajama pants and a t-shirt around the house all the time, because I know nobody is going to visit or see me. These pants are perfect. I don't look like I'm wearing pajama pants when I go out to the driveway to pick up the paper or take out trash because the black color looks nice. The material is light and soft to the touch. flannel can get uncomfortable in hot weather. The pants are great for our climate. I feel like Hugh Hefner is spending my days wearing them. My wife told me to get more because she loved the new look.
👤Excellent sleepwear. I am a big man and these 4XL Big pants fit me perfectly, with room to spare but with the cinch/tie - perfect. I tried these on and did not want to take them off.
👤The price was right and I bought a bunch of these. You think Fruit of the Loom is good quality, but not these! These are now known as the doughnuts drawers. It was difficult to answer the question of how these fit. The legs shrink up to about 24 and the seat falls down, even though they look good. If you like your crotch at the knees, you may like these. I don't! I regret every pair of these I bought.
The material is 100% softshell. The elastic waistband has buttons and belts. The fleece provides you with extra warmth and comfort. It's waterproof to keep you warm. Women's hiking pants have multi zip pockets, front and back security zip pockets with elastic pull tab, and a knee cloth. For winter outdoor sports like camping, hiking, mountaineering, skiing, travelling, climbing, cycling, hunting, you can get slim fit hiking pants for women.
👤When I was shopping, I read the reviews on this. Many mentioned they ran small. I'm 5 ft 1/2 in and 120#. Normally wear a size 4 or 6. I have an athletic build and have more stock in the legs. I thought I would get by with the small. The sm was snug in the butt. I returned the sm for a medium because I wanted more room to move. I'm happy I did. The waist and hips are light and fit for being active. The shirt is tucked in or out. The fabric is light. I have a 29 inseam, but they can be tucked under, and with shoes, it will be fine. These pants should be recommended.
👤These fit a little small. I was able to squeeze into them with the elastic waist. I am 5 4 and weigh a hundred and twenty. They are an outstanding value for the money, they fold up to take up very little space. They look like they are wearing athletic black slacks. Would recommend.
👤These were amazing. I wore fleece leggings under them and they were perfect. The pockets were large enough to hold a lot of things. I wore a thin waterproof pant that I wore over these pants, so I can't attest to the waterproof nature of these pants. Absolutely!
👤This is for skiing. I had a pair of long johns. I was warm and pleasant. I was worried the bottoms wouldn't fit over my boots. It was not a big deal. Nothing got wet. The most fitting pants are my favorite. It looks great. I would wear this for sledding with the kids. Highly recommended. It is about 6 inches too long for me. I folded the bottom up.
👤I walk to the mountain course to play golf. We are still in winter wear, but these are perfect because they breathe as the day warms up. I don't get too hot walking 18 holes.
👤I was worried that the pants were too small from the reviews, but they fit well and I will wear them on my trip to Iceland. I bought a small size. The legs are snug but I could still fit a pair of leggings or thermal pants under my jeans. The legs are a little long for me, so it was expected, but I am 5'3 and 122 pounds. I usually wear a size 4 or 6 jean, but it's not very often that it fits my waist or bottom, and I have a bigger butt that fills pants, which is an issue when it comes to pant shopping. The pants are comfortable and have the right amount of loose and snug. I hope they keep me warm and dry.
👤I ordered a medium. The ankle length was about ankle length. It's skinny in the thigh area, but it's good for my body. Light weight and good stretch in the pant. The pants are waterproof, but not completely, but drops of water bead off quickly. The purchase was good. Will purchase another.
The material is 10% elastane. Sun protection is provided by stretch-woven fabric that has a high protection against harmful ultraviolet rays. The YKK Zipper-Closure Pockets are deep enough to securely hold your phones, wallet, and keys. The capri has a cord lock around the cuffs to keep bugs out when hiking and it also has a hem that is more convenient for sports. The elastic Waistband has drawcord for a snug fit. It's made of a slim fit with a soft 4-way stretchy fabric that gives you the freedom to flex. There are OCCASIONS. Hiking capris pants are suitable for all seasons. Good choice for outdoor sports, exercising, hiking, camping, hunting, fitness, active, cycling, fishing, rock climbing, travelling, running, jogging, lounge and home wear.
👤I blame myself for not reading it more closely. I was looking for hiking pants that had good reviews. The photos were with long pants. I was wondering where the lower half of the pants were when I pulled the package out. I realized I ordered the capris. I would have bypassed these in the store. I weigh between 150 and 156 pounds. I ordered a large one. They fit right. I was worried about the quality. I was going to return them, but I hate the return process. I decided to wear them on my first backpacking trip in years. I was surprised. There were multiple river crossing knees to mid-thigh water deep. The pants were completely dry within 20 minutes. A companion wore jeans that never dried and he was miserable when the temperature dropped. I expected the desert brush to fall down on the trails. Not a single problem. I would recommend these capris. I need to find these in pants. I did not get paid for this review.
👤I'm really happy with my first pair of hiking pants. I'm 5'9" and I got the XXL, they fit! The length is perfect. It hits my shoes. The leg at the bottom can be narrowed using the drawstring. I was able to tie it because of the long waist drawstring. They are very comfortable, flexible and quiet. There are several deep pockets. I will definitely buy at least one more pair, but I wish they had the black one. They are gray, but I would love a black pair. There is an update. I got a pair of the XXL in black.
👤Exactly what I was looking for. I bought a large size. These fit well around my waist. They are not low rise. The fabric is light and comfortable, and the fit allows for freedom of movement. They may not be very flattering. I am looking for functional so that is fine.
👤I am 5 foot 5, 170 lbs, have a 33 inch waist and a 47 inch hip. These pants are very tight on my thighs, yet very large on my midsection. I tried 8 pairs of hiking pants, and the only pair that was decent for a curvy girl was the "Rdruko Women's outdoor Water-Resistant Quick Drying lightweight Cargo pants(Blue, US XL)". I hope this helps someone with a curvy body.
👤These are not friends for my pear shaped ladies. I ordered the XXL because I am 5 feet 9 and 18 years old, and my legs and hips were stuffed in like sausages. I would not dare walk in them. These would be great for you if you don't carry your weight in your hips and thighs. The company offered to pay me to remove the review.
👤I'm going to say that I never write reviews. I base my buying decisions on what I read. I read many reviews to find pants that were comfortable and sporty. I waffled for a while before choosing this brand. They showed up fast. All I can say is... I am in love with myself. They are some of the most comfortable pants I've ever worn, and they make me feel sporty. My boyfriend told me that they look great on me, but he did not give me a compliment. The size is correct. If you were on the fence, I would urge you to go for it. You will not be disappointed.
The waffle knit traps heat and fights odor. Flex technology is rugged and easy to use. The tagless label and smooth flatlock seams enhance comfort. The concealed dry low-stitch waistband has a contoured front. The placement of the seam for maximum comfort and reduced chafing is strategic.
👤The local Carhartt store was unable to order them anymore, so I ordered them for my husband. The material we bought was thick, but the thinner ones were much less durable. They say they are the Carhartt Force. They are not the same as the other thermals my husband has. I was very disappointed. I paid the same price for the thick ones.
👤The waffle design made me a Large Tall Thicker than under armour. These are very small. I think these are lightweight and not mid. Fruit of The Loom is more form fitting than an old-school Fruit of the Loom, but definitely not a second skin like under armor. The anklets are open and not cuffed. The saddle is comfortable. Not tight. You can wear your boxer briefs underneath and still be comfortable. If you're fast, you can wear cotton boxers if you want, but they don't keep me warm like the standard under armour tights. Make sure your expectations are in line with the product. These shouldn't be the only layer under a pair of waders. It's your base layer. Remember that. If you plan on putting something over it, you should be in good shape.
👤I was disappointed when I put them on. It didn't look like the picture. I got something similar to Flamingo legs inside of a black gunny sack. Very disappointing. Maybe the wife is right. I have bird legs. Carhartt said the long johns were fine.
👤I bought these for a trip to Alaska. When we got there, it was -13. I expected these to keep me warm, but they didn't. I ended up wearing a different brand of bottoms. It would be okay in 10 degrees. They fit in the middle of the body, but are not annoying. We are not tight to the legs.
👤Pros. Construction seems good and the fit is as expected. The price. The price is damn. I have always bought the cheaper stuff at Walmart. I thought I would try the name brand. That was a waste. I don't think there is any justification for the extra money.
👤If you're looking for a pair of underwear that are fit in the crotch area like a pre-pubescent boy, then you should order these. The crotch on these will be too small for a man. I had to return them for a refund because I couldn't get them up over mine.
👤As soon as they were put on the elastic waist band, they separated from the material.
👤I bought a large for my husband. They are loose but not snug. He wears a size 34 or 36 jeans and thermals and I have bought them in the past for snug fitting. This is the first time I have bought these. My husband is happy with the fit and the ankle band is not tight. I have bought other Carhartt thermals that are heavier but my husband is ok with lighter weight. There is a I would buy them again.
You will be comfortable and protected inside and out with the waterproof-breathable, fully seam-sealed shell and mesh lining. Whenever rain falls and the wind blows, the DWR finish resists. The rating is 1000g/m2 and 3000mm. Extending comfort and range of motion is achieved by the use of the knees and hip. The waist is easy to wear for a comfortable fit. Leg openings are adjusted with drawcord and a hook snap button. There are two slant pockets and one thigh pocket. It's suitable for hiking, hiking
👤I wear a size 8 pant. I ordered a medium in pink. I like the color. The pockets are functional. The four stars seem to be odd fit along the hips/stomach. It is more high-waisted. I will fold the top portion down so it won't be a problem for a shrimp boat. I am not sure about waterproof. I will update you once I try. I work on a shrimp boat. It was 50 degrees this morning, and I was in the water all day. These pants are waterproof. They kept me warm. If you want to stay warm and protect yourself from the rain, I recommend these. The December 8, 2020 update is still going strong. I washed and dried these pants. The still keeps me dry.
👤I got these pants for hiking. I use them in my rain gear. They were very comfortable and kept me dry when hiking in the rain. The reason I gave them 4 stars was because the pants need a way to cinch them to your waist. I needed a belt to keep them up. They fit everywhere. These pants would be perfect if there was a drawstring.
👤I wore these a couple different times. I wore them once in 50 weather with just some light leggings on and then I wear them today in a complete torrential downpour. My legs were dry, my legs were warm, and I love the fact that if you get too hot you can open the vent on the sides so you don't get wet through it. I would probably buy more pairs if they were less expensive. So far, find and buy have been exceptional. I am 5'3 about 130 lbs. The legs fit the medium well. It did not fit in my waist, which is about 28in. If you want to use these as overpants, you need to make your layer bigger to fit over those leggings. The waist is elastic. You can cinch it down with this little strip. It works well. I am happy with my medium.
👤I moved from the desert to the Pacific Northwest because of these. I wear them with leggings, thermals, or pants underneath them, or alone. Keep your pack for changeable weather or take out the garbage.
👤There is an update. I have had these pants for a year now and they do everything I wanted them to do. There is light weight and water proof. I was able to fit long johns and a pair of leggings under them and they kept the wind out of my legs. I will be buying more of them. Just received them. I have yet to try them in the rain, but they fit a little weird, I am 180 lbs, 5'3" and have to pull up the pants in the leg area to sit. They are not fleece lined, so there is nice for spring and summer, but they make the swooshing sound. I bought them to ride on an atv to stay dry. I hope they work.
The waist size is 28''-28''. S fits for 30''-31'';M fits for 32''-34'';L fits for 36''-38'';XL fits for 40''-42''. Thin & Quick-Dry and Water repellencies keep you dry and comfortable in the summer. The belt is included in the Elastic Waist. The stretchy waist with belt allows maximum comfort. Zip pockets at the sides and back allow for convenient and secure storage. Slim fit hiking pants for men are perfect for mountain climbing, camping, hiking, running, walking, fishing, hunting, and other indoor and outdoor sports.
👤I bought a small light grey one. The fit was not great. As you can see in my pics, I am 5'8" and 140 lbs and I have baggy hips and upper thighs. Maybe I don't have junk in my trunk. I don't need the extra fabric there. I wanted to post pics so you could see how they look on a small guy.
👤Just got them. It fit well. I got the large size. I'm 6'2”, 230 lbs, 34” inseam. Length is good. The waist is right. They sent a long belt. I have an extra 13 of belt hanging on my waist. The pants wouldn't fit a person who needed this belt. It's not a big deal, but it's funny. The material is stretchy and very comfortable. If they perform well during campouts, they will be upgraded to a 5 star.
👤I was amazed when I ran water tests at home to see if the pants were waterproof. 100% satisfied. I don't understand why someone who buys a waterproof product wouldn't test it at home when they get it instead of waiting to use it in a real life situation. These pants are lightweight. I love the pockets. There are two in normal spot, one in the back, and two in the outer thigh area. If the zip went all the way down, there would be a chance that your items would fall out, so I love that the normal pockets are half-sucked. The fit of the pants is the reason I am giving them a 4 instead of a 5 stars. I prefer a slimmer fit when I go backpacking. Extra material hanging far from my body can get caught on bushes, rocks and other objects. The decision to buy these pants was the most difficult. It was difficult to find reviews that said the fit was right, too small or large. I decided to split the decision and get medium in the middle. I could be a bit shorter, but I don't like the look of the material at the bottom of my pants. I like the way the hem hits at the top of my foot. I ordered medium and it fit perfectly. It was a little small, but it was easy to make up for with the belt that was included. The length was too long for me. I had to hem up the pants to make them comfortable. I decided to shorten them from the knee down to give them a more slim/skinnier look. The pants are not the same with those changes. I love them!
👤These are light and comfortable. I wear relaxed fit jeans and 32-33 x 30s athletic jeans. The waist was perfect but the legs were too long. They could have been cuffed. It was fine with hiking boots, just more length gathered than my typical style now that it is not 1999. I would buy these again if that was an issue for me. I was surprised to find a belt and a mesh vent on the side of the jeans, where the carpenter jeans have small side pockets. They can double as a small pocket with the vent size. In April in Oregon, the temperature ranged from high 40s to high 20s with some hail to upper 20s and wind. They were great for the 40s and would have been better with layers for the 20s.
The material is material. Men's cargo pants. Tactical pants for men made from teflon fabric repel stains and liquids. Hiking pants for men are made of anti-wrinkle fabric. Mens pants are scratch-resistant, wear-resistant and durable. There are functional pockets. Men's cargo pants have up to 11 pockets, with 2 back hip pockets, 2 back thigh pockets, and 2 back shank pockets. The design: The hiking pants men wear are made with strengthened knees and 3D tailoring. The fly closure is made of yans. The hanging loop of the MOLLE system can easily hang hiking gear. The free tactical pants men are perfect for outdoor, four seasons, duty work, tactical, hunting, daily life, casual, military, climbing, hiking, camping, etc.
👤They sent me a larger size 42 waste, which fit great around the waste, and I had to hem them because they were too small. I wear a size 38 relaxed fit in Levi and Carhartt. I haven't run through my outdoor haunt yet, but they look and feel great. They have double stitching all over and extra thick fabric in the places you normally wear out. These pants are my go-to for hunting and off-grid cabins. I expect them to do well after about a year of abuse, but I will most likely update this after that. You could hope for great pants with all the bells and whistles. I've worn these for more than 30 days in a harsh Eastern Oregon Winter. I've spent a lot of time on a tractor moving snow, digging out snowmobiles and gates, and getting snow off my cabin and shed. They are perfect so far. It was very dry in all of these activities.
👤It was used for my superhero suit. It was nice and tactical.
👤I've been looking for pants that can handle what I can dish out. They are awesome in every way, except for the fact that they can be pretty hot in the summer. They are ideal. There are plenty of pockets with a velcro closure for being up and down all day. I can crawl an attic or crawlspace without worrying about my stuff falling out of my pockets and having to carry a bucket or tray with me. I will be wearing these for upcoming video shoots. They feel like armor. Excellent! I've found nothing better.
👤These pants are great. The pockets have pockets! I can load up every survival piece of equipment. If you carry a pistol, extra mags, radio, cuffs, and rifle mags, you may need to reinforce the Top of the Belt loops. Suspenders help too. I have lived in several pairs of Uniform pants during my deployment to Afghanistan. Tan, Brown, Black, Grey!
👤Heavy work. I usually rip the crouches out of pants. They have held up well after a few days of rigorous and odd positions and squats. There are many storage pockets.
👤These things are great. I use these in the emergency room. I have pockets for everything. They have held up well so far. I get a lot of comments from patients. The only downside is that you have to empty out all the pockets before laundry day. It can take a while.
👤The pants weren't made very well. I washed them after they fit me perfectly. They were too skinny and small to even fit on the floor. One leg was skin tight and the other was loose, but they 888-282-0465 The seam in the rear was twisted. The pants seemed to move. Be sure to cut it right. Otherwise they were nice pants. Don't wash them? It was very uncomfortable. Get cheap. Will not be buying this brand in the future.
The hiking pants are made of a material that is waterproof, warm, abrasion resistant, no pilling, and comfy. Personal belongings are kept secure with multi zip pockets. A slim fit hiking pants with a belt, patckwork knees, steric knee darts, and unique cargo pockets on the thigh part. You can keep warm and dry in the cold and windy weather with the waterproof outdoor pants. Women are able to enjoy winter activities like hiking, mountain climbing, skiing, snowboarding, and ice sports. Also, note: If you have any questions, please contact them and they will provide the best solution to you.
👤They were the most important part of the trip. The material is high quality. There is plenty of room for leggings or jeans underneath the inside fleece lining. Slim fit without being tight and loose like snowboarding pants. I was able to cover my boots. Absolutely waterproof! I wore coats and gloves that claimed to be waterproof, but these pants were the only thing to keep me dry. I will recommend these pants to my friends and family.
👤I'm 5'9" and weigh 150, I ordered a large. The pants are very high and wide in the waist, and short and skinny in the legs, which makes for an awkward fit. The fabric is good quality and has good reinforced knees and pockets. The belt that's included is useless and barely fits around the pants and doesn't stay secured when tightened. suspenders work better for me. I can fit fleece lined leggings underneath. I think they will keep me warm while ice fishing. The price was good. They will be tucked into my boots so they won't be a big issue. The photos show the actual size of the pants.
👤I'm 5'4 168 lbs 17 1/2 in shoulders 30 inch waist 40 inch hips, I carry my weight evenly but I can usually get away with Mediums in bottoms. I didn't want it to happen. I bought these in Large because of the reviews of people who are built and weigh as much as I do, I can feel the breeze through them, and they are long for those, so I will be guarding them just to make sure they're waterproof and will be wearing lined legging I will use them for casual walks during the cold Alaskan winter and hope to go to the ice caves once I get more use out of them. It's easier to order off line when others put down their measurements, thanks to those who gave great review.
👤I love these pants! The pants I bought on Amazon are the best. I wear a size 12 in pants. The pants fit perfectly. The legs are not so tight that you can't move, but not so cumbersome that you can bend easily. I wish there were more color options.
👤I'm about 5'4" and 130 lbs. It's a good size to fit comfortably loose with room for leggings or thin thermals. It's not warm enough for 40 degrees or under for more than 10 minutes of brisk walking. It's definitely necessary for leggings for optimal warmth. High waisted but comfortable. Comes with a belt. The pants are nice.
👤I used these pants on a skiing trip in California. They fit through the waist and leg, a style that I have never used before while skiing. They are very flattering to my figure, which is usually lost in baggy, bootleg cut snow pants. Even though the fit was tighter, I was able to wear a pair of thermal leggings and thick socks. I was comfortable. I stayed warm and dry on the slopes. I am a size 26 waist and weigh 114 pounds. The small fit of the XS was perfect, but it was too tight on my butt. I gave my very slim girlfriend the extra small because she is 115 pounds. They fit her perfectly.
85% nylon and 15% spandex. Extra store space is provided by the multi pockets design of the hiking pants, ensure that you can carry large items. The soft shell pants have a coating on the surface that is water resistant and can keep you comfortable all day. The waist is more comfortable with a partial elastic waistband on the side. The inner fabric has a high quality fleece lining. It's perfect for outdoor sportswear such as snow skiing, hiking, mountain climbing, and cycling.
👤The style, color, fabric, warmth and how well they are made are all things I love about these pants. I wore these all the time because they are so cute, even though I ordered them for my trip to Alaska. I just set the washing machine to cold delicates and hang them to dry, even though the directions say to hand wash. I weigh 118 pounds. I had to exchange the xs for a small. The waist was too tight for me. The small is perfect. I was able to use these in Alaska in -25 to -30. I wore thermal underwear and a synthetic base layer. For extreme cold, you can only wear these pants with someone. I have worn them in the teens without any additional layers. In September of 2021, I wore them in Alaska, hiking in the rainy 30 degree weather. Still love them!
👤I bought two pants, one green and one khaki. I used thermical pants below, but they were great in the cold. I didn't feel cold in my lower body. On the last day of my trip, it rained for more than two hours and in a matter of 30 minutes my pants were already wet. The water was heavy and wet. The only bad experience with the pants was that it took hours to dry. 80% recommended.
👤I waited to write my review because I was able to use it in the snow. (Snowboarding) 1. Not warm. I needed a few layers of thermals to wear on a December day in Big Bear, CA. I can only imagine wearing them higher up north. 2. The snow could get in the pants because the butt pockets had a small closing. Attached is a picture. It would have held the snow out better if it were zip-gated. It was difficult to snowboard since I would fall on my butt when trying to snowboard and the lining was thin. I was freezing on the slopes after about an hour and a half and the snow wet my under layers. The intended use for the product was not met, so I don't recommend it. Otherwise, it is nice. The fit was good, I am 5ft and got a size Small, which is pretty long, but could have gone smaller if I wanted to be more snug.
👤I wanted to love them but couldn't because I was trying them on. The pocket and knee are not above my knee. The pant length is not bad. I bought the cargo pocket for use, but I don't have access to the way it is placed. My knee is 1-2 inches below the floor. I have a 30-31” inseem. If this helps anyone else.
👤I have tried them out for a couple of days. They look like good quality material. I like the green color. The cargo pocket is large enough for a cell phone and I don't mind bending my knee. It has a comfortable stretch throughout. I have large thighs and enough room for John. The inner lining is warm. I have a big belly and a small behind, but those with big boots might show some cracks when they squat. Even though I pull the waist over my belly button, the length is still good. I might have gotten them a little bigger. When it comes to my bottoms, I'm usually between sizes. There is no need for an exchange. I prefer them to be loose than tight.
