👤I had all the camping gear I needed to keep a family off the grid. It looked like it had survived at least one of those half-lives, so my wife was going to have to do some work to get her out of the hotel. My family is becoming more and more interested in the outdoors. My family went camping, snow/water skiing, and camping as a kid. The beauty of living in Southern California. I have had kids since then and it has slowed down. I still go camping and target shooting. My twin 9-year-olds are in scouts now that they have stopped using the iPad and are outside for the first time. We do other activities after school. It makes for a lot of Amazon shopping and trips to local stores. The boy and girl scout packs are very busy with outdoor activities and my son and daughter meet up 1-2 times a month. Out with the old and in with the new. The bad: 1. Not light. Why is this good? It will last. The pot and pan are heavy duty and make a good balance for the set. 2. This is not a backpacking set. I wanted a family camping set and this is perfect. Everything is large enough to be user-friendly and small enough to be camping friendly. You can add the companion set of 24oz Stanley cups and have a really nice set. Everything was warm on our Coleman stove 6. It's a must when camping 7 that everything is cleaned up easy. I got this as an Amazon warehouse deal and the price was unbeatable. I will have to buy another place setting for my 3-year-old, but for now it's fine. I'm hoping the extra stuff will fit in the pot. Stanley has been around for a long time and they stand behind their products. I don't think they would be the same now. I try to read the comments that are negative because often people are expecting perfection for a discount store price. I will try to answer any questions you have.
👤I will not echo what everyone else has said about the set, the plates are small. There is a sliding piece on the fold-out handle of the pan that is important, and you need to understand that before you use this set. The pan will support its own weight without the lock, so it isn't really known what its importance is through any labels or obvious markings from the manufacturer. If you don't use the lock on that pan, you'll be spending the rest of your 32 degree morning cleaning raw eggs and molten bacon grease off your clothes and gear, and you'll be missing out on a nice warm bacon and egg breakfast. Stanley, thanks for the experience.
👤I paid $80.00 for this set in June. Excellent for car camping. Can be used over a woodfire. The heating function is provided by the thick bottoms of the pots. There are 4 sets of dishes. The handles on the big pot are rounded. The lid is designed to sit on a pot. The smaller pot has a handle that folds out.
It is certified that it meets the requirement of theUIAA. The hose and regulator are included. The legs and wind screen are made of steel. It is compatible with most 14 in. Camp Chef accessories. There are two 30,000 BTUs/Hr. The burners are cast-aluminum. Appliance-style temperature controls. The propane tank is not included.
👤This grill was bought to use in camping. I decided to use it in my home grilling system. I bought a pizza oven and made a BBQ island to fit it. Buying more accessories over the next year works well.
👤The best cooking appliance I have ever purchased. I live on a farm and can't find an indoor propane range, so I bought a camp chef with a professional griddle. It puts out a lot of heat. I was able to get the griddle to over 500 degrees in 10 minutes. The only problem is that it is short. I made my own leg extensions, using 1/3 inch PVC and caps, because I didn't want to buy expensive ones. The cost of the material was $1.29 for 10 feet, 4 caps were 30 cents each and glue was $2. I left 7 inches out of the end of the eat piece for a total height of 36 inches. I used 1/2 inch sheet meal screws because there were already 2 holes in each leg. The leg extensions make it sturdy.
👤I received this item and have not used it yet. I'll update later if it's less than 5 stars. 1. This thing is large. I thought it was smaller. It's the same size as a standard house stove. You should know what you're getting. 2. The burners are large. It's listed at 30k BTU because it means business. 3. If I can figure out how to get the pics off my phone, I'll show you. You will need a large table. Think of a picnic table as large. The camp tables are not adequate. There's not much need since the legs are sturdy. It will sit on a table. 4. I also bought a griddle for it. It's a perfect fit for this unit. I want to buy a second one so I can use both sides when cooking. I like having more than I need. 5. I like the modular approach to this unit. The base unit alone is a bargain compared to the smaller table-top units that are more expensive for camping. The quality is there, and the K.I.S.S. principle is alive and well in the design. 6. The kind of camping you do has an impact. I plan on camping in a car/tent for most of the time. I intend to cook a lot while out there. The brand and this unit should be called Camp Chef. 7. I like designs where form follows function and then becomes art. That's how I see it. There are 8. The box for the Camp Chef was damaged when I got this unit. It was clear that it had been retaped. I was worried that I was getting someone else's return. I was happy to find that the unit had been opened to make sure it hadn't been damaged. There are 9. I didn't get the carry bag that was available. I will correct that mistake next week. This is something you will want to protect for a long time. I don't think it will last decades with just a little care. 10. The unit has no electric start. This isn't the unit for you if you have that. One less thing to eventually break or go wrong is what the K.I.S.S principle is about. I would prefer a lighter. You can have several just in case. 11. You only need the propane tank if you have the propane hose attached. There are 12. The legs and the car came with a bag to hold them, which was a nice surprise. It will help them not getting lost. I looked over all the table-top units by various manufacturers in order to buy one of them. All of them seemed to have some sort of problem. Either quality/longevity, or windscreen problems, or connector problems, or burner issues, or too hot with no adequate low setting. Something. I knew when I found this that it wasn't going to be less than I needed, and that I could grow with my expertise if I wanted to. I know it was the right decision after seeing it in person.

Rest assured to buy! Click the button to add the item to your cart. Consider getting two for you and one for your best friend. The Jetboil flash camping and backpacking stove in Wilderness Gray is the fastest Jetboil ever. The Jetboil flash personal cooking system is the ultimate camping stove for preparing coffee, soup, or dehydrated meals on the trail because of its 1-liter FluxRing cooking cup. Start heating immediately with the pushbutton igniter and verify that the water is ready with the thermochromatic color- change heat indicator. The bottom cup is a measuring cup. Jetboil accessories, such as a coffee press, hanging kit, pot support, skillet, and utensils, make this a necessity for your next backpacking adventure. The accessories were sold separately. The instructions include the flash camping cook system. JetPower fuel is sold separately. A one-year limited warranty. Measures 4.1 in W x 7.1 in H and weighs 13 ounces.
👤I opened the Jetboil system this weekend to make sure it worked before my hunt. The bottom portion of the approved fuel caught fire after I attached it to the burner. JetBoil refused to help me. I tried to reach CampSaver, but nothing. I can't get a penny back for buying it earlier this year.
👤I deployed to the middle east with this system last year. In a place where the Army didn't have any dining facilities, it was a real life saver. The market we ate at had ramen. I would have used it more if I had thought to attach the coffee press attachment. The cup is very durable, the water is fast, and the whole thing is very fuel efficient. Why only 3 stars? The stove portion of the system melted. The plastic base was melted by the metal ring. The igniter failed because of the fault, but I'm not sure what caused it. I just have to ignite it with a lighter. I'm not comfortable using this stove again. I'll order a new one as soon as I figure out how to buy one separately.
👤I've used rocket stoves many times. I've never used a stove like this before. I didn't think about the heat gauge on the pot wrap when I used it, but I have used it in the dark, during storms, and half asleep. It's a nice touch. I don't have to check the water anymore. There is a I bought the 'wilderness' one. There is a jetboil wave on the other side when the water is boiling. I'm not going back to a $10 pocket stove. Even if it seems like a lot for a stove, it's worth every penny.
👤I absolutely adore this! I take this with me wherever I go. This is a life saver. The components fit inside of it. The water boiled in 1 minute. I make coffee, cup o noodles, MREs and hot cocoa with it. Walmart carries the fuel for this. The accessory that supports the use of a frying pan is recommended by me. That folds down and stores inside the jetboil. I have fried bacon and eggs while fishing. I bought the Jetboil flash and it is perfect for me. The Jetboil sumo is nice but too big for a single person and takes up more space in the pack.
👤The starter didn't work out. I had no choice but to light it with a lighter. Definitely not a fan. I returned it for a refund.
👤I have used this stove many times. It is definitely top of its class. It has been through the wringer on torture tests with me. There is a mountain warfare training center in the state of California. The jetboil makes quick work of heating water at any temperature, from boiling snow to hot nalgenes between my legs at night. The electric starter is the only thing that could be improved. It doesn't work well in the cold. I would recommend a sparking device for extreme adverse conditions.
The cookware kit is designed for anyone who loves camping with their family and friends. It is portable and convenient for camping, hiking, backpacking, picnic and other outdoor activities. The hook in 2020 has two parts, the hook chain and the 3-hole fixing plate. The hook is made of steel. The chain length is 46.45 inches, the large hole is 0.78 inches, and the small hole is 0.29 inches. The hook bag is made of synthetic material. The hook and fixed plate can be protected by the synthetic cowhide bag. The flame can be adjusted to the hanging chain's height. It can be used with outdoor cooking appliances. It is an essential tool for outdoor adventure, and it is easy to carry. Fine workmanship, round polished, without sharp edge marks. It's suitable for camping, hiking, adventure, herders, rescue, and extreme survival. You can quickly build a fire pit with just 3 small wooden sticks or bamboo. Please watch the video to learn how to use it.
👤Does it work? Very much so. This is a good tripod pot for camping. I work for a company that deals in metal products like aluminum, carbon steel and other metal products. I cut the aluminum round bar in half, then I cut the tripod plate in half. It works well. I believe you will like this product, it is made well and can hold up to 20 lbs of weight. If the stands can support the weight, you can use a large Dutch oven on it.
👤The product is good for hanging pots. Don't think it's for heavy stuff.
👤I didn't like the fact that the metal poles weren't included. They should make it clear that they are for sale. I haven't tried it, but the holes are small and the poles need to be larger to hold a cast iron Dutch oven.
👤I have something similar for home but it's too big. This can fit in my pocket. I put it in my backpack. I only need a few small branches and a way to hang my pots over the fire. It works well.
👤The product was received on time. Works well. It's versatile for campfire cooking. It is very easy to use. Keep it in my kit.
👤Everything was expected and made to order.
👤This was purchased for someone. It was perfect when we were camping. It was practical and well made. You can take a long hike with your pack.
👤It was a survival gift. Person loved it.
Everything is packed into a nylon mesh bag and all pieces nest great. The package size is 7.5x 7.5x5 inches and the total weight is just 2.75 lbs. This set is perfect for backpacking as well as traditional camping. The camping cookware set includes a stock pot, saucepan, frying pan, cutting board, spatula, spoon, and locking bungee. The cooking pots and pans have a unique, multi-layer bottom. Even heating over campfires, stove tops, and grills to save space. The cookware is dishwasher-safe and made from 18/8 steel that won't rust or break. The perfect gift. Are you looking for the best gifts for outdoorsmen? Is there a gift for the man obsessed with nature? You need the Stanley Even-Heat Camp Pro Cookset to celebrate the occasion.
👤Do you take your family on camping trips to a national park or private campground? Do you have a tent or camper? Have you ever wanted to start? Invest in quality products. If you're like most families, on your first trip, you took your cookware from home, but realized what cooking over a campfire does and don't want to pay for expensive pans again. The Big Box Store has inexpensive pots and pans that are difficult to pack because of the handles and glass. The pots aren't big enough to hold what you want to cook, and the fry pan is too big for a cook stove. You think to yourself that something better must be out there. This is better. It's much better. This is just as good as anything you'd buy for your home, just a little more compact and has folding handles, it's just a little more convenient and it's heavy duty. This set is more expensive than dollar store items, but will last longer, take up less space, and keep everyone fed and happy. Stanley has another set that comes with plates and eating utensils. I like the other kit but this cooking set is superior. The Base Camp Kit is still there as it meets a different need. If you need that kind of item, you can easily find it at the dollar store. We're not talking about backpacking. You can get both sets for a reasonable price if you watch for deals. This kit has everything you need for a campfire or propane stove.
👤I did a lot of research on the camp cook set. I wanted something that was strong and compact. I own other Stanley products and love their standard of quality and lifetime warranty. I wanted a set that would allow me to cook on my Coleman 2 burner while feeding my family of four. The Stanley Camp Pro Cook Set was something I wanted to buy. The two person set was too small and the base camp set had things I didn't need. This one came with 3 pots and pans. The pots are really good and will last us forever. The cooking utensils are sturdy. The true test will be only cooking with them. I would like to use the trivets as pot&pan holders. We will see. I haven't used it yet. I can tell that I dislike the board. It doesn't lay flat on its own, so it's useless to me. I would have preferred a different utensil. The cutting board should be the same shape as the stock pot lid. This folding one would be more functional than the smaller one. Please make the design better. I will post an update after our first camping trip. I think this product is very good. The cutting board is subpar to my standards, but it is not a big deal. I bought this set for the pots and pan.
👤Good condition from the warehouse where it was bought. I don't know who came up with these categories, but every item in this kit is damaged to varying degrees. The advertised condition was very misleading and it was much cheaper than buying new. It sounds like metal is trapped between the double layer bottoms when tilted. This could be a manufacturing error, or it could be the result of the many dents and scratches on the items. I can't recommend buying used products from Amazon due to the lack of honest advertising and photos of the damage.

👤The package was like a clown car, with stuff coming out of it. I'm not sure if I will use all the stuff that came with it, but I can give you some thoughts on a few of the items. I will update my review if I am not happy with the pan and pot. I have shown them to my camp stove. The pad? I'm going to throw it away. The burner seems to be cool. Never used one. If I decide to use that kind of fuel, I'll stay. The ferro rod and strikers budget is not very high. I'll throw it in the bottom of my fire kit after I tried it, because it does throw sparks after you get the protective film off. I could use the bowls. They fit nicely when you put it all together. The wooden spatula is a one use thing and could be a potential risk forbacteria. The whistle and compass are in the para cord bracelet. Cute at best. I'll bring my pack with me. I will keep the folding ladle, but the folding flat wear is pretty cool. It works well. That will stay. The bag is light. I'm guessing that it has a cinch cord and carabiner. Good for some. I don't like things hanging from my pack. It makes me sad that I'm banging around back there. I'm most likely to find a MOLLE compatible pouch or just throw it in the main pack compartment. I gave it 5 stars as I don't have anything bad to say yet. I was impressed with the amount of stuff it came with.
👤I'm not sure if using aluminum cookware is smart. This came with many things that I can use as well. The pots may end up being containers or hotplates. There is a wooden mold block. I mean spoon. The product was all over the balance with it's furry and dark color. When I put it on a napkin, the napkin gained particles of life and it stuck to the spoon. I can smash this spoon with my fingers. Generic things that have uses are the balance. The bracelet has a firestarter on it. A lot of help is needed with this idea.
👤This is a small mess kit. I used it on my trip to Manitou Island. It was a good size for two people. It was easy to clean. It was difficult to clean because the food was trapped in the crease. The metal is rolled up on top of the lid. The stove is working. There are a few minor issues as well. One of the four tiny arms that flip out to hold the pan wouldn't flip out all the way. I had to be careful with the pan because it could get knocked off. I used a lighter because the button ignition didn't work. Other than those things, it was great.
👤I'll be sending it back and getting something better because I had high hopes for it. I took the set camping and washed it in dish soap. I was excited to use it because it was compact and light. The first thing I tried to cook was standard breakfast sausage links. The pan's composition reacted poorly to the sausage and immediately created a sticky, black film in the pan that is impossible to remove even after boiling soapy water in it and scrubbing. I had to throw those little piggies out and cook them in my friend's pan which worked fine, but not the fault of the sausage. The same stove, sausage, spatula. If I can't cook breakfast sausage without ruining the food and the pan, what's the point? I can't speak to the quality of any of the included pieces as everything went back in the bag after the sausage debacle. There is a pan on the left next to a pan that was clean and cooked perfectly. I'm sure it would be fine for boiling water, but the reaction to the one thing I tried to cook in it doesn't give me great confidence in eating or drinking anything that touched these pans.

After washing, there were no smells or sticky messes.
👤I don't know what kitchen supplies will be provided with my housing. I needed a solution to bring my kitchen utensils with me without having to unpack and pack again, and I didn't want to throw a mess of my own in a plastic bag. This is the perfect solution, it provides most of the basic necessities in a small bag. I added a pizza cutter, measuring spoons, a flat strainer, a real beer opener, and a rubber spatula. I could easily add more with the elastic straps. Everything is in place. I don't know if the long termDurability is possible, but everything is made of STAINLESS STEEL and appears well made. It is easy to keep in my trunk.
👤This is an Amazon Favorite. I paid a little more for this than the one I bought last year. Someone at Amazon needs to use this one. This set is amazing. I couldn't be more enthusiastic in my endorsement. Everything you are likely to need is here. We bought it for camping and I enjoy using the cooking and dining implements so much that I often pull them out to use in cooking at home. The set is easy to transport and has a high quality case. I'm usually not as impressed with purchased items. The knives in this set are sharp. This is a very good set. Forget about what Amazon likes. This will become your favorite as it has become mine.
👤I took my first trip this past Memorial Day weekend and was very disappointed. If you are looking for just basic silverware all in one to use, this is not it. Everything was hand washed and dried for 3 days, but by the end of the weekend it was all rust. The girl pokers that we used on the grill were not heat resistant. I am not rough on anything. I was hoping this would last me more than one trip, but I am so disappointed.
👤The thing is light, compact and perfect for organizing kitchen tools for car camping. I wouldn't use this kit for every day use, but everything in it is at least quality. There are no useless gadgets that come in a lot of kits. There is a spatula, scraper, Ford, silverware, a couple sharp knives with sheathes, wine/beer opener, and poultry shears. That is a solid foundation for any camp kitchen. The case come in different colors, but it is a small issue for a great little kit.
👤I had high hopes for this, but it ended up causing damage. The handle came undone because it was sewn to the case. I was getting ready to package it back up to return it when I realized that the other side of the handle was not the same. I won't replace it with the same one because it was bad.
👤This is a good get and comes with a nice bag. One of the reasons for the two stars is that the fondu forks can go under your fingernails if you reach in the bag. I was thankful for the first aid kit. The rest of the kit was useful and will be used again.
A single person's home. The Winterial 1 Person Tent is the perfect personal tent for backpacking, hiking, camping, fishing, or looking for an outdoor play tent for the kids. The mess kit is fully equipped for 1 to 2 people. The lightweight camping pots and pans set is a great choice for camping. The camping pots pan and kettle are made from non-toxic and lightweight aluminum. The non-stick coating makes it easier to clean up. Each piece has handles that are foldable so you don't burn your hand. The Camping Stove folds to a small size. The control valve is adjusted for fast maximum heat output all the way down to a simmer. The rate is 3000w. It's more convenient with the system. Extra steel. 2 sets of dinner cutleries and a cleaning cloth are included. The dinner cutleries are made from 304 steel which is completely safe to use. The foldable spoons can be packed into cloth bags for easy storage. The cleaning cloth is safe to use on the coated surface and allows you fast and easy clean-up after you're done. Everything is packed into a nylon mesh bag and all pieces nest great. The package size is 7.5x 7.5x5 inches, and the total weight is just 3.3 lbs. This camping mess kit can be used for both backpacking and traditional camping cooking.
👤The camp mess set is great for my purpose, which is to use it in my urban go bag in case of emergencies. It is small and lightweight, and that is the point. If you want a camp mess set that will fit for your luxury excursions, this one is not for you. This is a good choice if you want a set for backpacking or a go bag for 2 people. The quality is good for my purpose, and nothing is wrong with it. Here are three tips that may help you solve common problems. It's easy to put it back together in the correct order. If you forget, I added my pictures of the process. It's 2 The cups were stuck together because of the plastic liner. If you know anything about how metal behaves in hot and cold, this is an easy fix. Remove as much plastic as you can. The inside should be filled with ice water. Pull the cup after pouring hot or boiling water over it. Cold will contract the inside cup and hot will expand the outside cup. There are 3 more If you set it up correctly, it will not collapse when you use it. Make sure the pins at the joint click into place. You should unclick the pins to fold them. The metal bar on each piece should be slid all the way toward the joint. The mechanism of the bar is to help support the pins from unclicking. The pressure on the pins can be alleviated by folding the handle back.
👤I don't like this thing. It is difficult to get back the way it was packed and it is also difficult to fit cups back together. These plates are very bad. The thought of having to fight with it to get it back together was more agony than it was worth, so I didn't use it to cook at camp the other night. I am very disappointed with this purchase, it is lack of function. Does it really make sense for me to try to get it to fit and then pack it back? We don't like trying to figure it out every time. I bought a different set for car tent camping and will look for another better one. It is a no for me. It was waste of my money.
👤This set was okay for the price. It's small and compact makes it a plus. We only cared about the pot, pan, and kettle. The plates are small. The utensils are not worth it. We didn't bother with the cups. Take a different set to eat with you. We used the grill at the campsite to cook. We will use the stove piece.
👤I only used it once. It was a good experience so far. It is small and compact and saves a lot of space. I like pots and cups, they are easy to clean. The stove is flimsy, my pot cannot sit on all four legs, and I need a bigger stove to fit the pot. I will not use the stove. When eating, forks and spoons get folded, which is annoying.

👤I am a retired US Army NCO who lives in New Mexico and loves hiking and camping. I'm always on the lookout for a lightweight kit. I don't submit reviews until I use the item. My experience with this kit was very good. The kit comes with a fry pan and a sauce pan. There is a bamboo stir spoon, a couple of plastic cups, a folding ladle, and a sauce pan cover. I got a Prime Day. A nifty little metal folding spork is a special extra addition. It has a nice cloth sack with a plastic closure to hold the little kit in my ruck sack, and it also has a lot of other things. I stuffed it with an extra pair of socks and a couple of bandana handkerchiefs so it wouldn't rattle and washed it all up. I usually bring a couple of hard boiled eggs, some hard tack, some precooked brown rice with peas and carrots, and an apple or two, along with some dark roasted coffee beans. After a few hours, I set up camp. The little kit did everything it was supposed to do when my camp stove heated up. The coffee was great. The kit is light and strong, well made, and I expect it to provide me with hot meals out on the backside of the high dessert for years to come. I bought this thing and hoped for the best. The stars will be visible if you come to New Mexico. If you drink some coffee, you will feel like you can touch the face of God. Bring along the little MalloMe Kit Mess for your next trip to New Mexico. The journey and purchase of this little kit will always be with you. Signed by Frank.
👤I used this for a hike. I used it twice a day. I got rid of everything else to save weight. I used it with the Coleman Peak 1 Butane stove. The lid was snug. I never had a burning of my hands with the handles. I heated the water for coffee and ramen. The pot was large enough for one person to cook in. People are right to be concerned about the plastic handles. I cooked over the fire a few times. The handles need to be kept away from flames and larger fires that may wrap over the lid. I took precautions and my pot held up. I was very happy with it. The weight is comparable to titanium pots at a much lower price.
👤The pots are small and the bowls are similar to condiments, but I don't think you could make an average sized man's supper in one of them. For reference, see the pics.
👤We used these sets for real work and bought two for backpacking with my son. A+! Thank you for selling this set for a reasonable price. I have posted pictures of fist and second backpacking trips using this set. Cut the spatula handle off so it will fit into the set without calling on God or cursing. Cut a typical kitchen scrubber sponge in half and put it in the set. The supplied scrubbers started falling apart. This set is awesome, with just a couple minor changes.

👤This is the first set I took this weekend. There are flaws in the designs. 1. Curries and soups can be made with pots. It's not good to cook rice. Half of my rice was raw and the other half was cooked. This could be the user error on my part. 2. Everything was sticking to the pan, even though it said it was non-stick. I fried some food. The items stick to the pan. This is the only water kettle that is good with no flaws. 4. The plates are small but they are great. 5. They fold in the wrong way. When trying to eat, it will fold back. 6. The water bag broke on the second day. The water was coming from the spout. 7. This is a plus for me. It worked well in carrying dirty dishes. I'm not sure if I should return the set.
👤I expected an affordable lightweight camping set to be small and not perfect, but it is, and it is, well worth the price. I will give a full initial review before I update it, but 3 things were not pictured. The travel bag seems very flimsy and is not the half-mesh style that was pictured, so my only significant and unexpected complaint is that. The bag pictured was half-mesh to allow for air to flow through if not 100% dry when packed, which was a significant part of why I chose this set, but being flimsy and fully enclosed was a disappointment as soon as I opened the box. The bag leaves a little extra room if you want to add something to it, such as the collapsible bucker which fits in nicely, but the collapsible water jug wouldn't fit. It feels ok, but not very sturdy, so take care. Pots and Pan seem sufficient for 2 people, but they might be a bit small to cook for 4. The folding handles don't lock into position, and it's easy to have shift/sway with them. Since they're two arms, they could have clipped together for better security. The handle/grip to both pot lids was a little loose and had to be tightened, only a concern if that recurs and or worsens over time, don't want them to fall/break off, especially while in use! I had been hoping they were and it seems silly not to be. Thettle: The kettle handle is small for an adult hand, and the lid is not fully insulated as in the picture. Plates and bowls are not enough to be useful as either or they end up being an ineffective compromise. There isn't enough space on a plate to make it an effective plate where you can use a knife and fork. It's not deep enough to hold a lot of liquid and it looks like dipping into it will cause it to spill. They can be used as a bowl for some things, but not soup, stew, or cereals with milk. It's fine for a burger, pre-cut meat chunks, or a hotdog, but not enough space for a knife and fork, just not enough space to cut. I ordered a set of 4 flat 8-inch kids plates that fit between the pan and the pots, and they were perfect. If you drink a lot you'll be refilling them often, but they pack well and seem durable. Silicone cup protectors had some issues. They don't cover enough to be effective, unless you hold the cup with only three fingers, and I don't expect to be drinking hot things out of them all that often. They are pictured in four different colors, which makes it easier to not mix up which cup belongs to whom. It's silly that the protectors weren't designed to allow you to store them in the topmost cup, and it's a bit of a pain to take them off. TheFolding Cutlery is decent. They have a lock to prevent them from folding. The spoon won't hold much and will work best with things that are dense, but the knife has a decent cutting edge to it for something like this. The size is not ideal, but it is good for a travel set that can be used by both adults and children. The set comes with a small bag that they use to store the cookware and make sure it doesn't get damaged when packed up. I can fit three sets inside the kettle before I put the cups in. You may want to bring plastic utensils or cooking utensils to avoid scratching the non-stick coating on the cookware. The collapsible bucket came in a small bag which I was worried would be hard to fit back into, but it works well. It's not big, but it's enough for several purposes, such as washing hands, washing dishes, gathering/carrying water, and using as a small open cooler full of ice. If you want to unfold the water jug, you need to remove the spigot before it's sealed and sealed again. I expected it to be more flimsy than it is. I think it will be ok for a while, but things like this won't last forever. I would assume when full you should leave it spigot up and turn it over to use it, and or store it on the ground or secured between other things, since some reviews said it was leaking from the spigot and was unsteady so it might roll/fall.

👤We've been using homemade solar box ovens for 25 years. Look to see what's available commercially. The GoSun products caught my attention. The GoSun Sport could be used to prepare enough food for 2 people. This really cooks fast. The muffins were baked in 35 minutes. The texture was perfect. We've used it many times and it's great. I would caution against 2 things. It gets very hot inside the tube so be careful when checking food or removing it. It keeps the heat for a while. The edges of the cooking tray can be sharp, so be careful when cleaning them. The pads that attach to the end of the cooking tray are easy to clean. When the tube is cool, it is necessary to clean it. It's easy to clean. The bundle was a good value and included an extra cooking tray, 10 mini-loaf silicone pans, water container, and a padded carry case. We look forward to using this product for many years. Thank you!
👤I have been interested in these products for a long time but don't like the price tag. My girlfriend and I have formulated necessities for long term issues and camping adventures. I had extra money and decided to spend it. The oven is able to be used anywhere and I love it. I imagined it being used at the beach, camping, or where fires were banned. It came after a lot of research. The bag was packaged in a way that I loved, as well as the accessories. I tried to see how well the cleaning sponge fit inside the tube when I put the handle on the tray. Not even 5 minutes into the process. I returned it and received another in a few days. The second one looked great. The rubber that is supposed to seal the tubes looked a little different in texture and fit between the two. I am not sure if this was an aftermarket or refurbished product, but my current solar oven doesn't fit as snug as I imagined it would. That doesn't affect my cooking. The tube keeps food moist. To the point. I had to drain it a few times when I used the muffin molds. I love it. I don't see why it wouldn't last since it's in its bag and taken care of. I have made butter and garlic cannabis shrimp. I think you can make a lot of things with this. I don't remember seeing instructions on how to use the sun dial. It was pretty self explanatory once I realized it was for something. I am not sure if they are included in all tube shipments. It is a great help when you can't see the sun directly.
👤Before you start, know that water takes over an hour to boil. I bought the Pro pack for the brew item, and it is more or less useless. If you put your water in a tin can, it will get hotter in less time. It is not good. I mean that. It took two hours to boil fourteen ounces of 51 degree wate after I tried twice. It's Pathetic. It made rice that tasted the same as rice, but as it is a thin long tube, you have to check it every time you open it to make sure it's solid. There is pain. You will find a lot soon for the price of this item. Wait and pay. Sorry for the honesty. It misses the mark by a thousand miles because I wanted it to be as good as it is. You could get a more efficient one for twenty bucks. Stay safe.
