You won't find tougher mylar emergency blankets anywhere. It is guaranteed. They help protect the wild places they love by donating a percentage of their sales. There are 26,440 calories in the total. 2,203 calories per day. There are Pouches with Food Varieties. A 20 year shelf life is possible.

Brand: Augason Farms

👤I was worried about buying this for our emergency supplies kit because of the reviews about the packages. When I opened mine for inspection, there was no expiration date and no rips. If you're in an emergency situation that requires using this bucket, I think you can't be too picky. I bought a bunch of emergency water pouches, Coghlan's emergency stove, and the Odoland 22 piece camping kit. This seems to be the most cost-effective way to go about emergency food and water for a family of 4.

👤Good price for tuff package. The package was over a year old. The hurricanes are getting worse and worse in the south, so we bought this. It appears that weather is breaking records all over the world. Its only going to get worse.

👤It was the first time that I got from Augason farms. One of the bags had potatoes in it. Hopefully this isn't a common occurrence if I decide to order again.

👤The bags were broken open. The rest were fine. This problem has been mentioned in many other reviews. There is no meat in any of these items. It's a shame. It's good to have a source of sustenance. Lots of processed carbs leave you bloated and hungry an hour later. Not a good combo in an emergency. I have bought many other Auguson Farms products and like them a lot. This is the first emergency food I've eaten from them. The flavors are good, except for the fake milk. I am disappointed in this product, but it could be fixed easily with better packaging, real cows, and meat.

👤The container is tightly sealed. I hope I can open it during an emergency. It's funny. This product has a very tight seal. I wouldn't doubt the product'ssustainability. I hope I don't have to but if I do I will be happy that I chose a company that took the extra effort to seal it properly. Thank you.

👤I hope I never need to use it.

👤Haven't had a chance to taste it yet. I plan on using them for camping or if needed due to power failures. It makes me feel better.

👤I like the compactness of the meals in one container, in case we need to grab and get out.

👤I opened the bucket to add more items. I'm not happy to see that the packages are not sucked in. It contains no meat or bean dishes, so be aware. Chicken flavors and rendered chicken fat are in 2 of the varieties. There was no fruit. There is nothing in the ingredient list for the oatmeal pic. Not a balanced diet is definitely not. I guess if I'm hungry this will help. The second picture shows how a package looks when I package my own food.

👤The contents are described. Prime shipping is very fast. I haven't tried any of the packs inside, but I think they will be good. There is a bit of extra space inside the air-tight pail.

2. Augason Farms 2 Week 1 Person Emergency

Augason Farms 2 Week 1 Person Emergency

Excellent gift for your friends, kids or anyone in your life. There are survival tips inside for you and your family. 25,600 total calories per day. It's easy to prepare. Just add some water. A 25 year shelf life is possible.

Brand: Augason Farms

👤I feel like what you get is over priced. I have vacuumed more than this contains for a quarter of the price. Don't be lazy. There is not a lot of food in this box.

👤Quite disappointed. Fettuccine and milk sub were good. I could not stomach anything else. It was bad tasting food for most of the time. Everything is compromised of pasta and soup. Extreme rip-off! The company is taking advantage of people. Go clear. Don't buy! You can get a bunch of pasta and soup at Walmart. You can get the same thing at Walmart for a fraction of the cost. There is a I would slap the taste out of their mouths if they were in front of me. Thank you.

👤The survival kit has a good value. I can't review the food because I never plan on eating anything unless I have to. The mile, bananas, and everything else will all be gone in 25 years. I don't need milk or bananas to survive, so why not replace them with something that will last 25 years? One of my pouches had a small gash. I shook the bag and found a small amount of powder. Most of this stuff requires water to be boiled. In a survival situation, you can just add water and shovel it down. All the food and the pouches would need at least 6.5 gallons of water. That's a lot of water. I live in Minnesota, so if a tornado or snow hit, I'd have to eat emergency food. I keep the food in my storage room in the basement with no windows, in either case. I can mix the food with the water from my water heating system in case of an emergency.

👤If you were thinking that this bucket contains ready-to- eat food for two weeks, it doesn't. It requires a large cooking vessel, a heat source for cooking, and a good amount of water. You will need the following to use this kit as directed. A heat source that can cook the good for hours. A large cooking pot with six gallons of water for cooking the food in this kit. It's on me for not reading through the description and product photos more before ordering, but I'd like to point something out in case you also didn't. It's not obvious in the description that it's not easy to split packets into smaller, individual portions because some of the ingredients are clumped together until you cook them. Even though it's marketed for a single person, you'd end up making meals that include eight serving of soup or rice. My biggest issue with the family-sized packets is that they don't need to be refrigerated, but there will be a lot of leftover food, so you'd want to keep it cold. I live in southern Arizona where it's not cold enough to keep food out of the environment, so I'd either need a working refrigerator or just eat a packet of food a day. Milk and banana chips can be split into individual portions, and they don't require cooking. I've made a soup and eaten some chips. The soup will fill you up and keep you alive, but it isn't very good and doesn't have any chicken flavor. It tastes so bland because it already has a bit of salt in it. The smell was great, but the taste wasn't right. I would be happy to have it in an emergency. Assuming that I had enough fuel to boil nearly three quarts of water and then cook it for 25 minutes, and that I could safely store all of the leftovers. The banana chips are pretty good. I will never be able to verify the claim of a 25-year storage life for this bucket of food. I'm not going to be digging this out of the pantry for another round of chicken soup if I'm still alive at that point. I probably won't be updating my review if I need it sooner. The vegetable soup was a good indicator and I would say that the food is filling if not particularly good. I was hoping this would be tailored for me with smaller serving sizes given the product name, because I don't like the large packet sizes. I'm glad that I could try it, but I won't be stocking up on it.

👤I was going to do a trial run to see how well I would do. The water came up a day short, but I was surprised at how much energy the bars provide. I was not worse for living on the bars for 3 days. I'm a guy who camps for 5 months out of the year and I highly recommend this kit.

👤I received 2 boxes quickly. The items in the box were not what the online description said they were. The boxes only had 4 waters. The waters were not approved by the US Coast Guard and were in a juice box. The food bar was not manufactured by Mayday. I decided to return them because they were not what they were advertised to be.

👤The ration bars have a shelf life of 5 years. The kits only come with 4 small water boxes and not 6 pouches as advertised. The ration bars are not the same as pictured. Several customers have had the same issue and the description needs to be updated. We aren't relying solely on these kits to survive an emergency.

👤These were replacements for expired items I bought for my family. The bar and water will be gone in April 2023. The outer box has an expired date. Grandson noticed that it said each person should drink four water packets a day. 6 packets are not enough for 3 days. The water is clear and delicious. It would be better for me to buy a case of water packets next time and count out the number of bags per person.

👤There's one big problem with this box, it's a good start to a 3-day bag. There is not enough water in one box for 3 days. There is a survival blanket, a food ration, and six water packs in this box. You would think you would use two packs a day, but that's not the case. A person should use 4 packs per day according to the water. One box only gives you enough water for a single day. If you buy two boxes, you'll have enough water for 3 days, but that's not the point. If you are going to buy this box, you need to keep this in mind. You'll have to spend almost $30 to get enough water for three days, but the price is great. I found this box to be a good deal for my purposes, and I made preparedness bags as gifts. 6 for under $90. I had previously bought a box of emergency drinking water pouches from mayday for $32 and I found this to be the better deal for me. I could add the recommended amount of water packs for 3 days per person. The boxes were all in a large box. The rest of the supplies were in great condition, and only one was missing a blanket. The replacement arrived the next day, and the exchange process was easy. The replacement box was shipped in a thin plastic bag, so no real protection, luckily it wasn't damaged. The boxes and packages had different dates on them. I circled the part that says 4 pouches per person per day and added photos of some of the different dates.

Excellent gift for your friends, kids or anyone in your life. There are survival tips inside for you and your family.

Brand: S.o.s. Food Labs

👤I understand that this is not a snack food. You can live on dandelions, boiling tree bark, and eating worms. Survival food doesn't have to taste like filet mignon, but it should at least keep you going and not make you want to stop eating. The taste is my main complaint. Oh God! The taste... The taste is amazing. The flavors are reviewed. We all know that you buy this food because it is pre-made and is supposed to be usable. It's true, but I wouldn't choke down one of the sugar bricks if anyone else was available. The taste deserves 100 stars. I have given it 2 stars because it is survival food, but there are many better options. Let's get to texture and taste. It is a texture. Imagine if you mashed a cup of sugar, a cup of sand, and a cup of flour and oil into a meal, and then colored it with sand. That is the most appealing description I could give. The texture was universal. There is a The reviews on taste are from the first bite to the last. There is a It's a fruit. It tasted like the shipment didn't show up. They put the air freshener in the mixing bowl after taking it out of the men's restroom. I felt like I was eating a cake. It doesn't describe it very well. It's a third trimester abortion. I feel like I made a mistake. There is a First blush... I thought maybe not. The artificial cherry flavor tasted like cherry Twizzlers and dry sugar cookie dough, and the baby that was put up for adoption grew up in a Detroit inner city orphanage. I swallowed it. There is a I'm not happy with this so far, but it's lemon... who could possibly make a mistake? Yeah... I was back in hell. It was like eating powdered kitty litter. It was oily, horrible, and long after taste... The person who signed off on this should be ashamed of themselves. I tried to spit it out. I cried a little thinking about having to continue. I put these things in my mouth, even though I didn't want to. It wasn't bad. It was like eating a poptart, if you dropped it in the sand, but were still hungry, you picked it up and ate it. This was the best of the bunch. There is a I had hopes after the berry, but they were dashed. The apricot was almost tasteless at first, but then it became like those sugar covered apricot rings. Artificial doesn't even begin to describe it. Bishop from Aliens was more natural than this. I spit it out. It wasn't good as a berry. It was disappointing. You might be able to maintain your nutrition. You will want to kill yourself by the third bar if you want to get another one. It makes you want to kill yourself. It was hard, hard pass.

👤The ratings for the 3-star and below are for laughs. The complainers won't eat these because they won't survive the emergency. These are very good. Those who eat candy bars and Twinkies will find the sawdust comments fair. The texture is standard for this type of bar. They don't taste like sawdust. It's a good idea to put this in the family car for emergencies. I would eat these as a treat if I were watching a video. The first 36 bars were for $47. You can get these for 6 bars. That is an increase from the previous price of $1.30 per bar. Is it possible for CV-19 to be priced too much? I will not buy these for those prices because I still have 2 years left on my last order. Uncalled for when pricing in inflation. They are very good. I don't want to pay the price. I have several options in my plan. I hope they can be replaced with cheaper options.

Brand: Logest

👤I want them in my survival kit, but I will never need them. I don't think they have a shelf life, so I'm not worried about aging as long as they're stored properly. It is possible to live weeks without food but only days without water. Everyone should have an emergency survival kit. Along with alcohol. Lots of alcohol. If you smoke, cigarettes are included.

👤I bought these in the event of an emergency and decided to test them out by mixing some dirt with the water. The filter worked well despite being a little slow. The seller advertised on quality and shipping.

👤It is difficult to suck water through. Kids will have trouble drinking.

👤My daughter and I bought these straws to add to our storage. She tried out one of hers. She said it was easy to use and she was happy with hers. I did not use mine because I wanted them for emergency. I would suggest anyone to get some as you never know when you need them. Hope this helps.

👤Thirst is the first to report something. If there is no store on hand or shops that are not open, what do you do? Someone who has a filter will drink water from a lake or river.

👤My daughter and her boyfriend were the recipients of these water filter straws. They like to go hiking, kayaking, and exploring. They went on a six mile hike that they thought was a short hike. They didn't have anything with them. They couldn't see the trail because they didn't have water bottles or shoes. It would have been nice if they had been prepared for the worst case scenario. These water filter straws are easy to carry in a backpack and seem to work well. My kids will carry water filter straws whenever they go hiking. Thank you!

👤I paid for a two pack after I received one.

👤The product was purchased for the "go" bag. If you don't have water to drink, what happens? Thank you for asking!

👤Awesome for hikers and fishermen.

Brand: First My Family A Disaster Preparednesscompany

👤I don't understand the positive reviews. I was surprised at how low quality the packs were. You could put together something yourself for less.

👤After my daughter's school made a mini one for their cubbies, I bought this for myself, but haven't used it yet. It was nice to have everything together for me, but the price is a bit much. I had to separate the items and put them in two bags so that it wasn't just the food in one bag. We can each have one. We each got a couple pairs of clothes. There is some more water and food. I feel good having it.

👤It is a basic bag for a family of four that will allow the family to have a basic bag in the event of an emergency. I give one as a closing gift to all my buyers. I advise them to change their underwear, add extra dog leashes, and change their insurance papers. I tell them to put a folding cardboard cat container next to the cat. It will get them through a couple of days in the event of an earthquake or fire.

👤It's a good start. Use it as a template and replace the bad stuff with good stuff. The flashlight is terrible.

👤The kits are okay, but for the price, they will do the job. The packs were military in fashion and much more durable than the other kits I purchased. These are more reasonable in price and contain similar products.

👤The quality of the products was disappointing. You can get this as a starter kit, but you have to add it to yourself.

👤I am very happy with this bag. The package was well packaged and the room to add your own items was available. I am confident that the emergency bag would help our family in a time of need.

👤The starter kit is great. Has everything you need. The book bag is large enough to hold personal items, and there is enough room for them. I don't like that it says "My first family survival kit" on the outside of the bag. This draws attention to you. The product and delivery time were satisfactory.

7. Stanley Adventure Camp Stainless Steel

Stanley Adventure Camp Stainless Steel

There areDEAL outdoor accessories. The Stanley cook kit is a great gift for anyone who likes to cook outside. TheTILE HANDLE: The locking handle folds over the lid to save space and it was designed to provide maximum comfort and stability while it's on the stove. There are two types of durable and BPA-free. The entire kit is made with no harmful materials and features two insulated portable 10oz/ 295mL cups to enjoy hot and cold beverages. The design is light. The mess kit with cups is only 7oz and it is travel and backpack friendly. The marks on the kettle went up to 20oz.

Brand: Stanley

👤The Stanley Adventure Camp Cook Set is a staple in the camping/backpacking world and is overlooked by the ultra lighters out there. I believe that you have two safe choices of metal in camping cookware: titanium orstainless steel. There is a chance that there is a link between Alzheimer's and the use of anodized aluminum. It is inexpensive but heavy. Titanium is light and expensive. The Stanley is great for me, as I don't mind the weight. I put my stove, fuel, cleaning towel, and eating utensil in the plastic cups that come with it, instead of tossing them in the trash. I use a GSI cup with the Stanley. The lid for the Stanley is perfect for the GSI Cup. The attention to detail on the Stanley is amazing, considering pots that are more expensive don't usually have the perks that the Stanley does. The plastic flip-up finger handle stays up perfectly on its own. The lid has drain holes. There are not marked on the inside of the measurement. The marks are stamped so you can still see them from the inside. No big deal. When the handle is locked into its folded position, it acts as a firm/reliable closing. The Stanley is a great product at a great price. I would recommend it to anyone.

👤The little cook pot is a happy find for me. I like that it's not aluminum. The graduations stamped on the side are very useful. I don't keep the two plastic cups in the pot as they take up a lot of room that I choose to use for other things. When the handle is closed, it provides a positive holding mechanism for the lid. The pot is folded into a cup. I put the paper coffee filters between the pot and cup to cut down on rattling. The paper filters can be used as a pre-filter for a water purification kit.

👤You need a way to boil water and cook food if you like hiking and backpacking. The Stanley Adventure Camp Cook Set is for camping. This is one of the best cook sets out there. It is made of 18/8 steel which won't rust on you and is easy to clean with a scrub pad or sand from a creek or lake shore. There are holes in the lid that allow you to easily drain water if you need to. All for about $13,000. The value is great.

👤I use a fuel canister with this for my cook system. The stove is inside the mugs. I backpack in the Midwest and the West, and haven't found anything I don't like. Stores are easy to clean. I've cooked next to people with systems that cost 10x as much and we'll eat at the same time, and will share the trail again in the morning, and this is definitely not worth 10x less than what they paid! I don't remember weight off hand, but it's an extremely good value for a recreational outdoorsman. It's a good, low-risk kit. I've used it for car camping for oatmeal and coffee. The picture is from open fire cooking. The picture is from a 5-star destination. Take care!

8. Vont Hurricane Emergency Collapsible Batteries

Vont Hurricane Emergency Collapsible Batteries

A basic first aid kit includes bandages, alcohol pads, wet wipes, and antibiotics. The lantern has 30 crazy bright LEDs and cuts through the darkness on the stormiest, dimmest nights. The entire tent or room can be lit up. The collapsible design reduces or increases the light as you collapse the lantern. It's as small as your phone when it's collapsed. It's possible to fit it in your backpack or emergency kit. Waterproof is made of aircraft grade materials and is able to survive a 10-foot drop. The original version is hand-crafting each lantern with strict quality control to give you the best gear you deserve. Don't equip yourself with inferior lanterns. You can rest assured that this camping lantern is of the highest quality. It is covered against loss, theft, and defects in workmanship for as long as you own the product. It is certified by the CE/EMC.

Brand: Vont

👤This thing is bright. Like crazy bright. It's like staring into the sun in the middle of the night when you open the sucker. They are not fooling around when they say this is a bright lantern. The only complaint I have is that when you open it, you only get one setting. As the sun or darkness. There is no in-between. It's meant to light up the world, not just your campsite, so you can close it a little to reduce the brightness. I've had mine for a year and haven't changed the batteries. I bring a lantern with me when I go camping in the summer. Everyone else's site is within 10 miles. The lantern is bright. It's great. I plan on using it again. Just as soon as my eyesight comes back from the last time I used it.

👤Double boxed for safety, arrived on time. Save a smaller box for lanterns. The light is very bright. I can't comment on battery life until I use it. It's perfect for my apartment during a power failure. I don't think the lanterns are strong enough for heavy use, such as camping, but in the safety of your home. I recommend.

👤The lights were used for the first time after the power went out. They are bright, but not as bright as they could be. They are bright and painful at the same time. The only use for them is hanging high. Placing on a coffee table or dining room table will not work. Maybe a frosted shade would help diffuse the intensity. These will not work for us so we will need to look for something else to use during rare power outages and hurricanes. I can see why they are called camping lanterns. Hanging them from trees around the camp site might work out. It's not recommended for table use where they will be in close proximity to people during hurricanes.

👤Everyone needs a reliable light in an emergency, camping, or a black out. This is a great solution. It is bright and can light up a room. It pulls open for light and pushes to turn it off. The body of it is nicely constructed and easy to use. The metal handles can be folded down to make it easy to store next to a bed. A young child wouldn't have a problem using it. The light is very bright, but it doesn't get hot to the touch. Everyone in the house can now have a reliable light when they need it.

👤The camping lanterns with batteries were delivered. The lanterns are sturdy and bright enough for what I need. I was required to let a third party update my software when I tried to get the lifetime warranty activated. I couldn't get to the next step without the update. They don't know how dangerous this can be. I don't think I'll have a warranty.

👤Don't let them fool you, it's still decent. These aren't Pelican Case material. I think the lamp would be smarter and just light up the LEDs on the exposed side as I open it. It would use a bit of energy when I opened it. All of them light up when you open it a little bit. It uses the same amount of energy no matter how much light you need. Hope these help someone.

It is portable and convenient for camping, hiking, backpacking, picnic and other outdoor activities.

Brand: Odoland

👤I bought this to go camping. backpacking is similar to motorcycle camping. There is very little space to pack. Take what you need and leave the rest at home. The price for the mess kit with the stove was only a few dollars more than the one for the mess kit without it. I thought it was worth the risk. The mess kit works well. The spoon is a little flimsy. I eat a lot of prepared foods, canned soups, dehydrated food, coffee, and backpacking, so the stove was a surprise. It's heating things up and boiling them. I used the stove for this purpose. A cup of water can be boiled in a few minutes. I wouldn't use it to hold a frying pan for cooking a steak, or to cook an 8 quart pot of birria stew. Don't complain about the small backpacker kit if you want to do that.

👤My son and I hiked the NJ portion of the appalachian trail. Needed a solution for the stove. We only needed to heat up water. This was perfect. Markers on the pots for one cup, two cup, and three cup indicators would make it easier to measure out water.

👤The 220g (8oz) of used Isobutane propane mix was purchased from REI for $7. After messing with it, you found out you need: 1. The flow valve counter says clockwise. Pull the igniter towards the flame while pressing the red button. I used a lighter to ignite it after it didn't work the first time, so I didn't need it again. I don't know if this is common with new stoves or fuel type, but both of these things did the trick on what I thought was a faulty cookware set.

👤One of the great concerns with camping gear is not getting the right thing the first time, and having to purchase another thing that does almost the same thing but does it better. The camping cookware mess kit is for the first time buyer. You can use it for a lot of things. I wish I had bought this before I tried the other camping stove solutions. It started quickly and heated up very quickly. I was impressed. It was great that I could pack it down with the fuel inside. Space saving is important when hiking.

👤The cookware is fantastic. I loved how easy it was to store this backpacking set. It was even easier to travel with the propane in the set. I liked that it came with a microfiber cloth for cleaning, and that the pots were labeled inside for measurement. The spork is flimsy, and I wouldn't use it as your only utensil. The stove was terrible. The top of the stove wouldn't light up when I tried lighting it multiple times. The flame was coming out of a hole on the side of the stove, not heating up the pot, but instead burning a piece of plastic on the stove. It was frustrating. I wouldn't use the stove, but I would recommend this set for the pots. I can't say enough about how frustrating it was.

10. Datrex Emergency Survival Disaster Preparedness

Datrex Emergency Survival Disaster Preparedness

There are 36 bars in the value pack with 200 calories per bar. It is packaged in a way that makes it easy to ration and store in your survival and disaster kit. The coconut flavor is superior and all natural. The small and lightweight is USCG approved and has a 5 year shelf life. A high energy value and ready to eat.

Brand: Datrex

👤I have put food bars in my emergency kit for a long time. They are a good product. The date is conservative as far as I can tell. I have eaten bars that I was planning on replacing and found that they tasted great. If you are eating emergency bars, the calories are more important than the vitamins. If you reach the expiration date, add a new package to your kit instead of throwing out the expired package. The bars can't be resealed. I keep a Zip-lock bag with the ration so that I can open the factory packaging and find them later. The food bars are wrapped in a thin plastic wrap that is not air tight, so they don't stick together. The material that the food bars are made out of has a compressed look to it, rather than being stuck together. The taste is similar to a bar with a nutty flavor. The bars are going to go bad if it gets punched from bouncing around in emergency kit, that's the weak point of the packaging. I use my FoodSaver to vacuum pack the factory package of bars. This protects against a hole being punched in the package.

👤Good price. It's not bad. Bland is more realistic when it comes to sugar content than another brand. They claim three days per bar. Depending on your activity level. Laying in a life raft, the instructions say to eat one every 6 hours, which would stretch them to 4 1/2 days, but they suggest one every 4 hours which makes the 3 days they claim. If you need to be active, you should plan for each pack to be good for 2 days. A bit heavy. You don't need extra water or a fire. Nothing to distract you. These are a major part of my disaster plan.

👤These are for embryology. These are easy to store and perfect for keeping in a bug out bag. Since you won't be using them except in an emergency, you won't care what it tastes like. I bought a pack of two and will be buying a further 3-6, they are not too expensive for what you get out of them, and if you get lost, you can't put a price on survival. I wouldn't recommend it as they are high in fat (9 grams per bar) and once the outer glazed aluminum foil wrap is broken your shelf life is no more. If you haven't bought these before they are quite small, they are compressed and made to be eaten slowly and chewed well. I will keep this up if there is a change, be smart and stay safe!

👤I have returned it three times because the vacuum seal failed on at least two of the four packages. I bought this product a long time ago for a disaster preparedness kit and am only replacing it now because it has expired. The old packages were sealed perfectly. Quality control is thought to have gone downhill.

It is helpful to reduce plastic water bottles using the water filter. A good partner for disaster water supply. The camping kit case is portable and lightweight, with a weight of only 1.28 pounds. It is easy to put it in a backpack. The water filter straw provides clean water, the multi function tools can quickly cutting branches, and the emergency blankets can retain 90% of body heat. Brand: Supology

👤I like to be prepared and this kit looked like a good lightweight addition to my pack. In my video, I show you everything. There is a small black bag that holds everything. Everything seems to be in working order. The kit has a filter straw in it.

👤A good knife, a spork/opener, and a pen are included in the kit. There are fire starter, filter straw, and more. The pieces are well designed and seem sturdy, but this is not a complete kit. The flashlight case is too big for a AA battery. It's probably smaller than a 18500 battery, but you can easily adapt it to use AA batteries. I wrapped a layer of Moleskin around it. It will be safe and dry in the flashlight if you have moleskin around.

👤The survival kit arrived on time. We used most of it this past weekend to see if it works. Yes, it does. My boys started a fire with the flint, we cut small limbs with a saw and used a knife for many applications. This set is worth a lot of money. Some of the ware on the tested products are shown in the pics. We have more to try on our next camping trip. Enjoy and thank you!

👤This was a perfect gift for my son. He enjoyed opening it and seeing the items. He thought about how he would use each implement. We thought the flashlight's battery was missing a part. It works so don't be confused. It requires a AA. It is a win. Two whistles that aren't loud, one goes on your key ring, but they do the trick. To be prepared!

👤You get what you pay for, with no instructions, nothing to tell you what to do, and not everyone is a master of the outdoors. The all in one tool is a perfect size but the finish is rough. The knife has everything I wanted, but it feels cheap. The mini flashlight is the worst part of the kit. They didn't grind the inside enough and the battery didn't fit. This has nothing to do with the seller. There are some things that I would change to make it a better kit. The value is great. I wanted to point out a few things that could be better, so I would recommend it.

👤You can't beat this for the money, I'm an emergency supply collector. You can put everything in the velvet case. A personal water straw, a durable foldable knife with case, 2 flash lights, emergency blanket, Paracord with compass, a spoon/fork combo fire starter/striker, whistle, multitool can opener, and more are included. I'll be buying gifts for these kids.

👤It is a good quality kit. A good knife. The limb cutting saw iscent. A good fire starter. A good pen, glass breaker, and defense tool. The straw has 2 good accessories. The contents are good. If you don't already have a storage bag, get one that is visible and easy to access. I would recommend this kit to anyone.
