The machine is washable. It's easy to care for your new blanket. They get softer with each wash. You can scroll down for care instructions. PREPARED4X created its emergency poncho using tough mylar and NASA- engineered tear- resistant material, so you can keep warm. Their patent-pending PREPARED4X wind-resistant and waterproof blanket poncho hybrid is a great way to keep your hands out of harms way. The mylar blanket poncho is roomy and convenient, and you can fit your backpack underneath it to keep it safe and dry. It is ideal for your survival kit, hiking gear, earthquake kit, bug out bag, or car emergency kit because it has a poncho and thermal blanket in one. It's important to have an emergency survival poncho in your bag so you can protect yourself from critical heat loss in an emergency situation.
👤I bought these out of all the others. I bought this for a homeless man. I understand that it isn't durable like a winter jacket, but it is 888-282-0465, 888-282-0465 He said that the wind went underneath and through the opening that it did not have arms, so he did not feel warm. I thought it was more durable than some of the others, but it wasn't. I wanted to help him. What if it was an emergency case? It didn't do what it said it would do.
👤They are rubbish bags that are silver in color and tear very easily. They cost me $30.96 because they are not mylar and are not warm. They are a scam.
👤Shipping was late. The poncho was light weight but had a hole in it when I opened it. See the photo. The box itself wasn't damaged, and two others didn't have any holes. I would not wear this on a backpacking trip. It is very thin, and with the tree branches it would tear. It wouldn't fit in a large backpack. I am not sure how many uses you would get, but luckily you get three in the package. It is a good value for the price, but I am not sure I would be willing to take it on a multiple day hike.
👤These emergency ponchos are great! I used to use thin mylar blankets, but they are not as thick as the one I tried, and they are not as good as the one I tried. My phone would recommend these over regular mylar emergency blankets because of the smaller bag size. I am ordering more for gifts and putting them in vehicles.
👤I gave away three of these to medical volunteers at the protest. They thanked me very much. I stayed outside in the rain for about six hours thanks to this thing. Don't think you can reuse them. The orange paint was sticking to itself the next day. It didn't seem like it was in good shape for another outing. Even though I had a backpack on over it, it was fine until I took it off. It was perfect.
👤The jacket is twice as thick as a typical Mylar blanket but will tear easily if caught on anything. The arm sleeves are short and come down to my knees. It is too big in the waist to allow heat to escape. I believe the price is too high for a 4 pack. I would pay fifteen dollars for them after touching the product. It will work under a poncho. The hood is a good feature and the seams are not torn. It was easier to repackage than a blanket. To make the arms and total length a foot longer, add a waist strap and double the thickness.
👤I took this on a camping trip and loved it. This blanket kept me warm when I was a small person. These blankets are very small. I keep 2 in my car and one in my camping gear. I would buy this product again.
The water is lightweight and extremely compact. Individual sachets are ideal for storage. It's easy to put in a survival kit with a pre-measured sachet. Such, Canadian Coast guard, EC and New Zealand approval.
👤My hope was that I wouldn't have to use it. I put them in a bug out bag and kept my car. I would never have to break down in the wilderness or have to bug out, and these would be just a piece of mind. I knew there was a problem when I picked up the box. Two of the 18 pouches I ordered were completely empty and at least 3 more felt partially drained, but I couldn't confirm a leak. It's problematic because it soaked the other products in the box, which is less than ideal, and it's also problematic because I don't know if they'll survive 2 days of padded shipping.
👤I keep a go bag with a few to carry around for emergencies. One of the waters that was open to try out tasted like water. It doesn't have a funny or plastic taste. Just water. I made my own MRE by adding a zip lock bag and 2 pouches of water. There is a pouch of instant drink mix. There is a pouch of StarKist Tuna. Uncle Ben's Ready Rice has a pouch. There are some plastic silverware.
👤Great water! It came back with 74 parts per million of total dissolved solids, which is below the EPA limit of 500 parts per million. It's acceptable that the Alkalinity is a little low. It wasn't bad. It was shipped fast and in good shape. Stock up.
👤I bought these to replace the packs I had stored. Water does not go bad if it is properly stored. In the time I have indicated. Some of these were 11 years old when I drank them. I couldn't tell the difference between the old and the new ones. I keep these in different back packs, one for camping, a general emergency bag, and my bug out bag. The water from my car bag still tastes good over 10 years after it was purchased. I bought these new ones in Feb, 2021.
👤I paid for 18 of them. The box was inside a bag. Someone tried to "solve" the deflated pouch by putting the whole box inside of a mailing bag. I would return these, but I don't expect to be able to find a replacement because of the panic on the East Coast. I will have to tell all of you because of the frustration of this experience.
👤This is not a 3-day supply. The shelf life listed on the package is only 3 years, since the product was already about a year and a half old. Not happy.
👤The second batches of these. We found them this summer after the first expired seven years ago. They have a long shelf life and are an excellent addition to your water Sanitation needs. We didn't drink the expired water to see how it held up. The kids are crazy.
👤Not a good choice for a large bag. The packages are 5 lbs. It was very heavy for a bug out bag. The packages are very flimsy.
If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach out to their amazing customer service team. 500D PVC is an ultra durable material that holds up to tears, scratches and anything else Mother Nature throws at you. High Frequency welded seams provide full protection from water, snow, mud and sand. A MOLLE system on the outside of the pack gives you the ability to easily place your important items. Attach your own pouch for quick access to your essentials. 6 included pouches are not waterproof. A sleek, simple blacked out design with padded shoulder straps and air vent backs is 40 liter capacity. Roll the top flap at least 3 times and connect the straps in the upward position to prevent the water from rushing in.
👤Fantastic backpack. I just finished working on a boat as a safety diver and a drone camera op. This bag went everywhere with me when we moved to one of the smaller boats. I had a first aid kit, dry clothes, snacks, water, flash lights, mini sump pump, and various other items in it. The larger size was perfect. The molle strap system on the outside for the included pouch was really appreciated by me. I had zip ties, an emergency strobe light, a water bottle, and a dive buoy. It sat at the front of the boat for easy access and was always getting splashed, no interior water leaking at all. This is a great backpack for anyone looking for a water proof one.
👤I returned the backpack because it was smaller than I had thought. My pack is much larger and thicker than the one made by another company. The Drakon seems to be a very well made pack. The material is thick. The molle webbing is a nice feature, but they should have extended it all the way down in the front. The pack's height and width were good, but the thickness was not. The pack won't be able to stand on its own. There is a small footprint. I use cases for my work. They are about the size of a clipboard and 2.5 inches thick. The bag would hold 2 clipboard cases. I could put 3 in my bag. The Drakon bag was full with a metal insulated coffee cup and hoodie on top. Not enough room for my needs. It felt good on the back. My pack was from a different company. The Drakon would make a nice day pack. I don't think the computer bag or work bag is the best.
👤The survival back pack is very good. We plan to use it as a "go" bag. The back pack is strong and waterproof. Lots of space. It is comfortable to wear on your back. Very happy. There was a problem with our delivery which had nothing to do with the quality of the backpack. We reached out to the manufacturer. The manufacturer believes in excellent customer service and that our problem was immediately resolved. The manufacturer made us happy. Superb customer service and a great product. Very positive.
👤This is the first time that I have taken the time to write a review, and I have purchased hundreds of things from Amazon. The bag is outstanding. The material is heavier than any of my other dry bags. The shoulder straps are comfortable and well placed. There is a strap on your waist. There is padding on top of your back. The bag is covered with Molle webbing so that you can make it your own. There were three large accessory pouch and two smaller accessory pouch. There was a small defect in the pouch that I received. Within 3 days, the seller sent me two replacements. I just spent a week in the mountains and on the water. The bag I carried all week performed well. I will be buying more of these bags to give to my friends and family.

👤I received a pack of emergency bags. Well packed! I didn't take anything out of the little bags that they come out of as I believe they are there. I peeked. It's important that I know that I can survive a bitter Minnesota cold in my car. It's easy to slip into a ditch and be stuck there for hours. As you wait for help, your cell phone won't keep you warm. It's important to always be prepared.
👤I put them in the cars in case I need them, and hope I never need them.
👤I was looking for something that would buy more for my cars.
👤It turned out to be thicker than I thought, which is great because we will be able to stay warm if the weather gets bad.
A great small gift idea is their Tactical Survival Kit, which comes in a nice box and makes a great gift for men or women who love the outdoors. They are also a great Zombie Survival Kit that is ready for the apocalypse. Be Prepared to Survive is an emergency bag that protects you from cold, rain, snow and wind. It's small enough to fit into a bug out bag, survival kit, emergency kit, jacket pocket, hunting bag or car glovebox. It's big enough to be an emergency shelter. The right size is light and compact. The thermal blanket is placed in the palm of your hand. It's only 4.2 ounces. 7x3 feet opened. The sleeping bag liner is great. Roll it and stuff it back into the nylon sack. In cold temperatures the space blanket technology inside reflects up to 90% of your thermal body heat and seals it in. The emergency bivy sack has instant warmth. This edc gear is waterproof and windproof in the wind, rain and snow. The bivy can be used in extreme heat to build a shelter with the reflective side facing the sun keeping the heat away. 26 um thick tear-resistant polyethylene is durable and reusable. The interior reflective material will not fade. The heat sealed seams keep you warm and alive. The bag is perfect for an emergency blanket or as a sleeping bag at home. Get to know their small team and they will support you with product use, application, and education. They offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY and are proud to provide you with superior tactical gear and survival products.
👤I bought 10 of them to give to the homeless. I hope it does what it says it will do, because I was so sad when we found a naked woman sleeping under the skyway in Buffalo. She was covered in blankets under the bridge. Her mattress was lying on the ground, amidst all the garbage and puddles of water. A couch that another homeless person was sitting on was 10 feet from her. We went out on New Years Eve. I couldn't offer her a place with a roof and walls.
👤Light and packable. In an emergency situation, this bivy can save your life. You can keep one in your vehicle or backpack. It's perfect for a bug out bag.
👤Many people don't think about the fact that helicopters have heat-IRscopes that they use to find you in neighborhoods and the woods, but blankets and sleeping bags stop most of the heat signal. If you cover it with dirt or sand, it works better. This could be a life saver if you have nothing to keep you warm. I would have given my last dollar for something like this, because I have been in the cold and wet. I have this and three safety blankets, so I don't have to. Hopefully they will be around when the need arises.
👤I bought this for a friend because it was kind of an inside joke and I thought she could contribute it to her emergency go-bag. It was inexpensive and I love that it can serve multiple needs, but it didn't last long or survive a lot of weather or situations.
👤Very small and thin. I hope I don't have to use it soon.
👤It's a perfect size for the bag. If you run across an accident on the road, it's good to have a vehicle for shock victims.
👤You should be dressed with extra layers in the winter and late Autumn. If you need to stay warm in severe weather, this bag will keep you warm and reflect your own body heat back to you.
👤This is a great product. It's easy to carry in my car kit. I recommend this to anyone I talk to. I liked dealing with the seller. Great job!
A basic first aid kit includes bandages, alcohol pads, wet wipes, and antibiotics. The lantern has 30 crazy bright LEDs and cuts through the darkness on the stormiest, dimmest nights. The entire tent or room can be lit up. The collapsible design reduces or increases the light as you collapse the lantern. It's as small as your phone when it's collapsed. It's possible to fit it in your backpack or emergency kit. Waterproof is made of aircraft grade materials and is able to survive a 10-foot drop. The original version is hand-crafting each lantern with strict quality control to give you the best gear you deserve. Don't equip yourself with inferior lanterns. You can rest assured that this camping lantern is of the highest quality. It is covered against loss, theft, and defects in workmanship for as long as you own the product. It is certified by the CE/EMC.
👤This thing is bright. Like crazy bright. It's like staring into the sun in the middle of the night when you open the sucker. They are not fooling around when they say this is a bright lantern. The only complaint I have is that when you open it, you only get one setting. As the sun or darkness. There is no in-between. It's meant to light up the world, not just your campsite, so you can close it a little to reduce the brightness. I've had mine for a year and haven't changed the batteries. I bring a lantern with me when I go camping in the summer. Everyone else's site is within 10 miles. The lantern is bright. It's great. I plan on using it again. Just as soon as my eyesight comes back from the last time I used it.
👤Double boxed for safety, arrived on time. Save a smaller box for lanterns. The light is very bright. I can't comment on battery life until I use it. It's perfect for my apartment during a power failure. I don't think the lanterns are strong enough for heavy use, such as camping, but in the safety of your home. I recommend.
👤The lights were used for the first time after the power went out. They are bright, but not as bright as they could be. They are bright and painful at the same time. The only use for them is hanging high. Placing on a coffee table or dining room table will not work. Maybe a frosted shade would help diffuse the intensity. These will not work for us so we will need to look for something else to use during rare power outages and hurricanes. I can see why they are called camping lanterns. Hanging them from trees around the camp site might work out. It's not recommended for table use where they will be in close proximity to people during hurricanes.
👤Everyone needs a reliable light in an emergency, camping, or a black out. This is a great solution. It is bright and can light up a room. It pulls open for light and pushes to turn it off. The body of it is nicely constructed and easy to use. The metal handles can be folded down to make it easy to store next to a bed. A young child wouldn't have a problem using it. The light is very bright, but it doesn't get hot to the touch. Everyone in the house can now have a reliable light when they need it.
👤The camping lanterns with batteries were delivered. The lanterns are sturdy and bright enough for what I need. I was required to let a third party update my software when I tried to get the lifetime warranty activated. I couldn't get to the next step without the update. They don't know how dangerous this can be. I don't think I'll have a warranty.
👤Don't let them fool you, it's still decent. These aren't Pelican Case material. I think the lamp would be smarter and just light up the LEDs on the exposed side as I open it. It would use a bit of energy when I opened it. All of them light up when you open it a little bit. It uses the same amount of energy no matter how much light you need. Hope these help someone.
It's verSITILE. The Storm whistle can be used in any weather conditions. It keeps you warm and alive in extreme conditions. The poncho has sealed seams to keep you protected from the elements. The poncho is a layer of protection against the elements and protects you from the elements. The 120-decibel survival whistle is designed for emergencies and survival and can be used to alert rescuers up to one mile away. The paracord can be used to haul or bind. The difference between life and death is your tools. There are two survival ponchos and an emergency whistle. It isdurable and convenient. The Life Ponchos are made of a durable thermal mylar material with a tear and puncture resistant coating, and they are just 3 ounces. They can be put back inside the nylon stuff sack for easy storage. Full-sizing the room and kitchen. The hood helps regulate your body temperature by keeping body heat from escaping from your head. Adding strength, longer durability and tear resistance are provided by thermal bonded, heat sealed seams. The Life Poncho has enough room to cover both you and your survival pack. Better design is what GO TIME GEAR ADVANTAGE is about. Better quality. Customer service is world-class. That is the Go Time Advantage. They were tired of cheap ponchos and unreliable ponchos. They needed a high-quality poncho to keep you dry and on the move. It didn't exist. They designed it. You can get your Life Ponchos survival bundle today for your bug out bag, hiking gear, earthquake kit and survival gear kit.
👤I think that anyone who wants a poncho for a survival situation should take it out of the package and go for a walk in the cold. You need to understand how these work, what they can do, and what they can't do before you get into a bad situation. I still give this five stars, but only because it is very useful for how small and thin it is, and it is inexpensive. It is impressive that a full-sized poncho can fit into a small bag that can be used to hide a coffee mug. Refolding doesn't need to be the same as the original fold, and it's easy. I did this many times in testing. People lost out there can die of exposure in a matter of hours if they're not prepared. I pack my ski gear in the car in the winter. If I had to hike just a few miles home in a snowstorm, the ski gear would be a good choice. I would probably survive a cold night if I had an emergency poncho, but only if I stayed in the car. Space blankets like this poncho are worth the price for their compact utility. In Colorado, the rain/snow storms tend to contain some hail. When ice water falls from the sky, this poncho can be used as a raincoat. Three ways in which heat is transferred. Radiation, Conduction, and Convection. This is where the poncho excelled. The shiny metal side of the poncho reflects body heat. After five minutes, I could feel myself warming up, but I started sweating after ten minutes. The material does not breathe. It is good for rain protection. The hood has a gather at the neck and I like it because it has the most heat. This fits like a garbage bag because of the loud rattling of the material. The space blanket doesn't help with Conduction. You need to wear a poncho that is somewhat loose to trap air between you and the poncho. You will feel the cold if you stick some of this material around your finger. If you wrap yourself tightly, your body heat will escape through the metal foil that makes up the poncho. After the rain stops, take off your sweat and let it dry. The poncho can keep the rain away, but you need to not be drenched in sweat. watch the breeze The poncho's hood is secured around the head, but the poncho's bulk billows around with a breeze. If you are outside, you should bring some rubber bands so that you can cinch sections of the poncho so that it fits closer to your body or try to make it with some tape at the bottom seam. The poncho can blow and billow if you don't have that. The whistle is functional, but you should pack a decent whistle. There is a lot of room in the tiny duffle.
👤The came on time. We haven't had to use them yet. We are prepared for the emergency.
The water filter is long lasting with back-flushing filter, durable survival straw, and robust construction body. There is a note here. If you want to purchase a MoKo official filter replacement, please use the search box. The included filter can be used in many different ways. Add a 29.5-inch extension tube for more distance drinking, or use as a personal water filter. You can connect onto a water bottle. The materials used in the camping water filter are food-grade, FDA certificated, and no chemicals are used to filter the water. You can get enough reliable pure water with the 3L gravity-fed bag. It's ideal for backpacking, camping, or just keeping on hand for emergencies.
👤I was surprised. I thought the water would be bland, but it tasted great. It's better to have water out of a tap. I can't get to the seller in time for my review to be updated. The fter is not working after two uses. I've tried blowing air and drawing air to no avail. It isn't covered with mud or silt. The fibers have just expanded to the point of obstruction, and the seller got in touch to let me know a replacement filter was not a problem. I should have it very soon. Customer service is great.
👤I used it to remove the bladder from the included one as well as sucking the water through the straw. Both worked well. It took about 7 minutes to gravity filter 2.5 liters. It takes a bit of effort to get it through the straw, but once it starts, it's pretty consistent. It would be great if the hose was longer to make it easier to sip from it on the go. The hose is short compared to a camel bladder.
👤I haven't tried the gravity bag yet, but I have some red flags. 1. The product doesn't have the words Waki on it. 2. The same product and images are used by another company. 3. The product seems to be for a bottle of water, but I bought a straw and gravity bag. I fear using this in a real life situation because I don't want it to be a fake.
👤If you have used these before, you know what you are dealing with. If you are already on your camp out and find you have no water, you are up for a surprise. Irepped this thing at home. The flow is so bad that I only got a small sip. If you are camping, this will not provide enough water. You will die. I have spoken with other campers and they all agree. The purification tablets are for sale.
👤I drank out of a lake and a river and there were no problems. Water tasted great and I didn't get sick, what more could you ask for?
👤We had to get one to treat the water at our hunting camp because we saw this on the Wooded Beardsman's YouTube channel. Our camp's water comes out of the ground into a collector, then it overflows into a reservoir, before traveling by pipe into the camp. The water should be pure, but you never know if something has died in the water source or in the collector. We hang the bag on a nail and let gravity do all the work. I've heard that pressing the bag will help it move faster, but we just let it do its own thing. The bag has a handle that can be slid on and off. The most important thing to remember is to remove the air bubbles from the tube so the water flows well. The air will be removed when the tube is tapped and squeezed. The water is clear and odorless. It's a must for anyone who has time to purify water.
The emergency shelter is a must have if you are making up survival kits for family or friends. It is a good idea to store your vehicle in case of a breakdown. It will help you to stay warm if you get stuck on the highway. It is useful in the event of an earthquake or power failure to have the necessary tools to protect yourself from the cold. It's best to keep it in your home or vehicle survival kit. Be prepared. The 4 Person 3 Day Pack Bug Out Bag Survival Backpack is designed to be used in the event of an earthquake, tornado, flood, fire, or other disaster. First Aid, Shelter, Warmth: 199-piece medical kit, glow sticks, dust masks, whistle, radio/light/charger for safety, Ponchos, blankets, flashlight, multi-function utility knife, survival rope for shelter, gloves for gloves for cold weather. American product: survival tools packed in the heart of America by a family-owned South Dakota company. There are package contents. The package contains items that 4 people need to survive with no electricity for 3 days.
👤I asked if the masks were N95, but was told they were. Shame on me for believing that. They are not N95 masks. 2.5 masks only stop particles of that size. The birus we are experiencing is much smaller than what this mask is rated for.
👤You get what you pay for. I think it is fulfilling it's purpose, but don't expect quality items. The bandages and knife are weak. Good for a few uses. If you want quality, build your own bag piece by piece. The only thing I liked was the wind up radio.
👤It was just what I needed to start. It helps when you start planning.
👤It's perfect to keep in the car.
A sunny morning, a rainy afternoon and a snowy evening are always unpredictable. The rain-coat has a drawstring that will keep your hair dry. They help protect the wild places they love by donating a percentage of their sales.
👤I thought it was better. I'm the kind of person who will test items before an emergency strikes. The emergency blankets are cheap, but they are not as strong as the larger ones. I tried to open it. It was not easy to do. I was impressed. I gave the test to a 6 year old and said have at it. It had minimal damage. No more ripping or anything like that. Very impressive. It's good to have a bug out bag or car just in case.
👤I got these today. I pulled one out to see if it was tear resistance. I pulled it on and it ripped. The material used to make the grocery bag is not as strong as the Walmart bag. Don't waste your money. I'm going to return them tomorrow.
👤All four of them have their own bag for storage, and that the main holder is made of durable fabric. I wore one around the house. It got warm. The material felt strong. I had to put it back in the pack because ofadhd issues. I put it in the bag after my 3rd attempt because I didn't get all my lines right. Will purchase again from this company.
👤I don't like giving bad reviews. These are very small trash bags. I compare these to dollar tree table covers. I was not happy with the quality.
👤I like the way these are packaged. There is a bag in the zip up case. Excellent quality all around.
👤For limited use or emergency only, there is permission. I thought they were bigger. Would have been better for camping.
👤This is a great blanket. Sturdy, big. If you have to walk to town in the dessert because your car broke down and there is no phone service, you should keep at least one in your car. There are many reasons to keep these in your car or on a walk. You have a lean-to if you add a 20' piece of rope. This is a great brand.
The military tactical backpack is about the same size. Heavy duty 600D nylon construction with quiet Paracord pulls and chest and waist belts. The 20L capacity has 4 pockets, a padded rear pouch, and a top carry handle. A hydration pack is not included. When carrying heavy loads, padded straps and fast-release buckles help relieve weight and fatigue. It's great for students, hiking enthusiasts, military, first-responder personnel, or anyone with a passion for the outdoors.
👤What is the first impression? That's a cute thing. I should have looked at the size dimensions before buying. The silhouette man is taller than 5'8". What are the features of construction? The bad seems to be well constructed. I haven't had any issues with stitching or ripping. I bought this bag in college because we were camping and hiking in the woods. There are lots of pouches and compartments in the bag. I've packed this thing tight and never had an issue with the zippers breaking, they are large and seem very durable. Is there any complaints? Okay. I have a lot of complaints. The thing is very small. The bag is small and the more stuff you put in it the more uncomfortable it gets. The description says it's a 20L, but later says 30L. In the wrong place. The padding starts after my shoulder. Kinda useless. Even though it's small, I tried to cram everything I wanted in it. The bag becomes round as it bulges out. It doesn't fit you back at all and becomes the most annoying $20 bucks you could wear. Final thoughts? I don't think it's a good idea. Don't buy it unless it's for a kid who wants to be like his dad and go camping or hiking. I still have it, so I gave it three stars. It has held up since I bought it. I put up with it because I'm too cheap to buy a different one. I put it in the back of my truck as a "Get Home" bag.
👤Some of the loops may not catch the straps as well as one would like, but after putting some weight into the bag, the loops tighten up and the bag holds together. The only downside is that you will probably need to replace the tags sooner than you should, as they snap off easily. The bag is great for a carry-on or a light trip out. It's not big enough to be considered a 3-day pack, but it can hold a lot of gear. If you're looking for a backpack with a tactical look, this is a great option. This bag is perfect for everyday use, even if you could find a better bag. I've been able to fit a Macbook pro, 2 large textbooks, 3 spirals, a pencil/pen bag, portable charger, and ausb fan into a bag with a little room to spare and not that uncomfortable of a fit. You commute on a bicycle with a great backpack. The tight fit keeps it out of your face. I'll replace this bag with a new one if it gets destroyed or damaged.
👤This is the 20L version of the pack that is offered on Amazon. I bought it because it has plenty of space for its intended use and it's built strong enough for that use. The pack is constructed well. The material seems to be 600 or so denier and has no loose threads. It'll help me with what I'm going to use it for. I'm large so the pack isn't intended to be worn by me except in an emergency. It's too small for daily wear. It will work for that in a pinch. The shoulder padding is not very thick. I wouldn't choose this small version for long-term wear. I have the bigger one. This one is attached to my bike and will hold a whole of smaller items. It works for what I want.
