1. Farberware 47053 Stainless Percolator 12 Cup

Farberware 47053 Stainless Percolator 12 Cup

All of their products are covered by their total satisfaction promise. Look forward to a lifetime of java pleasure if you choose Mueller. It was made in China. The Original 12-Cup Farberware Stovetop Percolator is a classic coffee maker. A heavy-duty coffee maker is polished to a mirror finish. The clear glass knob lets you know when percolating begins. No message. There is no need to deal with messy coffee filters with this permanent basket. The dishwasher safe percolator combines technology with styling and quality that Farberware has delivered for decades. The quality assurance guarantee.

Brand: Farberware

👤I saw this pot on a website and decided to check it out. I had a percolator style pot, but I didn't know how it tasted or performed. The old Mr. Coffee machine is being used. I have used coffee machines. I could never find a coffee that I liked. Thepods had a funny taste to me. The Ninja came up with a problem. A POS machine and a real PITA for the price. Please only come back in a week or two. If you don't believe me, you should check out the problem on the internet. I gave them to the Goodwill. I decided to read some of the reviews and make a decision. I decided to get one after reading so many positive reviews. I had to decide which cup to order; the 8 cup or the 12 cup. I brew a pot for myself the majority of the time. On the weekends, I make a bigger pot as my son will join me in drinking coffee. I found the description to say a cup is 4 ounces. The Mr. Coffee manual has a cup of coffee. I usually make 8 cups. The 40 oz. is 5 ounces x 8 ounces. 40 ounces is 4 ounces x 10 ounces. I ordered the 12 cup for a bit of room for the weekends. I realized that I have more coffee than Mr. Coffee after using this pot a few times. I decided to use a measuring cup to find out the truth. When I fill the Farberware cup to the 6 cup mark on the wall, I have about 36 ounces. For 6 cups. I was making more coffee than I normally do, and it was too weak for me. I measured the mug's capacity and it was 12 ounces. I will get 3 mugs of coffee from this pot when I make 6 cups. That is what I drink for a normal morning of coffee. I add good scoops of my coffee to the 6 cup mark. One reviewer suggested that I add a small amount of salt to the basket. She says it helps to offset the acidity. I can't say that, but I will not be going back after using this pot for a week. The coffee in my house is very good. The smell in the morning is wonderful. I use Mr. Coffee and it never tasted this good. The brands I have taste better in the Farberware. The time it takes to make a pot is the only downside. I retired so it doesn't bother me. If you are a worker bee, you won't be spending the extra time. My brew takes about 10 minutes to start. I set the timer for 7 minutes after turning the dial to 3. When the timer goes off, I turn it to the lowest setting. I wait a few minutes before pouring the first cup. I leave my burner on warm. I know this is taking a long time. If you're like me, you're trying to decide between the 8 cup or the 12 cup, and here's a tip. The 8 cup has a plastic knob and the 12 cup has glass. The 12 cup is made of glass. The descriptions confirm my findings that the 8 cup is plastic. If you purchase the 8 cup and then buy the glass knob, you'll pay the same price for the 12 cup pot. If you compare the dimensions of the two closely, you will not find much difference in the size of the two pots. If it had a glass knob, I would choose the 8 cup. I hope the reviews help clarify the points for others. I will say that I am very happy with my Farberware 12 cup percolator. I put a cover over Mr. Coffee. I won't be going back to the weak coffee any time soon. Spoiled in PA.

2. Bodum Coffee Maker Permanent Filter

Bodum Coffee Maker Permanent Filter

Absorbable filters: A gold-tone coffee filter is included. Coffee maker allows you to brew an excellent cup of Coffee in minutes. The mesh filter that is included is permanent and helps extract coffee's aromatic oils and subtle flavors instead of being absorbed by a paper filter. The coffee carafe is made of durable, heat-resistant borosilicate glass with a color band detailing that is both functional and elegant. Simply add coarse ground Coffee to the filter, pour a small amount of water in a circular motion over it, then add the rest of the water and let it sit. Coffee maker makes 8 cups of coffee. dishwasher safe.

Brand: Bodum

👤My wife and I have used almost every coffee and espresso making method under the sun and Bodum's Double-Wall Pour. Over is our favorite coffee. Non-paper filters like a french press taste great but can leave a bit of a mark in the cup. Chemex is expensive, requires special paper filters, and doesn't keep 2nd and 3rd cups of coffee warm. Bodum's double-wall poured over. It costs the same as a Chemex, but the double-wall keeps your coffee hot for longer. I know what you are thinking, but does it use a metal filter instead of a paper one? You can use a regular, conical paper filter inside the metal filter and coffee is the same as it is in a Chemex. You can't tell a difference. If you run out of paper filters, you can always use a metal one. You can get the single-walled Bodums for $20 that taste the same, if you want to drink all the coffee immediately after it's made. Before you put coffee in the metal filter, you should rinse the paper filter out with water to remove the paper taste and help it cling to the side of the metal filter.

👤This is one of thetrendiest ways to make coffee. My father had a very similar coffee maker when I was a child. He would set up in the morning and after dinner. I loved watching him pour coffee. When April arrived. I was looking for birthday gift ideas that I could use, and that was not very expensive. I thought about my coffee habit. I don't drink a lot of coffee, but I love it. From my coffee maker, French press, regular drip maker, etc. This would be a good addition to my coffee family. There is a well-known brand that is very similar to this one. I was not willing to invest until I knew what I wanted. I chose this one because of the reviews and the price. I don't see why I should get anything else after having it for a few months. It is easy to clean for me. One thing to remember is to rinse it after you're done using it. I like that the cork is 100%removable, so you don't have to worry about cleaning it. This item has a measuring spoon and a filter. I tried the paper filters that came with the package to see if there was a difference in taste. I did not notice a difference to justify using paper filters. I'm a new to this game, so I might be missing some slight nuances of flavor, or coloring, or what have you. The pour over maker is a complete package. I don't see how you could go wrong with a pour over maker of your very own, a gift, etc., if you are on the fence about changing over to the "pour over life".

👤Don't give that out lightly, it's a solid 4 stars. It is pretty good for the price. I got the single walled version of the carafe and it is solid. This is a solid buy, even though it doesn't pour as well as a chemex and the included filter is worthless. You should use a paper filter for your coffee. Don't worry about the mesh filter. Number 4 filters are the best for this product. Coffee is coarse and fine. V60 style grind is probably perfect, the French press is too coarse. You're shooting for a 4 minute brew, but that also depends on technique, so tune for that. Ignore the internal-cap that is included, it doesn't really add value to the product. On the opposite side of the spout, pour your coffee. I can't stress this enough. If you try to use the 'nozzle' in the glass, you'll find that the coffee doesn't pour well and sometimes leaks down the outside. It works perfectly if you pour from the back of the carafe. Enjoy your coffee.

3. Keurig K Mini Single Serve Coffee

Keurig K Mini Single Serve Coffee

It's less than 5 inches wide, perfect for small spaces. Your perfect amount is between 6 and 12 ounces with the K-Cups. Fresh water is added for each brew. Coffee made in minutes. Criminal activity: cord storage. It is easy to transport and tidy countertops. Travel mug friendly. A full accidental brew can be held in theremovable tray, which holds travel mugs up to 7.0 inches tall. The energy efficiency isFFICIENT. 90 seconds after your last brew, the auto off feature turns off your coffee maker.

Brand: Keurig

👤I was one of the first people to buy a K-Cup machine, before it became a common kitchen accessory. When their machines went from well built to throw away junk, and when they tried to lock users in to only using their own brand ofpods, I stuck with them. I moved from their home brewers to their commercial products and now own a K-150 which is one of their best ever products and I think it's one of the best home brewers. I am not new to the program and I really didn't need another one. I didn't think I did. Many of the hotels I have stayed in have the original Keurig single serve compact brewer. I travel with coffee, tea, and sometimes hot chocolate, so I can brew a quick cup in my room. The hotel room version is not suitable for home use. I was really interested when I saw the new upgraded K-Mini. I wanted it to be a viable choice to take with me when traveling due to its small size, to use at our cabin or vacation properties or even something even more special, something near and dear to my needs, as a single cup hot shot hot water dispensers for use with tea bags or The world is in desperate need of a good hot water machine, but no one knows that. There is one cheap model that has more flaws than benefits and a few models that are overpriced and flawed in design. I should have bought a dozen of the perfect model for fear that they would stop making it. The one I bought still works, but it is showing signs of wear and tear. I wanted the new K-cup to help me make a datememe datememe, a datememe is when datememe is used to make a datememe. This is it. As a coffee maker, the mini does what you would hope and expect, so I won't dwell on that. You put a single Pod into the familiar snap down receptacle and pour a cup of water into the permanently attached reservoir and push a single button and a couple of minutes later out pours your coffee. The good news is that if you don't put a Pod into it everything else will work the same way except for hot clean water that you can use for tea or anything else. Depending on how much you pour in, you can choose between 6 and 12 ounces of water. The units that parcel out a measured amount of water are the most similar. This one pours back the same as you put in it so you can make your tea, soup or cocoa as strong as you like. The design is simple yet perfect and it feels well made. There is a cutout on the back of the item that holds the power cord in, and it has a 3-prong plug. If you travel with it, you can easily remove the entire cord from the outlet if you pull it out on the kitchen counter. They are easy to understand, they are well written, and have large color illustrations. After you plug it in, you can pour water into it, but you can also fill it with anything from 6 to 12 ounces to suit your coffee strength or travel mug taste. After you put the water in, lift the handle, and insert a K-cup, and then press the large brew button, which will turn the power on, and make a brew. When the light stops flashing, the water in the cup will warm up. 40 seconds after that, the power goes off if you don't make another cup. I timed it from button press to filled cup and it took under a minute and 18 seconds. The water is very hot, cup after cup, unlike most similar brewers that get cooler for each cup. When I put one cup into it, one cup comes out of it, that's one thing that interests me. Most coffee makers don't do that. You don't have to clean it because there is no holding tank like a coffee maker. There is no water inside. I am impressed and excited about this thing. When I saw it, I thought it would be nice to have, but I didn't know I would use it at home. I was wrong. I use the mini every time I need a cup of hot water for tea, soup, hot chocolate or anything else, because I have the two sitting side by side. I didn't expect the mini to be used for those times when I want to make a single K-cup of coffee during the day, and I don't want to have to wait for the entire tank of water in my full size brewer to heat up. The process of making one cup takes about two minutes and there is no leftover water that can cause a bad taste. It is the fastest way to make a cup of coffee in my kitchen, despite the fact that some reviewers didn't understand what it was. I use this thing two or three times a day and it has become something I can't be without. If they ever get discontinued, I better buy a few of them now. It is claimed that this is a full featured coffee maker. I mention that because of a couple of disappointed users who didn't understand that the water tank isn't meant to be used with the ones that have to be manually filled with ground coffee. I have never seen the value in spending a half hour filling and cleaning gadgets to save two cents, they defeat the purpose of the speed, convenience and zero cleaning of K-cups. This doesn't have a traditional multi-cup water tank, what you pour in gets heated and poured into your cup. That's why it's called a single serve brew. I don't understand why anyone would think 2 minutes is too long to wait for coffee. When I was at Starbucks the last time, it took 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee, my full size Keurig takes over 10 minutes to warm up, and my coffee maker takes over 10 minutes. It takes about 5 minutes to boil hot water in a pot on my stove, compared to 8 minutes for most electric hot water makers. It can boil a cup of water in less than 2 minutes. This is the fastest brew I have ever seen, it takes about 1 minute and 18 seconds to brew a cup of coffee. It is a shame that so many people are comparing a single-serve machine to a full-size coffee maker that already has taken time to heat up an entire tank of water. That is going to be a few seconds faster. The time it takes to boil a cup of water at sea level and at high altitudes is substantially different, that probably accounts for some people quoting different amounts of time for their brew to heat up. You can't change that. The brew button needs to be pressed immediately after the handle is lowered. After a few seconds the machine will stop working and the handle will have to be raised and lowered again. The users who reported that their unit didn't work or wouldn't give them water didn't read the instructions. The final word. This device has given me more satisfaction than anything I have seen so far this year. Everything about it is correct. If you love the convenience of K-cups, like to make a quick cup of coffee, tea, cocoa or soup with zero prep time and zero cleanup, don't have a lot of counter space or need a personal brewer for a dorm room or office cubicle, or are looking I think it's a good idea.

Brand: Odoland

👤A gallon pot. The cups are filled with liquid. It will work even though it is a little bigger than I needed. Looks nice. The flap that covers the pour spout is a little fragile. The handle folds down for storage. The cups are inside. The cups are not heavy. I haven't heated the water yet to give a review. I will update later. There is an update... The water is hot on the stove top. It took 15 minutes to boil. When it's ready, check out that sound. A short video. I thought we had a tornado. I was caught off guard.

👤I was pleasantly surprised by the kettle. I did not buy it for camping. I have been looking for a kettle that wasn't too heavy and didn't have a lot of plastic on it. If it was cute, it was too small. I wanted it to look nice but also be practical since it will be out on my stove. I ordered this one because it was a great price, a very classic shape, the capacity I needed, and it came with just enough mugs for my kids. It is not top notch quality or anything, but for the price, I am happy. It reminds me of a lot of vintage kitchen pieces. The plastic part of the handle is cheap, and that's my only complaint. I can live with that. It makes a really cool, eerie whistling noise when the water is boiling, another added plus because I actually didn't expect it to whistle. The handle stays up when you place it. It does not fall down. I am really impressed.

👤I like the way it is made, as it is a gift for my young children that I did not want them to grow up. The family likes gifts that are an experience, so it will include the parent. They also hike. I thought it was a good choice. I am putting together an ensemble that will tell the story of tea in the USA and how it has changed over time. The set can grow along with my grandson and granddaughter because of the inclusion of the stainless. The carrying case was not included in the description. This was an important part of my decision.

👤This pot is elegant and can be used in your kitchen. The whistle is soft and charming. If you put 4 liters of water in it, it will boil over. It is a great model to use outdoors because it is very fast in heating water. Most camping cookware does not have the weird taste of aluminum pots. The cups are nice, but can get hot. I am surprised by the quality of this kettle, I love it.

👤I don't think you could get a better kettle and cup set for less. Buy again the price because it is not yetti quality. The cups fit inside the kettle. It makes packing up and storing easier.

👤We have been using it for hot water. It stays warm even though it doesn't have insulation. The size is large. Our everyday use cup is the steel cups. They are easy to clean and can be used for any kind of drink. We haven't used it on top of the fire pit because of the winter setting in, but we will try as the weather warms up.

Brand: Hamilton Beach

👤I didn't realize I had waited almost 3 years until I used this for the first time. It is a workhorse and I bought it in November of last year. I brew 3-4 full pots a day, plus I drink a few cups a week. The coffee was great once I realized it requires less coffee grounds than my old maker, so I wanted to address some of the negative comments. If you like coffee that is strong, try using fewer grounds because this gets the water really hot. There is a Pour slowly, as for it "spilling water everywhere" complaints. When I am in a hurry, I only make a mess. I have been using this for 3 years and it is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. Don't hesitate, it's worth every penny.

👤The coffee pot has been with us for less than a year. I don't mind that it is on my counter. It's great for those times when you need a single cup. The cup side was not for us. Maybe it's the coffee we use (Costco brand) or the fact that it's a mesh filter, our coffee tasted dirty and dark at the bottom of our cup. We stopped using paper filters for single cups. The pot portion was fine, however, we had to clean this with a solution of water and vinegar more frequently than any pot I've ever had to make a full pot in less than two hours. We program it to start making coffee at 4:30am so that I can have a cup when I get up. At that point, it's between 3-6 cups. Nobody has time for that. The two cups in the holding tank won't come out. It's terrible and we're going to have a new Bunn tomorrow. We will not miss you, goodbye Hamilton Beach pot.

👤I was skeptical about the coffee pot because I have had some bad experiences with the products. This did not fail to impress. The coffee pot is cool. Coffee escapes the end of the pot when you pour it. And it's all over the place? The coffee pot has a part that slows down the flow and keeps it from happening. There is a The basket for the coffee filter is deep so that it doesn't get filled and get coffee grounds all over the place. The to-go part is neat, but not my favorite part. After each use, the mesh basket must be cleaned. Coffee grounds can get in your coffee occasionally. It is very easy to use and to clean. You cannot program both of them at the same time, that's the only thing I don't like about this pot. Either the Pot side or the to- go side is what it is.

👤The glass carafe broke on the first brew. The sides of the glass are where the cracking started.

👤This coffee maker is the worst we have ever purchased. The coffee has a plastic taste after a month. It's an ongoing problem because the manufacturer has suggestions on how to remove the taste. It didn't work. The consumer should not have to deal with the problem before they get the product. It takes a long time to brew single serve cups. We went back to buying a coffee maker. Even right out of the box, it's never a funny after taste.

6. Stansport Aluminum Percolator Coffee Cups

Stansport Aluminum Percolator Coffee Cups

Coffee is available in the woods. If you're thinking of going camping or going on some other outings, this kettle is a great choice because of its simple and cute look. It can do good if you want a hot drink on Saturday morning. They will make it right if you are not satisfied. The type of sport is outdoors.

Brand: Stansport

👤I used this pot for a week on a wilderness camping trip and it made a really good cup of coffee. You have to get a feel for how it works. Percolator filters are not required since they will make the pot more forgiving, but I bought some but lost them in a box and never used them. First things first. First, make a few practic pots at home. Don't drink the first one since it will contain oils from the manufacturing process. It will be bitter if you overcook the coffee. Here is what worked best for us. We like strong coffee so you can adjust as you please. First, fill the pot with water. The coffee is better if the water is good. The water out of the Merced River was great. We were boiling the water and I didn't worry about thebacteria. I don't think so. Ground coffee is available. A coarser grind is less likely to fall through the holes in the basket. Coffee should be dumped in the basket. We did not measure, but you can if you want. We filled the basket up to about a quarter of an inch of the rim. Put a consistent flame on the pot. It's easy to grab the ring when you flip it out. You will thank me. Wait as you turn on medium heat. The pot started percolating in about 7 minutes if the water was cold. As soon as you get the first "perc", turn down the heat. Two things will happen if you keep the heat up. The violence of the boil will give you more grounds in the pot. You can burn the coffee. It will keep perking if it is turned down to as low as possible. It was about right for us to have about 12 minutes of low heat percolating. Just turn off the heat source and you're ready to go. Don't remove the top. The people on here said that the plastic top melted or was pulled off. The heat was too high if it melted. Slow perc over low heat. You don't have a reason to take the lid off. None. You can pour a cup of coffee using hot pads or towels. The pot is made of aluminum. Pour through a paper towel if you hate grounds. If you pour gently, you should get minimal grounds. Clean-up is a pain, but percolators are. The unit comes apart easily after cooling. We keep a bucket of water in the wash basin. It takes just a couple of minutes to clean the unit with a small nylon dishes brush. I hope this helped. We read a lot of negative reviews before we tried the pot, and we wanted to avoid the mistakes of others. It was easy for us to do so. The coffee out of the pot was great. It's very light and an added bonus. Having an aluminum pot that's virtually weightless is a big plus when packing into a camping area.

7. Eurolux Percolator Coffee Maker Pot

Eurolux Percolator Coffee Maker Pot

Once done with the coffee brew, rinse it quickly by hand and use it again within a few minutes for another flavor. It's better quality than plastic, ceramic, or glass coffee filters, and it's cheaper than buying paper coffee filters. The Percolator is designed to deliver a consistent richer coffee flavor to delight your taste buds. A coffee maker is an affordable option for travelling or camping. It is a must have for any coffee lover. No more toxic chemicals in your body can be found with the 100% Teflon-free andBPA-free high-quality stainless steel. Coffee machine makers that are contaminated with chemicals should not be used. The disgusting plastic taste that ruins your morning coffee time is not something they should discuss. Quality materials and design, dishwasher safe for use on a stove, is what makes it the best brew ever. The coffee pot percolator is styled and designed for everyday use. With a comfortable Wooden Handle with solid brass rivets you will have no trouble grasping and pouring your coffee. No plastic, no carbon dioxide. It's a great camping accessory for coffee lovers. The 9 Cup percolator will make enough java for everyone to enjoy. It is made from solid steel that can take knocks and drops. They want you to get the most out of the coffee pot. The Instructions manual and coffee filters were included. It is useful to prevent coffee from falling through the percolator basket if filters are used.

Brand: Eurolux

👤It's not rocket science to learn to use a stovetop percolator, and it's worth the effort to get it right. Coffee in this big Eurolux is the best we've ever had, and the pot itself has a lot to do with that. When you fill it with water, it has distinct inside markings that are easy to read. The parts are all made of steel. When you raise the lid, it stays open until you close it again. I handle it with a potholder because it has a wooden handle. I would like the handle to be a little thicker, but that's just a quibble; every other feature of this pot is ideal. The pot can be washed in the dishwasher or hand. If you put it in the dishwasher, take the glass knob off first. The pot is strong enough to last a long time. If you want to make great stovetop coffee, you should grind your beans, have them coarse-ground, or buy them online. If you like the coffee/water mix, try it. After you've filled the pot with water and the basket with coffee, close the lid and set the pot on the stove. The burner setting should be adjusted to medium. The perking starts in 18 1/2 minutes with the amount of water we use. Your time may be different. After the coffee starts to perk, and the water hits the top of the glass knob a couple of times, turn the heat down. It's necessary to turn the gas stove down two levels below medium. Again, your setting may change. The pot will perk in a minute or so. The water should hit the top of the knob every two to three seconds, with pauses or less force perking in between. The lower-heat stage takes 9 minutes because we make a pot almost-full every time. When the timer goes off, we turn off the stove and allow 5 minutes or more for the water to drain out of the basket. We pour our cups after removing the basket with a potholder. It takes some experimentation to get the routine right. You don't have to get it perfect right away. As you refine your technique, you will get better perking, which will produce a good cup of coffee. The glass knob on top is the most fragile part of a stovetop percolator. It's likely to break when it's heated if you screw it in too tight. If you can, screw it in until it stops. Don't try to make it bigger. If you don't tighten the original, you won't need the spare. If you ever need the spare, be sure to put it where you can find it. As I write this review, I'm enjoying a cup of coffee that I made using the Eurolux. Happy perking.

👤I only get percolator coffee when I go camping. Starbucks and Tim Hortons are not close to each other. They use the treated water. This is a quality pot and should last a few years. You should get a medium course grind for your coffee. I did my own grinder after buying a good one.

Brand: Hamilton Beach

👤Didn't make it a month. I was a fan of Hamilton Beach. I use the one cup feature the most and follow all directions diligently. I like the fact that I could adjust the water and coffee grounds to make the perfect cup, but I can't get there with the pre-packaged K-Cups and the cup volume preset on the Keurig Machine. The needle on this machine stopped working after being cleaned exactly as instructed in the manual. I tried using K-Cups instead of ground coffees. Same result. So... If this is the way it has to be to get a cup of coffee, then there is too much effort in tinkering and wasted K-Cups. Maybe I was just one of those lemons that show up on the assembly line every now and then. I got a $10 machine experience for pricing in the $80 range. It might be a long day in the hot place before I buy a coffee machine.

👤Why did I give this five stars? Customer service! The old Hamilton Beach coffee pot had a K-Cup feature that lasted a few years and failed. The K-Cup side of the pot failed after two months with this new pot. The regular pot side of the maker worked fine despite the error message on the display. I tried to file a claim after purchasing the extended warranty, but they said "Good news!" For them. The pot is still under warranty. I decided to go a different route after I heard the lengthy wait time at the Hamilton Beach 800 number. I saw that Hamilton Beach was reaching out to customers with problems and gave a different phone number and email address when I read some of the Amazon reviews. I sent them an email detailing what happened to the K-Cup side of the pot, what corrective measures we attempted, and asked for help. They asked for the series number and shipping address the next day. We're good to go again after a few days after our new pot was delivered. They were quick to fix the problem in one of the production series. Customer service should be for everyone.

👤I've tried the K cup many times and thought I might be a mistake. No, no! Every time I drink my coffee, I get coffee grounds. The whole K cup is worth something. I am very disappointed that I got this for my surgery, I will not be able to have a drink but my husband can. It was the perfect solution to not have two coffee pot makers on the counter. A waist.

👤This coffee and kcup maker is perfect for me. The fact that there is no water in the machine makes it very sanitary and free frombacteria. I like to drink my coffee fresh and finish it within the 2 hour program, so I don't have a problem with it. It takes 11 minutes to make a full pot of coffee and the kcup portion takes about 4 minutes. I put in a lot of water with the kcup and it's very hot. You can either use your own coffee or use a kcup. The single cup is very easy to clean. The coffee machine that I have is a good one. The cons will be next. Some coffee makers have a lock switch that stops the coffee from getting a cup, but that is not the case when making a pot of coffee. When you pull the coffee pot out, the normal filter stops, but some still comes out and causes coffee to fall on the hot plate. It's not easy to close the lid for the kcup option. You have to push it down more than normal. The pot has a lot of nooks andTrademarkias and it is difficult to clean it. This is worth every penny. The new Ninja coffee machine beats the top of the line Kuerig coffee machine. It is definitely worth it for the price.

👤If you use both halfs, Handle will not allow slop or play, as long as you use both halfs. They are still firm. I have larger hands and I use my index and medal fingers in the handle and put my ring finger in the notch to keep it in place. Other makes can move.

👤Stays in a truck for camping.

👤This is a nice product. I know when something is right, but I haven't used it yet. If you want a small cup or pot for hiking trips, I would recommend picking one of these up.

👤I love this size cup, it's very practical and packs up well. I know it will last for a long time because of the great price. I would highly recommend it.

👤The coffee press is made of solid steel and has a jar for measuring. There are no fluids measured in the press or outside. I didn't know how much coffee I needed until I measured the hot water in the press. The metal screens in the press are very fine. The fine mesh of the screens makes it hard to press the screen. The force needed to press the screen might have been due to the coffee I used. Coffee may have less resistance when it is grinded by a courser. The thicker steel of the press helps keep the coffee warm for longer. The mesh screen makes the coffee taste better without the grains that make it taste bad. There is no risk of the press shattering. The press requires more force to press through the coffee and there is no fluid measurement on the press. 32oz was sufficient for making a pot of coffee.

👤I received a faulty French Press plunger. The owner messaged me saying he would replace me and give me a refund. This is deserving of 5 stars. The French Press has a faulty plunger. I got a lot of praise at work for keeping my tea/ coffee warm. When I get the replacement, I will update this review. I'm sure the new one won't have a problem. The price is very competitive compared to other French Press. The owners care about their customers. Let's support this business because we need more of them. The owners delivered a new French press. It works great. I'm still doing it every day. It keeps my coffee hot. When I come back for a second round of coffee, the coffee still has steam coming out of it. Highly recommended.

👤This product is an example of how to sell something common and make it premium. I am using a double walled French press to serve coffee to 3 people in the morning. Everyone can take at least 300mL with the large 1 L size. Usually my method takes at least 4 to 8 minutes. Minimum steep time and another 4 are required to have the grounds settle. The previous glass version would cool the coffee too quickly. The coffee is piping hot after 8 minutes. The steel double mesh filter screens out the fine particles that get into my drinking vessel. The coffee is full of flavor and hot. It's easy to clean a 1 L French press. I put my hands in the coffee compost. I wouldn't use anything abrasive on the inside so a bottle brush would work. Steel may impart some off flavor. I use reverse osmosis water and freshly roasted coffee to make sure it's not too acidic, but I didn't sense this. I'm happy I made the purchase. I will use it for a long time.

👤I've only used the new press a couple of times, but I love it. I have used a glass press for a long time. It seemed like my glass ones would break even if I was careful. I have always been unhappy with how quickly my coffee gets cold, but I just lived with it. I will never own a glass press again after I tried thestainless steel version. The quality of this press makes me think I will never need another press. I love the look and feel of it, I love that the double wall insulation keeps the coffee warm longer than my glass ones, and I love how easy it is to clean it. I don't think I'll ever use the coffee bean canister. I'm sure I can find another use for it. I was going to give it a 4.5 rating, but Amazon wouldn't let me. I don't give it 5 stars because I wish it had measuring markings on it. My expensive glass press didn't have measuring marks. It won't take long for me to figure out how much water is needed to make coffee the way I like it. I don't mind that it's harder to press down the screen than it is to actually do it, it's doing a great job of preventing coffee grinds from getting through. This thing doesn't cost more. Highly recommend it. Hope this helps.

The weight is 7.7 ounces ( 220g), the capacity is 25.3 ounces (750ml) and the dimensions are 100mm x 4.33". Bestargot camping french press coffee cup is last for years use and always keeping the best quality as the first use.

Brand: Bestargot

👤I've used this as a French press, cookpot, and a cup around the house and out camping. The woodknot gear coozie is just fine. After years of making coffee, I brew cowboy style with the boil not stirring in manually except to push the grounds back down. I fill up to 16 ounces or 500 liters. If you make tea, noodles, or other items, you can fit about 600ml. This makes a really nice cup. I drink water and juice from it. For a simple meal, the noodles have a great size.

👤I tried it in the kitchen twice so I could see if it worked. The coffee had a bad flavor and was made with titanium. I am not going to waste a bunch of coffee and ruin my mornings drinking anything made in this if this is reduced after a while. I'm past my return window so I'm not sure if this will be put in a cupboard or a garage sale. The whole thing is 198 grams and the knob is 25 grams. The entire assembly! The design of the knob is stupid because you can buy titanium to reduce weight. The knob could be smaller.

👤I thought titanium was an expensive metal because I've seen it advertised for twice the price of aluminum ones. It's more expensive than aluminum. I didn't know that you could make a whole pot out of this material for so little. It's very lightweight and sturdy, like what this metal offers over and above aluminum. It's suppose to be strong, similar to the steel of the Romans, so manufacturers can make it thinner while keeping the strength. Coffee performance is very good. Coffee grinds don't get through because of the mesh. The press and the pot edge fit tight and don't feel like they're going to scratch. It is important to get the proper size grind. Some grinds are better than others. If you get the store bought stuff that's really meant for paper filters, you may be disappointed that there's some gunk in your last cup. If you use a high quality conical burr grinder, you will get a large enough grind for each cup to be like a sip of heaven. The butane stove seems to take a bit longer than a conventional aluminum pot. Titanium is not as good of a heat conductor as aluminum or copper. It's great for people who like a good cup of coffee and want to keep their weight down. If I needed it, I would get 2 at this price point.

👤I like Trader Joe's instant coffee packets with the creamer and sugar for convenience, but this French press cup is just the thing for a more robust coffee. I've been testing it out at home and it's fantastic. I can see where the coffee grounds are going to be messy. I put my toothpaste in my garbage bag so there shouldn't be much of a problem. If you are hiking multiple days on a trail, you must take your garbage out with you. I'll grind up what I need for three days and hit the trail knowing I'll have the same quality coffee I have when I'm home. It's important to go juice while climbing mountains.
