The dimensions are 9'8" x 4'6" x 1'5". The maximum weight capacity is 790 lbs. The boat is in an overheated state. The Excursion 5 inflatable boat has a 1300 pound capacity and is great for boating or fishing with friends. Water craft for lakes and mild rivers are certified by NMMA and the U.S. Coast Guard. Features include 2 inflatable seats for comfort and seating stability that provides superior back support for fishing and boating. The built-in fishing rod holders and gear pouch make fishing and relaxing easier. The motor mount and motor mount sold separately, as well as welded on oar locks and oar holders, are included for your convenience. The boat design has an inflatable I-beam floor for rigidity and heavy-duty puncture resistant PVC for comfort. An auxiliary chamber is inside the main hull for extra safety. Also included: The easy to store and carry package includes the Excursion 5 boat, 2, 54-inch aluminum oars, repair patch kit and carry bag. The boat has a weight of 57 pounds and a width of 66 inches.
👤Some of you might be wondering how this boat holds up in water. The inflatable raft is awesome. I've had a lot of fun with this raft and have held up well in the water. I have enough room for all of our fishing gear and a cooler, even with the addition of an 86lb troll motor. A cheap funfilled day at the lake can include a raft. It has an easy to store bag. My only suggestion is to upgrade the air pump and add wood floors for stability, many modification and add-ons can be done to this boat.
👤If you're reading this, you're probably considering buying this boat. This is more than a $150 boat, so it is a great choice. It has some limitations. It doesn't seat 5 people. It could be 2 to 3 adults. Two adults and a couple of kids would work well. It's difficult to row this big boat. You will need a motor for this boat. In North Dakota, if you put a troll motor on a boat, you have to register it with the game and fish department. If you don't put a motor on it, you don't have to register it. The air boat works well on little to no current. I haven't tried it in a river. I don't think I want to. I am very pleased with this boat. The vinyl is thicker than an air mattress. I don't think I trust my fishing poles to use the cheap pole holders. The boat is heavy and portable. It's much easier to load and unload with 2 people. The boat is rated for 1300 pounds of people and equipment. I have at least 800 pounds in my boat at all times and it floats great and moves pretty good with the motor. If you're still reading, I have some suggestions for what you should buy with the purchase of this boat. 1. The mounting kit for the trolling motor. I used a minn kota endura max 40 thrust. The boat is only rated to 30 thrust or 1.5hp, but I'm pretty sure you could fit a bigger motor on this if you wanted to. 3. The power center battery box is located in Minn kota. The box shows you battery life remaining and has spots for DC power so you can charge your phone. 4. A deep cycle battery. I used an everstart maxx 29 from walmart. The Minn kota portable battery charger is portable. The charger is very lightweight and easy to use. 6. A pack of life vests. I bought the orange cheapos because they are legal. An air horn. An anchor. I think my weight is between 3 and 5 lbs. When you are trying to stay still, you want an anchor to help keep the boat out of harms way. There are 9. I bought a fire safety item. It's not required by law, but it makes me feel safer. The bow and stearn light are green and red. I found a set of inflatables that are battery powered. 11. An air pump. I bought a dc powered one so I can use the truck at the lake to power the pump and inflate the boat. There are 12. Industrial strength outdoors. Stuff is floating around in the boat. Stuff is kept organized with the help of ricol. I would like to buy a couple large plastic bins to store the boat. Loctite! The bolts holding the motor mount loosen on their own. It should be possible to use some loctite. I am buying led light strips for my boat. If you are going to land this at a dock, buy dock bumpers. You do not want sharp metal or wood puncturing it.
If you are unhappy with their product, you can return it within 60 days. Any questions can be answered by customer support. The Cockpit is designed for comfort and space. The dimensions are: The maximum weight capacity is 400 pounds. Directional stability can be achieved with aremovable SKEG. In case of an emergency bright yellow color helps visibility. Explorer k2 is made for smaller bodies of water.
👤We are experienced Kayakers who have other hard sit on top and sit in kayaks. This was the first inflatable we had. Our purchase turned out to be a great one. We use it because we don't have to carry our expensive kayaks on our vehicle for hundreds or thousands of miles, and worry about them being stolen when we camp. We have used the Intex Explorer on the ocean inlet canals and it works great. The water is smooth. Our limit is about 1 1/2 to 2 hours before we feel cramped and need to take a break. I am 6'8" and my wife is 5'8". The kayak is short for two people, but anything longer is more money and we make due. The Explorer K2 tracks well when using good paddling technique. It tracks very straight when we paddle hard and fast. The rear will start to swing out when it stops paddling. It's not a big deal. The materials seem to be durable. The only things we would like to change are the inflation valves on the floor and the front and rear bow and stern covers. The cheap flip out valves are used on inflatable pool toys. The nice valves that don't let air escape when you pull the air pump out are the ones that inflate the sides. Again, for the price point, we think they have to cut corners somewhere. This is an amazing value for the money. deflation is even quicker with set up and inflation using the included pump. We may upgrade to a longer inflatable kayak at some point if we start using the Intex more and more. We would buy it today if it was made by Intex. The Explorer K2 is a good way to go if you want the convenience of a kayak, and you want to save money. Click Yes if you found this review helpful. Thanks a lot, Willy C.
👤I inflated it in my living room, but there wasn't a stream or a river in the box. I think I have to add my own. I tried to put it in the bathtub, but it wasn't big enough. I tripped over an oar and pulled my shower curtain down. I hit my head on the side of the kayak, which was good. I couldn't get out of the tub because my legs were stuck in the shower curtain and the kayak was on top of me. My dog licked my face after he thought it was funny. I turned on the shower when I grabbed for something. I pretended my lawn was a level 4 white waters thing after I got the bathroom aired out. The sprinklers were activated in the middle of it all. The dog jumped on me again. I strapped the thing to the top of my car and drove to the nearest mountain stream. The kayak was both inflatable and deflatable. The wind was trying to pull the kayak up off the car, but I tied it tight so it wouldn't move. It's a bad thing on mountain roads. The car went off the side and rolled over, landing on its top in a mountain stream. We floated all the way back down through Golden, past the Coors factory, and out the east side of Denver, after the car upside down on the kayak and the mess in the stream. The car was totaled. The kayak was great. I think it's a good idea. Make sure you deflate the mountain stream before tying it to the top of your car.
The measure is 30 by 15 by108 inches and has a maximum capacity of 220 pounds. There are two 48" French oars. The high output manual pump is included. 83" x 46" x 16" The weight capacity is 410 lbs.
👤This is the ultimate wife escaper, and I never thought it would be so easy. Don't believe me, try it yourself. Blow up, row and wallah... It's easy. I let her join the first time, so don't do that again. I haven't seen my wife in ages. Life has been amazing since I rowed across Lake Erie.
👤I asked this raft to go beyond it's design limitations, and it delivered, but it was damaged in the process. I took this raft on a camping trip to the Saco river. I used this raft in the river and it exceeded my expectations. We went through some dangerous rapids on our way to meet the mushroom god. The raft is large enough for one adult or two small children. Don't fight a bear with the oars, they are decent quality. The patch kit is not good. The included air is good, but our society is fragile. I was able to seal the leaks with a flex seal after hitting several holes from the rocks. You will never need the last flotation device.
👤Why should you be a normal person? That is correct. The beach is a place where you can be the envy of everyone else. You are the only one that brought his inflatable Yacht. The answer to almost every question can be found in this raft. It is perfect. It comes with a foot pump and Oars. It all works, that's the best part. Is it heavy duty? Nope. Will it hold the air and the water? Yes. Will it make you a cripple? Yes, it will! Be the leader of your life! To all that are with you, be that special person. The raft is the only thing that could make it all count. You are in charge of the beach while the other people are laying down. Taking it to the Sea, the Ocean, going out to the beach is riskier than you might think. The boy was on the beach. It tried to catch a shark. Holly cow was awesome! It is portable. It has everything you need. Kids collect shells at the beach. Ho hum. With this bad boy, you are going in the right direction. The ladies are being driven bananas. Have you ever seen a girl that doesn't like boats? Didn't think so. Go to the sea and release your inner warrior. Take on giant squids. Fight in naval battles. Do what you want with your life. You know that you are the captain. All for less than $20.00.
👤The raft worked well for the ride out of the airplane at 13,500ft.
👤The Explorer 200 is an inflatable watercraft that is far beyond the walls of the suburban above ground pool that it was designed for. The toy was charged through the choppy waters of Lake Powell, and it was able to dodge plates of ice with its rubber hull as I explored a vast network of narrow sandstone canyons. I don't think it's a good idea to call it the 'poor man's packraft', as any man with an Explorer 200 is a rich man indeed.
It measures 10-1-5 by 5-1-5 by 4 inches. Get what you need in a professional camping kit. The kit includes: a personal water filter straw, a multi-functional tool, a first aid tourniquet, a wire saw, an emergency blanket, a flashlight, a band-aids whistle, and a fishing card. The upgrade hard case can hold all items. The water filter straw can remove harmful substance. The smallest solid particles are found in the environment. It is helpful to reduce plastic water bottles using the water filter. A good partner for disaster water supply. The camping kit case is portable and lightweight, with a weight of only 1.28 pounds. It is easy to put it in a backpack. The water filter straw provides clean water, the multi function tools can quickly cutting branches, and the emergency blankets can retain 90% of body heat. All items are packaged in a good quality box. It's a good gift for fathers day, Christmas, new year, and other special days. It is a perfect gift for Dad Men Father Boyfriend.
👤I like to be prepared and this kit looked like a good lightweight addition to my pack. In my video, I show you everything. There is a small black bag that holds everything. Everything seems to be in working order. The kit has a filter straw in it.
👤A good knife, a spork/opener, and a pen are included in the kit. There are fire starter, filter straw, and more. The pieces are well designed and seem sturdy, but this is not a complete kit. The flashlight case is too big for a AA battery. It's probably smaller than a 18500 battery, but you can easily adapt it to use AA batteries. I wrapped a layer of Moleskin around it. It will be safe and dry in the flashlight if you have moleskin around.
👤The survival kit arrived on time. We used most of it this past weekend to see if it works. Yes, it does. My boys started a fire with the flint, we cut small limbs with a saw and used a knife for many applications. This set is worth a lot of money. Some of the ware on the tested products are shown in the pics. We have more to try on our next camping trip. Enjoy and thank you!
👤This was a perfect gift for my son. He enjoyed opening it and seeing the items. He thought about how he would use each implement. We thought the flashlight's battery was missing a part. It works so don't be confused. It requires a AA. It is a win. Two whistles that aren't loud, one goes on your key ring, but they do the trick. To be prepared!
👤You get what you pay for, with no instructions, nothing to tell you what to do, and not everyone is a master of the outdoors. The all in one tool is a perfect size but the finish is rough. The knife has everything I wanted, but it feels cheap. The mini flashlight is the worst part of the kit. They didn't grind the inside enough and the battery didn't fit. This has nothing to do with the seller. There are some things that I would change to make it a better kit. The value is great. I wanted to point out a few things that could be better, so I would recommend it.
👤You can't beat this for the money, I'm an emergency supply collector. You can put everything in the velvet case. A personal water straw, a durable foldable knife with case, 2 flash lights, emergency blanket, Paracord with compass, a spoon/fork combo fire starter/striker, whistle, multitool can opener, and more are included. I'll be buying gifts for these kids.
👤It is a good quality kit. A good knife. The limb cutting saw iscent. A good fire starter. A good pen, glass breaker, and defense tool. The straw has 2 good accessories. The contents are good. If you don't already have a storage bag, get one that is visible and easy to access. I would recommend this kit to anyone.
China is the country of origin. Extra large emergency blankets are 23% larger than standard foil blankets for full body protection. The mylar heat sheets can be converted into an emergency shelter, sleeping bag, emergency bivy, or other survival gear with a little bit of tape and paracord. NASA designed mylar to be waterproof and reflect up to 90% of body heat, making it perfect for hiking, running, and first aid kits. Their thermal blankets are a must-have for camping, trail running, marathons, 48hr/72hr/30 day go bags, tactical gear preppers, earthquake survival kits, home emergency, and car first aid kits. Durability, lightweight, collapsible packaging includes 4 extra large survival blankets rolled into ripstop nylon stuff sacks. You can carry enough blankets for your entire group in the included pack. The perfect balance of light weight and durable storage is what makes their blanket so unique. Other emergency survival blankets are cheap and flimsy, and are made from cheap bags. It's difficult to be there when you need them. In your car, roadside emergency kit, survival kit, first aid kit, bug out bag, zombie survival kit, and camping gear, there are tactical emergency blankets. They stand behind their products. It is guaranteed that you will be satisfied. They donate a percentage of their profits to the environment.
👤It doesn't seem to be any different from the others, so it's the world's toughest emergency blanket. I don't think it's true. They come individually packaged, but other brands do the same. It's a decent product and you can use it as an emergency blanket. Nothing more from what I can tell. If you think they are less expensive, buy them. It will probably be the same quality. I can't see any difference between "World's Toughest" and what I was sold on.
👤I used this as a base for my tent for 3 days in the cold and rain, and I bought it for a bike packing trip. It kept the ground water out of the tent and kept me warm inside the tent. The Mylar was so thin that it could be folded up with my tent, but it ripped the last night. If I were to go out again, I would bring two, one for ground cover and the other to wrap around myself. I would have been warm using one as a blanket because the temp dropped so cold.
👤The ones I received were of decent quality when I first ordered them. It's better than the normal silver ones I've used in the past. I was greatly disappointed after receiving my second order. The material definitely is not the same as the packaging. These blankets are no longer as durable as the cheap silver Mylar emergency blankets you can get anywhere else. They have the same orange color as the first order, however the sheen is different and the plastic sheets themselves are not as durable as they could be. The original ones I purchased back in June are still holding up well, however this second set I purchased in June is no more durable than the standard silver ones I've purchased elsewhere. I don't recommend these to anyone unless the company steps the quality back up to what it was previously, which is why they never do. I wouldn't trust them to do so if they were cheap, but they are still decent for insulation if you are careful with them. When a company starts cutting corners to rest on their laurels, that's when I start looking for a replacement, because I am willing to pay a higher price for actual quality.
👤I was expecting more heavy duty from the description. The emergency blanket has a pattern on one side and a storage bag. I wouldn't recommend it.
👤I bought these to keep my pets out of my furniture at night. My cats and dogs won't try to jump.
👤The blankets are the toughest space blankets. I can't tell if they are more durable than the cheapest ones on the market. There was no branding on the blanket. The varying bags are cute, but don't add much value other than being presentable gifts. Don't waste your money.
👤This blanket was used as my sleeping source in the cold and snow. I was still very cold during the night, so I didn't think it was working. I could tell that I would have been a lot colder if this blanket hadn't done its job. It's not something to keep you warm and toasty, but it does allow you to survive the night and I use two, one below me and one on top. They are easy to have as a just in case item and take up little space. As long as you are careful, Durability is good.
There is a black leather storage case with the card. Do you compromise quality over life? They don't either! The Fire Blanket is made with top-quality fiberglass, which is better than other thin blankets. Emergency can catch anyone off-guard. Emergency fire blanket is there if you need it, whether it is in your kitchen due to gas, grease, or electric fire, or in your garage, car, or bedroom due to electric fire. It's easy to use the fire extinguisher spray. The fire safety blanket is easy to use. Even an untrained hand can put off fire with this blanket. The fire blankets are for people to protect them from fire. The fabric of the firesafe blanket is soft and does not irritate the skin. You should wrap the blanket around your body. A Keeper of Lives sells fire protection blankets to more than 20 countries. People living in more than 20 countries have their lives saved by them. They value life. They value families. You matter to them and they value you.
👤There are several different brands of fire suppression blanket that are sold by various sellers. They are most likely the same blanket. There are different prices and sizes. I chose this one because it was a good price. Will they work? I did not test its ability to suppress fire. The fabric is very tight and appears to be fiberglass. My basic firefighting skills tell me that placing it directly over a fire will reduce the oxygen in the air and suppress the fire. There is a I have an exteguisher and I have not had to use it as it would make a mess. I will blast it with the fire extinguisher if I have to, but when it is a small fire this will be my go to tool.
👤I hope I never need a fire blanket, but it is a great idea. I can put a small hangar over the back of a door in the kitchen pantry or cabinet and if I need it, I can pull the black cords and not have to open the door. It's reasonably priced as well.
👤These were purchased to use. They are easy to store.
👤I keep this fire blanket in my attic because I feel very safe if a fire should break out there. I keep one in my car in case of an emergency. Think safety first for you or a family member.
👤I'm better prepared for a fire at home or on the road. I am happy to have two of these.
👤It seems good. When tested with a propane torch along a cut edge, fiberglass does not burn. I am using these to drape over the batteries in my RV in order to smother any fire that starts in the battery.
👤I don't hope to use it. The back of the door has a concept attached to it.
Are you ready for the next environmental disaster? The military-grade water storage bag will give you that piece of mind that you and your family have all the essentials. It's great for use as a bathtub bag. The kayak is made of durable welded material with eye catching graphics for added safety on the lake or slow moving river. inflatable I beam floors add stability to Cockpit, which is designed for comfort and maximized space. Theremovableskeg provides exceptional movement. There is a grab line on both ends of the kayak. There is an 84 inch aluminum oar, a repair patch, and a manual hand pump. The measure is 30 by 15 by108 inches and has a maximum capacity of 220 pounds.
👤The items in this listing include: - 1 inflatable kayak - 1 Skeg (to keep your kayak straight in the water) - 1 set of oars - 1 inflatable seat - 1 inflatable green thing for the front of your kayak - 1 repair kit - 1 carry bag After your first time, you won't use Clear, plastic measuring tape. When you need to dry and wipe your kayak, you need a large absorbent towel. Zip lock bag or water proof case for your phone and other items. A body of water with a wind speed factor of less than 12mph is needed to take a kayak out to. We took the Intex Challenger K1 Kayaks out for a spin after we received them. We had fun with it and it turned into a 3-hour kayaking session. I bought them after reading the reviews and they were only $49.99 each. I took away from this purchase the fact that I took a chance on it. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. The quality was better than I anticipated. I haven't had to do a repair yet because there were no defects in my kayaks. I have no problem with my dogs jumping in and out of the COLLAPSIBLE OARS, but I would still yell at them to be careful, because they are so thick. They were easy to assemble and did not cause me any problems. The water made them feel perfect. I was worried that the oars would be terrible, and I would have to buy another one at Walmart, but they work well and are a lot better than I thought. Better paddles would get you places quicker. The weight is 20 lbs and can fit in a bag. It is so small that I wouldn't throw it over my back and bike it to the lake. I love being able to take the kayak with me whenever we want to. The kayak was easy to use and fast after the first time. It took me some time to figure it out, but I was able to get the kayak out in less than 2 minutes with just the pump. I thought I would have to use an electric pump. The manual pump that it came with worked so well and so fast that I am thinking of using it for my inflatable bed for camping as well. The Boston CAP made it convenient to pump, because air only goes in one way when you are pumping, so you don't have to rush to close the cap for fear of air escaping. There are two main compartments in the kayak, one for the base and the other for the top. I counted the number of pumps that worked for us, and it was 63 for the base and 44 for the top. It is silly to think that the number will always be the same, but knowing it helps me keep track of the rubber in my kayak. The SKEG was in place. I had to check it out once in a while to make sure it was still there. It has lasted so far. I don't have any issues with it. Many people have said that if you inflate the bottom of the seat, it will sit high. The back portion of the seat was inflated. It is nice and comfortable. The space for the legs is not bad. We are 5'1" and 5'5". Everyone keeps asking about the inflatable green triangle. It slides into your kayak. We thought it was easier for short people's legs because of that. It helps keep water out of front of the kayak by lifting the front-top portion. Lifting the front top will help you in the kayak because your legs don't get cramped and you don't feel restricted. It helped a lot with reaching the ends with my towel when I needed to dry the inside. This kayak is great for high speeds. You pick up that speed once you get going. Tracking was very good. It always went in the direction I wanted it to go, never went off-track, and made effortless turns. It felt like I was wearing my own skin. WINDS were constant at 9 or 10mph with occasional gusts of up to 15mph. When boats are close by, there was a time when there was significant waves. Our kayaks were able to stay on course through it all, with a little bit of resistance when going against the wind. At one point, we felt like the kayak was going to flip over, but we didn't stick around to find out. The supplied clown bag is not that great. It reminds me of the tote people use. The recycled grocery totes are probably better. The bag is large enough and decent enough. I wouldn't spend money on a replacement bag. These inflatable kayaks are very similar to the right. I thought this was going to be a problem, but it was not. It only took 2 minutes in the water for our bodies to adjust to the kayak's slight skew. You will lean more to one direction. You will probably notice that you are holding your oars in one direction. We both held the oars to the right to adjust for the kayak's balance. There is absolutely nothing to worry about. As soon as you start paddling, you will forget about it. Someone suggested adjusting the bottom and letting out some air. It's worth looking into, but I haven't tried it yet. For our kayaks, it just tilts very little and doesn't matter how much we inflate or deflate it or move it around, we just sort of accepted it the way it is. You won't notice it until you paddle off. We did not flip over in the middle of the lake, but my wife did flip over when she got into her kayak for the first time. I don't know how she was able to do that. She might have sat too close to the edge. I don't know. She couldn't really describe how it turned over because she was so stunned by it. The kayak was light enough to flip over. Imagine if you did flip over in the middle of kayaking, so I don't know if this should be a con or pro. If you don't know how to flip a kayak back over and climb back in, you will have to wait to be saved by other people. Imagine your inflatable kayak flipping over. If it's anything like a regular float at a water park, it may be easy to get back on - or not, hopefully without completely filling the kayak with water. I've never tried it, but will change the review if it happens. It was confusing to fold the kayak back up. If you are like my wife, you will just do whatever works for you. I had to do it exactly because I was more pain-in-the-a about it. I can tell you that my kayak will last better than hers, and that is the difference between my kayak and hers. I took pictures of how it was unfolded so that I could fold it back up. You won't need the pictures after a few tries. The way it was folded is the reason for folding it back. The area is protected by 2. Keep the kayak small enough to fit in the bag that it came with. It's possible to keep from creating new edges to fold which could cause punctures along the new sharp edges. If you don't care about that kind of stuff, fold it into thirds and put it in the trunk. That works for my wife as well. It's funny. I might just fold it into thirds and put it in the back seat/trunk, as my wife does. The less folding, the better it will be. It is so easy and awesome to pump with the supplied pump, but it is pretty embarrassing to have your feet on the tiny bases. You will be tempted to place both feet on the base at first, but you will quickly realize that you just want to get it over with and in the water as quickly as possible. You will eventually pump the kayak with both feet on the base, hunched over with your butt all the way in the air, and pumping away frantically. I have seen others do it and it looks like embarrassment. Two embarrassing minutes. Every time. Single. Time. If you can get past the embarrassment, you will love the pump and want to keep it with you wherever you go. Let me go back on that pump. The pump is fast and has all of the accessories you need for kayaking. It's also great for floats. The plastic of the pump is cheap and light-weight. The first time around DRYING THE KAYAKS was not easy. I found the fastest and best way to do this. It will require a large towel and a kayak. 1. Keep the kayak in the water. Take the kayak off of the water. 2. The water inside the kayak should roll down the opposite end if the kayak is inflated at a big slope. If you don't have a slope, lean it against the cool side of your car or a wall, so the metal doesn't get so hot that it'd melt the rubber off your kayak. Or put it on one end with a duffel. 3. The towel should be inside the end of the water container. If your arms are not long enough, you'll need the green thing to help you, but otherwise, stuff it gently all the way to absorb the water. 4. Keep it out of the sun for about 5 minutes so it doesn't get too hot. 5. You may have to use your towel to wipe the water off. 6. Take the towel out, wipe the excess water off, and squeeze the towel dry. 7. For another 5 minutes, flip the kayak over the long-way and do the same for the other end. Make sure to stick your towel in the water before you flip it. If there is water, you will want to get it out as much as you can. There are 8. If there is still water on the kayak, just wipe it off with a towel. There are 9. The kayak can be flipped onto the back and dry off for another 5 or 10 minutes. 10. Where necessary, wipe off excess water. If you have to, use additional time, but don't leave the kayaks out in the sun for too long. If the kayak inflates too much in the heat, release some air. I broke it down into steps so it sounds like a lot of steps. It takes less than 30 minutes, and you don't even pay attention. If you have sun or not, it matters. Arizona is so hot and dry that it completely dried off. Take pictures and a video of the kayak being unfolded so you can fold it back up the way you left it. If you have to, practice opening and assembling the kayak at home. It will be easier to take it out to the water and not have to figure out what to do with it. If there is a leak in your new kayak, keep it inflated overnight in your home so that you can see it. It goes without saying, but keep the inflatable kayak away from sharp things. There is a video on how to fix a leak in a kayak. It takes 2 minutes to watch and 2 minutes to repair. You should bring the repair kit with you. The supplied air pump is really easy to use. No batteries! I thought the instructions were very vague. After reading the manual and getting it inflated and deflated, I realized the manual couldn't have been more detailed. Don't give up. There are all the instructions. You may feel like you want a ctrl+ find though, because we went to Arizona's Willow Beach Marina. There are certain things you should be aware of if you go there. There is an entrance fee of $20 per vehicle and there is an option for annual passes. If you don't want to compete in the water with motorized vehicles, Sundays and Mondays are the days that are designated for non-motorized paddle boats only. Check the weather for the wind factor. You can go to the lake at the marina under 12mph. If you want to keep your life jacket on in the middle of the lake, you need to buy a life jacket at Walmart.

👤It was a Christmas gift for my son. He was playing with the set in the front yard. He asked for binoculars for Christmas, but when I saw the set had them, I decided to go with it. The binoculars are very good for a kid. The flashlight is of good quality. There will be lots of fun with the other pieces. We could share because of the two whistles that came with it. Great purchase!
👤I work at a child care facility and work with boys between 6-9 years old and I came across the KAQINU 24 piece Kids Explorer Kit outdoor adventure kit and thought it would be fun. When it arrived, all the items that were provided were exciting. The bug collector boxes are nice, I have seen them sold separately and they are not cheap, so this is a good price for a set. A nice bag to keep everything inside, a compass, flashlight, tweezers, bug scooper, and a large magnifier were some of the other items. This is a great value for the items you receive and will provide hours of fun for the kids. I would recommend the explorer kit to anyone who interacts with kids, it will be something they remember as they go on outdoor adventures and look at bugs.
👤I prefer useful items to gifts. I buy this product for my favorite kid who talks a lot and asks lots of questions. The hope is that it will work for him as both toys and educational material. I got this product to use in the park and garden to help kids understand their questions. This product is educational.
👤I was very happy to find an outdoor exploration kit for my son, but I was also happy with the types of products included in the kit, but they are all very cheap. This is not an outdoor exploration kit, but rather a "pretend to explore outside kit." The sample kits aren't terrible, but they're not great either, and the compass doesn't work. The flashlight broke. The sample collector was not straight. I think it gave me an idea of the things I should look for in a kit, but we gave the kit to his toddler sister so she could play with him.
👤My boy loves this gift. I was a bit worried because the box was small. Good things come in small packages. This gift is perfect for a kid that likes to explore. There are cute plastic bugs for indoor play. I bought it for my son but my daughter didn't like it. They pretended to be explorers for hours. I would purchase again. If your child is into this type of exploration play, it is worth it.
👤I bought this for my grandson who loves the outdoors but his mom was tired of him bringing bugs into the house and them getting loose. He can find them and see them and put them in the containers while he studies them and they let them loose before he goes back inside. He is fascinated with it because he is 6-7.

This emergency bag has two safety light sticks. There is a survival gear for hunting, boating, workplace, camping, backpacking, fishing, hiking, travel, home.
👤The food in the bag has a 5 year shelf life. July of 2020 is when the water expires. If the food and water were to last for 5 years, this bag would not work in the car. I was not happy with the contents.
👤I bought this in 2012 and it has expired. The items are easy to replace. Everything can be purchased separately at your local retail store for a lower price. If you don't have anything, this is a great starting point. The basics are taken care of. The pack has some of the most basic supplies that an average person would need. This isn't a one-time purchase, so you have to forget it. If you have special medical needs, child needs, pet needs, etc, you need to gut the backpack, get a decent backpack, and put these items in along with your other personal items. Some items that could be added to this would be tools, knives, medications, clothes, water filter, radio, phone charger, and so on. There are a lot of videos and articles on surviving a catastrophic event online. Pick your most comfortable level of readiness because some are more extreme than others. Again, this kit should be the base of a larger set of gear that should be portable and easy to grab and go for a few days when the stuff really hits the fan. My wife's car trunk has held this backpack for the past few years. I took it out to replace some items and it broke when I pulled on the zippers. The backpack isn't meant to last very long. I exercise, but the way these snapped off made me feel like I had to check my drink for steroids.
👤The masks in these packs are dust masks.
👤I buy a backpack for my cars, work, and home every 5 years. I am very disappointed that this supply kit has first aid kits with an expired date. I tried to contact the company to get a replacement first aid kit, but I am not getting any help. I will not purchase from this company again.
👤I ordered this for my family to keep in the truck. Not bad for the price, but overpriced. There were 3 leaking boxes of water and 2 open food ration bags when the water was delivered. The bottom of the box fell out when it was delivered. The bag was wet because of the water. You would probably be better off building your own bag for your family. I would recommend military surplus stores.
👤When the power went out during the April snow storm, my wife was worried about being prepared. It will be nice to have an emergency pack loaded and ready to go, since we live and use a lot of the items in the bag, but we don't always have enough groceries in the house to last us a long time. This pack is basic and probably not bad, mostly because it's fairly expensive and likely the hood of it will be used in my case. I'm not out much. We had to make the bag more useful in an emergency after I went through all of the items. I would consider economy items in the included items. It will suit the need when you have nothing else. The construction of the bag seems to be of 'O.K.' and it doesn't look like it's going to fall in a closet. The bag is small and not as big as a normal school bag. Additional ponchos, pocket knife, hand sanitizer, more basic first aid items, hand warmers, flash lights, and two way radios were added.

👤I used this one time while camping last week and it did a good job of keeping me warm when my sleeping bag wasn't enough, but what's up with the reflective silver inside peeling off? I'm not sure if I got a bad bag or not. I can see it now. Not impressed to be honest. I thought it would hold up for a while. I took a photo and attached it to my review so that you can see what I am saying. The seller didn't respond to my email or respond to my complaint so I am going from 2 stars to 1 and wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. The trash bag has become trash itself.
👤This item is marketed as an "emergency survival gear" and the ratings are quite surprising. I took it with me on the ice fishing trip. I let my son use my canvas bivi while we slept. I ordered some camping gear and saw this item and decided to try it out. It's not a bivy. It's a very large blanket. The item's use as a bivy proved disastrous as my sleeping bag ripped through it. I wouldn't bet my life on a picture of it being used to make a tent. It serves a purpose in an emergency if it's $20 Mylar. I'm giving this item one star because I would never use it as a bivy again.
👤I used this for the first time on a kayaking trip with my brother, and we slept in hammocks. It was pouring rain and we were only laying on them, but the bag worked better after we got cold, so we got inside. I was big for my size. I would recommend this bag for a number of reasons, one being that it is small and compact and takes up very little space, two it works at keeping you warm and repels water, and third it's pretty durable and held up great. I can get another 20 plus uses out of it and 4 for the price, it's a great deal.
👤The product is very small, but it can fit around me with additional room. I am six foot two inches tall and weigh about 300 pounds. I was worried that it would not be easy to put back into the bag. I put it back into the bag and didn't have a problem. We bought 4 so we could have one for each of us. I bought it and I don't regret it.
👤The purchase of my bug out bag is the worst so far. It ripped as it was being taken out of its bag. The bag is more durable than the bivy. The product was disappointing.
👤I bought the Live Bivy emergency sleeping bag as a back up because I wouldn't need it during my trip. The temperature at night was not keeping me warm and my sleeping bag was not keeping me warm. I pulled the Life Bivy out of its package and put it on top of my sleeping bag. I felt warm immediately. It was nice to be able to sleep. Don't buy a sleeping bag that promises to work at low temperatures.
Can draw from almost any fresh water source. The water is lightweight and extremely compact. Individual sachets are ideal for storage. 60 ft3 (1.70 m3) is the pallet volume. It's easy to put in a survival kit with a pre-measured sachet. Such, Canadian Coast guard, EC and New Zealand approval.
👤I am a prepper nerd and I have been checking the water being sold in these small pouches. Many are just tap water and bags. The total dissolved solids are referred to as theTDS. I have seen a range from 100-300 parts per million. The water is pure. I did a simple test here and the lab tested it and both came out as 4 parts per million. The purity of the water is 10 parts per million. The soft taste and slightly acidic PH of around 5 is what Reverse Osmosis Water has been heavily Filters through for taste. Very happy with the package.
👤I received a case of water with an expired date on it. The bottom of the box was wet, so I knew we had a leak when I put the case with my emergency storage. When I opened the case to look for the leaking packet of water, I found that all but 19 of the 64 packs had expired by the time I received the package. The other 19 were older. They had a date in the future. One of the 2 water paks that were unexpired had a leak. It was as if this company tried to hide the expired water in a different case and then placed enough paks over the top of those to try to pass it off as okay. They would have fooled me if one of the packs had not leaked. This company was dishonest.
👤We bought a box of these to distribute among our bags. We haven't tasted it yet, but we hope we never have. It doesn't sound romantic to drink out of a plastic packet. I'm happy to have it. It looks like it's a great backup for water in your house, car, bug out bags, whatever you can think of. Many of them come in a box and are very affordable. If you need some water in an emergency, you can distribute them among the various areas of your life. The packets are very lightweight and durable. I think it's very sturdy and should be cut with a knife to puncture it. They arrived quickly, packaged well and were a good value. We are looking forward to never using them. My wife and I found this one to be the best emergency water out there, but there are many other brands, and you can find a different one that you like better. Other options include water tablets, water bottles, and so on. Depending on your circumstances, you may want to look at other options. I am very happy with what we received and I look forward to never having to use them.
👤This is a big part of my bags and I want to give it 5 stars. There were two pouches inside the box. There were no visible tears or cuts on the bags, they just leaked out of the seals. The book that Amazon had packed in the same box was damaged when the water leaked out of the box. They were packing a book in the same box as a case of water. The water in the undamaged pouch is fine. The one I opened was packed in the year of 2017: it was fresh and clean.
