1. High Stream Gear Collapsible Lightweight

High Stream Gear Collapsible Lightweight

Every inch in your backpack is important. When they collapsed, only a small amount of space was left for the rest of your gear, leaving enough space for them to fit in your backpack. There are 2 rubber tips and mud baskets. A soda can is less than a sieve. Each pole weighs close to 11 ounces, so which one do you prefer? The strength and low weight of these folding poles is used in the manufacture of military aircraft. It was built to handle even the most extreme weather conditions. You can free your hands. Sometimes you need to let them go, so they included belt-mounted carriers for you. They are perfect as wading staff when fly fishing. It is a one year love guarantee. The most important thing for them is customer satisfaction. You can return the product and get a full refund if you're not happy with it.

Brand: High Stream Gear

👤The High Stream set of trekking poles was reviewed. I bought a set of Nianyiso trekking poles on the same day, so I will compare them to the ones I bought today. Both pairs of poles have molded grips, are light weight aluminum, and have wrist straps. The Nianyiso poles come in under 11 ounces, so there is no significant weight difference unless you add the holsters. The Nianyiso poles cost me more than the High Stream poles. I had to buy them because I didn't get paid to review them. The differences between the two brands are going to be the focus. The cork grips on the High Stream poles are different from the foam grips on the Nianyiso poles. There is a slight edge to the feel of the cork grips on the High Stream. The secondary grip on the High Stream poles is great for ascending hikes. The High Stream poles have a small lock button that pops out when the upper extension is pulled out. No need to line it up. The Nianyiso poles lock by pulling out the top section and twisting it to lineup the line with a closed lock symbol on the upper handle. The high stream polls are easier to extend and withdraw. Both lock their doors. The finish is what we should look at. The Nianyiso has a black finish all the way down the pole, but the High Streams have a shiny aluminum finish at the bottom. I like the black look of the Nianyiso poles, but I think the silver finish is going to hold up better than the black finish, because they will look better when they are struck over rocks. The Highstream trekking poles come in holsters that can be put on your belt. This could be useful for some. I prefer to put my poles on my pack so they are not a plus for me. The Nianyiso trekking pole comes with individual ripstop nylon and mesh bags, which I prefer. Pole tips should be discussed. The poles have a mud basket and rubber tips. The Nianyiso poles have a snow basket and boot tips. Both Poles had an instructions sheet. I received an email link to a video shortly after I purchased these, even before they arrived on how to properly extend them. I think that was a nice touch and speaks to their level of service. High Stream has better grips, locking mechanism, finish and service. Nianyiso has better accessories, bags, and prices. Most would be happy with either set. I would go with the High Streams even though they cost more. I would have preferred shock springs. It would have been 5 stars. I hope to post my video review soon.

👤Walking has become something that requires assistance due to injuries. I've tried a lot of hiking poles, but these are 888-282-0465, 888-282-0465, 888-282-0465, 888-282-0465, 888-282-0465, 888-282-0465, 888-282-0465, 888-282-0465, 888-282-0465, 888-282-0465, 888-282-0465, 888-282-0465 Other hiking apparatus of this kind can cost over $100 each, with lessDurability, as they are priced as a great value. The other poles begin to "Squeak" over time. I'll have more confidence with these poles because they have the same Ice-grip carbon steel heads hidden behind the rubber tips. These fit all my requirements, and I like quiet poles. Since I intend to live well past my current 59 years, and may need more of these, I just put in another order to lay back... I use my walker for work and keep a set in my car. I'm a tough daily user of these, and in the short time I've used them, I'm convinced they're the best I've used, and recommend them without reservation!

2. Keypower Direct Collapsible Lightweight Walking

Keypower Direct Collapsible Lightweight Walking

The metal spork is lightweight and easy to carry. Each set comes with a rope that can be hung on the bag, key rings, and camping gear. KEYPOWER hiking poles are made from 100% aviation-grade aluminum alloy and have incredible strength over any carbon fiber sticks. These walking sticks are scratch resistant and are designed to resist even the most challenging hikes. It's easy to carry. The anti-slip EVA foam grip will keep your hands cool and dry during long distance hikes, and the stick weighs only 490g, allowing you to move quicker and faster. It's ideal for survival in the nature because you don't need to bring additional tools with you. It's possible to switch between metal/rubber tip, double/flat-head screwdriver or to meet your needs, and it's also possible to extend it by up to 20 cm. You need a whistle and a compass to send emergency signals and to direct you in complex surroundings. The trekking pole takes all seasons and terrain into account. Their hiking poles are perfect for hiking through thick layers of snow, climbing mountains with steep slopes or stepping on muddy lands.

Brand: Keypower

👤The quality was not as good as expected. All cutting devices are made of plastic. They will be rendered useless if they are used aggressively. Within the first hour of use, the foam grip began to rip. Tubes are not as strong as expected. I had a similar product for 25 years. Older product, lighter gauge tubes and poorer fit and finish were not compared. Good toy for hiking, not designed for survival.

👤It's too short to require at least one extension piece purchase to be functional. The tools that hide in the poles are nice, but they are set in plastic and will break immediately if used. It feels sturdy. You have to tighten the threaded pieces occasionally. The idea was a great one but poorly made.

👤Good product. The base is plastic and knife blades are novelty. Whistle screw compass drivers are cool. It's too short to be a treking pole without having to buy an extension. I'm not like every guy in America. I need more pole baby because I'm over six foot one with shoes and hiking. It's sturdy and pretty lite. It's over $30.00 now with the extension, I tried it out on some rugged day hikes and camping along the mogollon rim in Arizona. The pole is a great fire poker and it is accurate for small size. The price and weight of buying another extension increases.

👤This is the best hiking pole I have ever seen. Fifty years ago, I wish I had one. The gadgets may not be used often. A fifteen year old and older Boy Scout would love this gift. Anyone who spends time in the field for their education, research, or work will appreciate this pole. It breaks down for easy carrying. It can be assembled in a variety of lengths to fit the person. I keep mine handy all the time. If we ever get enough snow for cross country skiing, I might buy a second one. This is a great item for self defense.

👤I have never liked the walking sticks that I had used before. When I picked up this item off of Amazon, I was hoping that it would be slightly better than the others I have used, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is much better than I thought. I can use it for man- tracking and it is stiff enough for walking.

👤Great for hiking. I used it on a long hike up the Santa Monica mountains and it held up well. Light weight and Sturdy. The piece that you can attach at the bottom is made of plastic, so I lost it. I was hitting it with rocks. The trail was pierced by the sharp tip of the tungsten, which gave me something to lean over. It can be used as a weapon when you are outdoors and face danger. It's a good stick.

👤The stick will be comfortable for all. Not true. I'm not very tall. I had to hold the end of the pole in my hand for a while. It would have been correct if another pole piece was in the package. There are five pieces. There should be 6.

3. Trekking Adjustable Multifunctional Aluminum Mountain

Trekking Adjustable Multifunctional Aluminum Mountain

There is a one year warranty against all defects. If there is a problem with the products, please contact them. Their driving force is your satisfaction. If you want to make sure the pole is locked, stretch it until the copper tab button pops out. You can move quicker and faster with the 670g stick. If you're a trail enthusiast, you'll want your hiking gear to keep up. Their sticks are strong enough to handle all weather conditions, whether you're hiking on rugged terrain or crossing rivers. The trekking pole has taken all seasons into account. Their hiking poles are perfect for hiking through thick layers of snow, climbing mountains with steep slopes or stepping on muddy lands. Holiday gifts. If you're looking for a thoughtful holiday gift for the outdoorsy person in your life, look no further! Men and women will love their trekking poles.

Brand: Sindh

👤I use hiking poles to increase my stride. The poles are very heavy. I had them out of the house because they hurt my back. If you are looking for a heavy pole because you are over 6'2” or if you are trying to protect yourself from bears, these are for you. It's good for storing waterproof bags.

👤The product is easy to assemble, but the tools were not included. I need a replacement from Amazon. The picture of the tools should be removed from the description if they are not included. I was happy with the product. The replacement from Amazon did not have any tools. I'm returning both poles.

👤Do not, but there! There are no blades in the advertisement. Just empty tubes!

👤The trekking pole only came with one tip. There are different types of tips shown in the product images.

4. Foxelli Folding Trekking Poles Lightweight

Foxelli Folding Trekking Poles Lightweight

It's an economical and convenient option. Trekking poles that require minimal storage space can be solved with these walking poles. They designed their hiking sticks with portableity in mind, because every inch in your backpack counts. You can fit them into most bags and suitcases with ease if you fold them down to only 14.6 inches. Light weight and resilience: The weight was only 11.6 ounces. Foxelli collapsible hiking poles are incredibly sturdy and light. The Nordic walking poles are made of 7075 aluminum. They can survive even the toughest conditions without breaking. It is possible to propose ultimate combatant. The cork grips absorb sweat and keep your hands dry during long-distance hikes. The wrist straps are fully elastic and will provide you with maximum comfort throughout the day. The extended foam sleeves are made of soft foam and will help you during steep inclines. It's stable for all conditions, from challenging ice mountain climbing to casual wandering around the neighborhood - included heavy-duty hiking accessories and tungsten carbide tips will not let you down. The rubber tips and baskets are attached to the walking sticks so you won't lose them on snowy or muddy trails. A carrying case and two tapes are included. Don't worry about missing the 30-day return window. They offer a 120-day, no questions asked return. They will make sure to take care of that if you don't like it. Buy with confidence.

Brand: Foxelli

👤There is a locking mechanism at the top that locks the first leg. It slides in and out by six inches because there is no way to lock it. This is not safe. I made a video and wondered if this product should be pulled from Amazon because of a sudden collapse on a trail.

👤The product is Sturdy and Quality. This isn't one of those items where you get what you pay for. This was a quality product. We may purchase a second set if I'm correct. Sturdy and easy to use. The grip is comfortable. A case is being carried. You notice the additional equipment when you pair with a day pack.

👤I regained the ability to walk after being a partial paraplegic. I have no feeling in my feet. Someone in my situation would need a cane or crutch. I'm 6 feet tall. It's not comfortable to bend over to walk with a cane or crutch. I started using trekking poles in December of 2020. I use these poles every day but there have been some minor issues that I would like to bring up. One of my poles broke. I bought them in December 2020. 1. The collapsible trekking poles are great and lightweight but I have had a few times when the clamp would come loose and throw me off my feet. 2. The internal metal cord that connects all the pieces together of the trekking pole came loose and made it useless and trash. I would love to speak with the company to resolve the issue, but I haven't found a way to contact them.

👤I received these as a gift for the upcoming Seven Sisters 25k in NC in April and other races since I am dedicated to mostly trail runs. The major uphill climbs and technical aspects of the trails are safer with the use of these poles. I was worried about the weight, size, and cost before I got these poles. The Foxelli folding poles meet all my needs. While these are not as light as carbon fiber, they are still light enough to carry in my hydration pack until needed. I leave them together and carry them in one hand while I run so I don't have to put them back together. I might not feel a difference between these and carbon fiber poles. They fold down very nicely into three sections and when folded total length is less than 15 inches, which is1-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-65561-6556 Since they are aluminum, they are lightweight yet strong, and I wanted something that would hold up to the punishment, and since they are carbon fiber, they are much more fragile. After a few runs with no scratches, dents or signs of weakness in the poles, and they help this 180 lbs trail runner up the hills with nary a bend in the pole, they come with a 2 year warranty if anything should happen to them. I received these as a gift, but I didn't want someone to overpay for equipment, and these are almost ridiculously affordable, a quarter or more of the price of other brands! These can be used for hiking and trail running and are a great option for someone who needs this kind of equipment.

Brand: Supology

👤It's very useful in the car and at home, it can help you solve a lot of trouble, and it's ready to buy a set at home.

👤We chose this over other sets because of the price and variety of useful tools. The cost of a single tool alone wouldn't make sense if there were many that were missing something. The case needs to be upgraded because we really like theVersatility and having these survival tools with us when we go. I could see that it was falling apart after being thrown around. It's not possible to get everything back into the case. I don't care because of the value. It's a great little survival kit.

👤The waterproof case is made of solid and well built products, but it was cracked in multiple places and is very thin. I opened it in front of the mail lady and she scanned it as damaged. I was hoping to talk to someone or have someone contact me to find out what my options are since the main reason I bought this item was for the waterproof box. The items inside are great. There was no gasket on the box. I am not sure if that is how it was made or if it was missing. It is not waterproof without that.

👤The kit is nice. The items inside look good and could be useful in a survival situation. It has a variety of items that come with it, but the only problem is the storage container that holds them all. The box was broken on delivery. It might have been damaged in shipping. They would have made a better container with the Better kit. I had to re-order the original one. I have to decide if I want to return it or keep it for myself or buy a different box to give as a gift. What a shame.

👤A perfect gift for a family who loves the outdoors. A gift to keep your loved ones safe.

👤I love it and ordered another one. Excellent quality items. The best price I could find. It was expected that some of the items would be cheap, but everything is good. Very good!

👤Carry it with you on your hikes, walks and camping trips. Has been used a few times.

When fully collapsed, the height can be set to your desired 54" max height in seconds. They double as hiking poles for kids. The lever locks are easy to use with one hand, which is much easier than the 2-handed twist locks on other walking sticks. Even in snow or mud, the included accessories are securely attached to the pole tips with threaded foot covers.

Brand: Trailbuddy

👤Before I started researching trekking poles, I knew a lot about them. We hiked the 800 ft high, 3.6 mile Elephant Back Mountain trail in Yellowstone, and found sticks in about 100 other places, but we just figured that was the way it was done. With the amount of hiking we do, I thought it would be a good idea to upgrade from wood to something more aerodynamic for her birthday. It's difficult for a first time buyer. Questions I didn't know to ask were answered by every outfitter on Amazon. Which ones are the best? Carbon Fiber or aluminum? Is it foam grips or cork? Is there a type of flip and snap type latch that I can use to lock them into place? What are the different types of attachment tips? It's last but not least when it comes toCathy. What colors do they have? I narrowed down all of the factors and focused on 3 different brands in the 35 to 40 dollar range after reading more reviews. I didn't want to go cheap or spend 120 bucks on something I had never used. One seller in their pictured ad on the page said to "turn the knob", only to have them spell it "Turn, Tun and Koon" KNOP... The knop is counterclockwise. If they can't spell Turn and Nook in their own ad on the Amazon site, what chance do I have of using their product to help propel my big a$$ up and down a 1000 ft mountain? They were out. The Trailbuddy poles kept me coming back to their site no matter how many I researched. After logging several trail miles with them, we could not be happier with the blue and red set we received. After hiking for miles with a wooden stick, my arms were tired. I don't think I'd have the same luck beating back any bear I faced with an aluminum pole. Is they strong enough to support my 200 lbs frame up and down hills, over muddy and rocky surfaces, and to prevent falls? You bet! Then some! I don't think she ever liked the wooden sticks. Something about her hands getting rough. I would definitely buy this product again if I could, but only with one small caveat. When I clicked on the orange option in the ad, I was not able to choose my color. I thought orange would be a good color to spot in the woods if I ever laid them down to take a picture of her. That and orange are the same color as the Astros. Either they were discontinued or popular. No matter. Blue works for me, and that's an Astros color as well. The rubber tips were mentioned in a few reviews but we have already put them through living hell and never had a problem. Maybe they upgraded their design. If you're stuck in the minutia of trekking pole hell, stop here and press buy. You won't be disappointed.

👤I didn't get to use them for more than 10 minutes. We went to Iceland where we did a number of hikes on both snow and meadow. There was an older couple in their late 60's who were delightful and young-at-heart, and I was on a guided group hike. They underestimated their ability to complete the hike and were unprepared. The option to turn back was no longer an option because we were in the middle of nowhere. I decided to let the wife use my new Trail poles for the rest of the hike, which was absolutely necessary for her to have finished. I insisted she keep the poles because she apologized for returning them in less than perfect condition. We insisted that she needed them more than we did, since we were in the middle of nowhere, and purchasing a set would have been impossible. I'm buying a second pair.

👤The magnesium on the firestick unit is very limited, but it works well. I'm happy I got one.

👤I like these. I don't have any complaints.

👤I was able to combine it with a durable product.

👤Everything I need is here, - self defense stick, compass, whistle, fork and knife. Simple and compact. Highly recommended. Fast delivery.

👤What a find. I've been looking for that for a while. I finally found it. The quality is outstanding and it's exactly like the pictures. If you like hiking, you should buy it.

👤I was glad to find this stick. Tools built into it. Whistle is ok, but I compared it to my expensive compass and it is 100% accurate. The tool is sturdy. The stick is more simple than my multi-functional tool, but all functional units do their purposes well, unlike my multi-functional tool.

Brand: Quntionst

👤I am a wilderness backpacker. A reliable multi-tool kit is one of the things I pack with me. I take less expensive tools with me for casual hiking. They don't have an axe or hammer. I decided to give this tool a try because it comes with an axe and a hammer, as well as a saw, pliers, and the usual Swiff Army Knife accessories. The axe is out of the included carry case because it is protected by a plastic sheath. If you leave the tool kit in your backpack and forget to put on the sheath, you have a dangerous weapon that could cut through your belongings if not careful. This is a serious danger to be aware of. The tool is very versatile and useful, it's only one complaint. The word is short-term. I am hesitant to trust this brand for long term survival because I have never heard of it. My survival trust is dependent on Sog or Leatherman tools. If you found this review helpful, please click theHelpful button to encourage me to write more. Thank you!

👤I own a few leatherman multitool and have never had an issue, and if I did they would give me a free replacement. I needed a multitool that could chop wood, and when I saw this with a small ax, I needed to try it out. The size is perfect and has a little weight so it is sturdy, which is important when using sharp tools. The ax was my main focus because everything else on the tool worked well. The bark of this tree was cut off with an ax. It was understandable that it took some effort to chop it down. I had an issue with the grip on the handle that kept slipping off when I started axing away. I had to stop and lock it again after it opened with the spring plier function. It was a little annoying. They need a better locking mechanism for the grip. The ax can be used in emergencies and the sheath is solid. If you accidentally grab the ax or take out your backpack, you're at risk of tearing up your stuff because the rubber blade cover is starting to tear on the edge. I will use it when I'm in the woods. I will see how lifetime warranty works when I need to contact them.

👤I always have a multitool on hand when I am camping. The Quntionst 16 in 1 multitool is stable. Has all the tools needed for camping. The ax is sharp.

👤I was pretty hopeful that it would be good quality, but when I opened the box, I found that it was a little heavier than I anticipated. There is grease all over this thing, on every tool, as well as the handle part that you hold, which got grease all over me. I thought the tools would be easy to fold in and out with the amount of lubricant. Just kidding. Wrong again. I had to wrestle the tools to fold out half way, but I have no idea how. I can't get them to fold back in. The case would be acceptable if it weren't a hatchet. The rubber blade cap is a joke, even if it stays on, it would be a bad idea to wear it. It is definitely not useful enough, because of the hassle and possible accidents it could cause, for its use to be justified in a reasonable situation. The pictures were taken after I wiped it down and there was still grease and condensation between the tools. I wouldn't recommend it all. This was supposed to be a gift for my husband, but I am not going to show it to him. It was disappointing.

👤The product had surprised me. There are a lot of hidden features within this product, but I knew I was getting an easy and compact way to carry a hatchet, shovel, pickaxe and ice pick. I have found that it has fishing line, hooks, bobs and weights, safety pins, rope, flint, a bit set and driver, a flashlight that has three modes, and a cord of saw that can be used to create a bow saw. I could have used all of the tools that I imagined. It took me about an hour to find all of the hidden features and I felt like a kid opening a Christmas present and putting together a Lego set. It is easy to modify the lengths of the tools, you can go all the way up to just shy of 4 feet, I attached an image to give a better size up. The hatched is good on branches, but I wouldn't try to fell a tree. I have put a lot of work into it and it has withstood the test of time. I have been shocked by how strong and durable the quality is. It's a good purchase if you want to pack a lot of tools in a small case.

👤Everything in this kit is in its place. I can put it in the back of the Jeep and be confident that I have everything I need. It is easy to use. I'm good to go if I need a trekking pole or shovel to get out of an ice ditch.

👤Returned it because the case was too weird for me, then customer service contacted me and gave me a tool kit that fit my needs.

👤I received 2 shovels after reading my first review. I think they are of good quality and I got a bad one. I would recommend their products.

👤The tools are small. It's okay if it's not. Not what I was expecting. The item was returned.

👤Everything was nicely packaged. The instructions brochure was for a different stick than the one I got. I will give it a try and see if it works out.

👤It light up. I wish it was more sturdy.
